i'm at work reading the forums and my anatomy book eating 10 oz of ground beef 2 cups of green beans. now that's the life lol

Most of my AM.com time is while i am at work, so i understand why its dead around here on the weekends. Only problem for me is i work 7 days a week :censored:

Looking back, i didn't do very many exercises. I should of atleast done another bicep exercise, not sure what my hurry was to get outta there. I took a nap today so i hit the gym real late and it was getting crouded...

I think im going to attempt this 5x5 again and see if i can hit it next week. My second set was just utter failure, no way else to describe it. It didn't feel right coming up, and i snagged my thumb on my pants all 3 times on the way down.

"accidently" slept through my lunch time... well i watched a movie and took a nap lol. When i woke up i took some of my roomates N.O. Ignite and walked over to the gym, was pretty energized on the way to the gym, hopefully i will be able to sleep tonight.

Also, i took a nap 30 minutes after taking my second 200mg dose of katana for the day, so i am guessing it doesn't mess with my sleep too much.
 
Yeah those deadlifts are killing me, and my chest is still a little sore. Taking a little rest before shoulders/traps tomorrow.

Doin the best i can to eat today too :)

thats pretty much the ONLY way to check libido out here lol , unless you find some army chick some what decent looking but chances are shes given quite a few morale boosts to other guys while shes been here

15 month deployment and you might be telling yourself differently. Or maybe i should be ashamed of myself. Not sure lol.

Question: What is the difference between good back soreness and bad back soreness after deadlifts?

My back was sore as ****, i don't know if i did more harm than good. But then afterall, maybe just because my back is sore doesn't mean i hurt it at all. Curious to hear what you fine gentlemen have to say.

Had very minimal time to work out today, so i kept the intensity high. that's why my numbers are low today. Most of my sets had very little rest inbetween. It was a nice little switch up.

Missed lunch today, but im having trouble putting weight on with this katana! That's not all bad because im sure my muscles are still growing. Almost done with week two and feeling great.
 
Today is day 14. I have about 5 days left on my first bottle. Was considering upping it to 10 caps for the durration of the second bottle (to 500mg) but not sure if it will make much of a difference.

The plan would probably be, 200mg morning, 150mg lunch, 150 post workout.

Not sure if i would notice a benefit from upping the dose only 100mg, but it would let me take 3 bigger doses through out the day instead of just 2.

It would also only drop my cycle length about 4 days. From 37 to 33 days.
 
Yes sir, when i am working out i get extra vascular. I'm a pretty skinny guy so i normally have pretty visable veins, but this stuff really shows them up more.

Well if it is just sore from DOMS it feels like any other muscle when sore. If the pain is coming from some type of compression it tends to radiate. Often down into one of the legs or up into the shoulder a little bit. If it is in area that you can't pinpoint the source then it could also be from some type of compression. It just creates a misfire on the nerve that you can feel in other areas sometimes. Now for a rip or something I really don't know. Sometimes you tweak it and it is tender but that is a more an internal muscular pain of the trauma kind EI bruising type of pain. You know DOMS just has that feel to it that is only associated to DOMS.

Well that just depends if you are not experiencing sides a 25% increase in dose should be enough to give you some more gains.

I would say go get fitted for better running shoes but aren't you deployed right now? If not go tell someone at Footlocker that you want to speak to the running shoe guru. Tell them about the pain and where you are running and they will get a shoe best for your foot and running style. Sounds like you are getting jarred a good bit, or maybe your shoes are worn out a bit? When mine start to wear down a little my lower back can get a little tight after or even during a jog.

If that is a sharp pain and doesn't have any electric feel to it then you probably just pulled a muscle or overstretched the muscle fascia. If there is any elecricity feel to it at all then probably something swollen around your spine. A good masseuse can maybe get that to release if that is the case.

Yeah then get after it man, you have the stuff there, if you notice more sides and no extra strength then just cut back.

Alright, tomorrow will be my last day of 400mg a day, then after that 18 days of 500mg a day. Works out pretty good like that. Total of 33 days - 15@400mg, 18@500mg
 
I haven't had much luck taking melatonin solo, but i haven't tried 5-htp. Valerian root is always $$, and as far as i am aware NTBM uses top quality ingredients.

Im telling u man this stuff works. I was skeptical when I first saw it, but it puts me to bed. But I will say u have to actually get into bed. Doesnt make me drowsy, but once Im in bed I dont remember a thing.

Today leg day was pretty stellar. Preworkout: 2 scoops Pump Fixx and my Katana. My 365x5 was a PR. They probably weren't deep as i should of gone but they felt good :). I don't know if anyone else is like me, but if the squats aren't heavy they're just annoying.

Today was the last day of 400mg. Let me tell you, this compound is fantastic for cutting. I am getting lean and i'm not even trying. I couldn't imagine how well weight would shed off if i was on a real cut. All while strength is going up every week. Tomorrow i'm moving up to 500mg daily. Probably 400mg morning, 150mg lunch, 150mg post workout.
 
Disclaimer: I'm going home in less than 2 months, so i am starting Abs starting today. My before and after pictures will reflect this change. Lets see how much kantana can help out with this though.

To better answer your question. This is my unpumped arm. If i did a set of pushups or something, my veins would be blown up. But i just took my jacket off and noticed my veins were showing for no reason in particular.

Holy **** this is me. I swear, If I squat low weight it hurts more than pushing heavy weight. I know that annoying feeling and it's more painful than anything. On the other hand heavy squats scare me because I feel like I'm not going to come back up lol.

I'm the same way on alot of exercises. For example 55 lbs dbs are a pain on incline, but 100s seem fun. I think its psychological.
