5'.6" 185 pounds
Max bench 260
Max sqaut 425
max deadlift 315
I take creatine, zma, whey, etc.
Only done 1- 4 Week cycle of P-PLEX. Gained 14 pounds kept 12.
4 total years lifting experience, broken up over the years due to military and family.
But I'm back in the game for keeps now. Started again May 6 2010 @ 160 pounds.
As of this morning 185.3 pounds. So thats 25.3 pounds in just under 6 months.
Current calorie intake is 4000 per day, 40/30/30 split
