WOW 5 hours is NUTS!!!!! that is a LOT of sweating!!!! I bet you are the gym's number 1 customer though!!! they should pay you for the privilege of you using THEIR gym!!!

Actually, I've had a gym membership all year and probably only used not even a quarter of it, from all the time I had out not able to train, and being sick before that, and so forth. But usually, it's kinda like a second home - like work :sigh1:

In the home stretch for THIS competition - I'm just going to have to keep going like this for another 6 weeks after that! I'll definitely be where I want for Worlds, and rather disappointed in myself for being so slack with this competition preparation (well, aside from the last two weeks). So, hell is going to hang around, and I'm going to spend a lot of time in that Seventh Circle when I get there . . . I have to do this for me! . . . 5 hours in the gym today, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out - fcuking insane!

You are one dedicated lady Rosie... my weekly gym time does not equate to five hours!!!!!

That's why it's called "hell" and for this week only - well, the 5 hours anyways!

I don't know if I should feel sorry for you or envious that you have the time for a 5 hour training session. Full steam ahead Rosie! You can do this and you are gonna kill it. Are you doing any type of water manipulation since you feel like you are not in the shape you want to be in?

Well, my training is first thing in the morning, so I HAVE to do it. And I work some nights, but study and the rest of my jobs I do from home.

Nope, not manipulating water - I'm just drinking my usual 1-2 galleons a day. Cutting water out after 4-5pm on Friday last week just made me HOLD water and appear slightly soft, so not going to be doing that. And limiting water has the same effect with me. More water intake means I look better after overnight.

I know, my preparation is not very conventional to most competitors, or even for what I would have done in the past for me. My body has changed a lot in the last year, and I'm realizing that I still need to experiment some to get the best results. I know that I definitely can't do what I used to do to get where I want!

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~4 hours.

Mood/Aggression: Up and down, and training didn't make it much better today :nono:

Energy: After today's training, I did NOT sleep (although I wanted to), have worked a fast-paced night shift, done some more cardio post-work, and my day is not going to be over for at least another 2-3 hours, before a 0630 hours start again tomorrow . . .

Mental Focus and Clarity: So there.

Metabolism: Fine.

Stress: What do YOU think?! :happysad:

Libido: High - but too shattered to act on it today :surprised:

Endurance: Doesn't get any better than this - and considering I do ALL my training on an EMPTY stomach FIRST THING, certainly not what most could handle.

Strength: My weights are at ~50-60% of what I would normally be lifting for these reps :shock: - not my proudest moments - and I have to keep reminding myself that my training is still INTENSE, regardless of how pathetic my numbers are :dunno:

Pump: Was ok.

Vascularity: Kicked in during all cardio, calmed down, and then back again from Alternate Set C onwards, staying strong for the rest of the day.

Quality of Training: I had a smile on my face during pre-weights cardio . . . Soon disappeared into a scowl, though. If I thought yesterday was long, think again! Today's resistance session was OVER TWO hours! :wow: I have not done a session like that in ~7 years (and then it was only long because I was having 2-5 minute recovery periods - back when I was competitively cycling)! I started out flushed and rosy-cheeked, my eyes bright, and by the end of Alternate Set A, my face was ashen and my eyes looked like hollows in my face. About now was the time I wanted to just say fcuk it and walk out, but I pushed myself to keep going :rambo: despite the screaming body and just being over it already . . . To top it off, I RAN for Post-Weights Cardio - when I was shattered and shouldn't have been able to walk, let alone do running EFFORTS! . . . Was a little shaky during Posing Practice - understandably. Walked SLOWLY and sorely home . . . Even though I didn't want to, did PM Cardio - albeit not very fast - when I got home from work, and then forced some Posing Practice afterwards . . . :kabong:

Recovery: My LOWER body aches.

Body Composition and Look: I still have a belly :ugh2: Waist to knees is now a problem area - never used to be - and I am starting to HATE my body more than I already do :sigh1:

Keep at it Rosie, as you say you're learning loads about what does and doesn't work for... Just be careful you are doing serious intensity and we all no that has it's own problems!!!

Yes, I know my body well, and have always known what worked and what didn't etc., which is why I train and eat like I do. This time around, though, like I said, it's different. Sean says it's because I'm getting older, which could be true, but I think a lot of it has to do with the changes I've been through this last year and all the time off from the Chronic Fatigue (twice in the last year for at least 3-4 months each), and circumstances. I really need to start taking better care of my health!

Thanks for the concern. I know. But got to keep pushing through. No matter what, training is going to get done as PLANNED this week! :drillsergeant:

Rosie hitting those weights numbers at the intensity and weight that they are at is spot on for what you are trying to do these last few days. You know what you are doing, so chin up and rock this thing!!!

Rosie you are kicking ass and punsihing yourself for not starting the diet earlier with all that hard work but I think it is going to pay off well. Lots of learning too. I wont be playing water tricks too much either. I play carb tricks on my body now after a severe backfire from using a diuretic at my show. Why as dry as I was I used one was purely insecurity in my physique. Lost 7 lbs over night the night before the show woke up flat as a pancake to find out the Advanced guys which for some insane reason I was in as a novice were going to go up first for prejudging so I didn't even have time to fill myself back up. Like you said earlier in here. I will be ready 4 weeks out from any show. So if I think I need a 12 week prep, I will do 16, however my plan is to stay lean enough I am never really more than 10 weeks of clean dieting out of contest condition.

YOu can do this your resolve to do it is amazing and inspiring just keep it up, only a few more days and you will be able to relax for a day or two before going back at it for the next show which you know you will be in amazing condition for.

I guess. Just telling myself that I'm still going as hard as I can - my white face and the fact that I'm dizzy and almost falling over between sets says that. Getting to the positivity!

I'm not going to carbohydrate load either, or very minimal: This week I'm keeping my carbohydrate intake at ~25g a day, and on Friday I might have some chocolate before I go to bed - since chocolate is the only simple sugar that seems to cause semi-fullness and vascularity the next day, and again ~2 hours before I go on stage (it's really still experimental for this competition, and at least I know what works for the next one)!

Yep, I stay relatively lean all the time - my time off earlier this year played some havoc with that, though, and never again. From now on, I'll maintain my 8-10% bodyfat (anything more than 9.5-10% and my body starts feeling uncomfortable, and since I'm fine with my current muscle mass, it's not a big deal if I don't gain more), and keep recomping, which means only ~4 weeks of dieting for any upcoming competitions - since my training has not changed really, except for the week-pre-competition.

Only a few more days - that's what I've been telling myself in the gym and when I have to do PM Cardio: Only a few more days and then I can go back to my usual training and just maintain a similar diet to this week, with either every third day or once a week henceforth where I CAN have a meal with whatever I want.

I have two assessments due tomorrow, so I have to get them done as well before I leave for competition. Will get the last of my make-up tomorrow as well. It's going to be a busy few days, and I'm exhausted already.

Looking forward to Sunday and Monday!

Hang in there its almost over! Then you can truly evaluate what you need to do and have a nice relaxing few days after its over!!

Hang in there its almost over! Then you can truly evaluate what you need to do and have a nice relaxing few days after its over!!

Only a few days - going to do a couple of days in the gym I think towards the end of next week, but yeah, take it easy for some.

I'm going to ask the judges (or head judge) afterwards what they think I need to improve on (aside from getting leaner, since I already know I need to do that).

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: I'm not going to get a lot of sleep over the next few days.

Mood/Aggression: In and out and everything in between.

Energy: I am EXHAUSTED - I just want to sleep, but can't. Just doing everything because I HAVE to.

Mental Focus and Clarity: Not really there after training. I'm awake and feeling like I want to pass out and not in the mood to be thinking too hard - and it needs to be; I have TWO assessments due tomorrow!

Metabolism: Good.

Stress: Wisdom tooth is still up (and painful as fcuk), so stress has not gone anywhere.

Libido: This is going to have to wait until AFTER my competition!

Endurance: It's amazing what the body can do and what we can push it to do!

Strength: Weaker than even yesterday - I am so OVER this!

Pump: Was fine for the first couple of alternate sets - after that, I think the session just got too long.

Vascularity: Deltoid and bicep vascularity from the get go during resistance training - it happens like that from intense cardio pre-weights, so I'm thinking I may have to do a short and hard HIIT session the morning of my competition.

Quality of Training: HIIT was reasonable. The second set of efforts I really noticed a slowing of pace . . . Resistance training, I started out with a pale face, slowly gaining colour, only to lose it again. Got the sniffles second alternate set in as well. Everything hurt, and I was struggling just to stay motivated and not walk out. The only allowance or going easy was that I SHOULD have done eight alternate sets for abs, but I haven't included them on this day for the last two weeks, and I'd already been lifting weights for ~2 hours . . . Post-Weights Cardio was intense, but I was completely shattered by that time . . . Posing Practice was ok. I'm getting better, slowly . . . PM Cardio and Posing Practice is just an EFFORT . . .

Recovery: I am NOT ok!

Body Composition and Look: Midsection looked better this morning, but still not fine with it.

Other Effects: Thirsty as hell . . . And feel like I am burning up in a furnace . . . Again!

Other Notes: Used the last of my current bottle of Lipotrophin-PM this morning, and will run out of Bio-Mend on Friday (changes reflected in post #1) - I'm not going to start another bottle of each, though; when I do, it will be next week . . . Being very good so far - today was a family dinner to celebrate a host of birthdays and anniversaries, and I didn't eat a thing; just had my MuscleGel and cleaned up. It gets easier after a while, and for once when it comes to food I'm listening to my HEAD and not what I feel like or think I can get away with (about time) . . . On that note, my MuscleGels are one of my primary forms of substance this week - those, peanut butter, chicken breasts, and BC+EAA . . .

in for nudes

Wait a minute...don't you already have enough nudes of Don and Mark to tide you over?

Wait....Wut? :thinking: LMAO. :toofunny:

Cheers Joe!:cheers:

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Interesting. Gone from smiles to rants and back again, up and down re confidence and positivity. I'll be glad when Sunday comes around, to be honest.

Energy: Have more than yesterday - then again, it was the EASY day of training for this week.

Mental Focus and Clarity: So many things need doing - my mind is everywhere at once!

Stress: The stress is starting to show a little - I've yelled a lot today, and I usually don't yell.

Endurance: Fine.

Vascularity: My chest vascularity was mentioned today.

Quality of Training: HIIT was ok - could feel my legs and maybe it wasn't as hard as it should have been, but it's better than having a day OFF!

Recovery: OK.

Body Composition and Look: Slowly getting better - tyre and cellulite is still there, but there's not much I can do about that now, except make sure my stage presence and how I carry myself take any attention away from my imperfections. Midsection looking a little better - abs are not quite popping, but the definition is there. I am now in similar condition to what I was when I did my photoshoot the week before coming to the US, with the same girths re chest, waist and hips, but with more muscle mass in my deltoids and arms and re width in my back.

Other Effects: Still very thirsty - I am drinking water like there's going to be a drought!

Other Notes: Did a practice tan-up for what I will be doing tomorrow night today, as well as decided on make-up, so that pretty much takes care of those final details . . . Today is also my first wedding anniversary - hard to believe I have been married that long (or that I got married at all)! Celebrations and whatnot are on hold for post-competition, though. Definitely looking forward to a couple of lazy days . . .

Congratulations on a year!

Thanks, Eric :) I don't know where the time has gone. Honestly, it feels like it could have been just yesterday that I arrived here!

Hope the contest goes well!! Happy Anniversary Sean and Rosie!! Hope Sunday is a relaxing day of marriage celebration!

that is Awesome Rosie!!!! It is almost 17 years (hard to believe!!!) of marriage for me. Trust me it is well worth the patience and sacrifice!!! Congratulations!!!

Happy Anniversary you two! :D

Happy Belated Anniversary. You are basically done now. Hey PM me your email address. I have a precontest psych up audio that may help get you into the zone if it isn't too big maybe I can send it to you. It is for body builders but is about confidence and stage presence to listen before the comp. If I can send it to you I will. Just thought about it. Unfortunately it is at home so will have to send then.

Happy anniversary Guys!!!

Good luck Rosie (just in case with the time difference I don't catch you tomorrow) knock 'em dead!!!

Happy belated anniversary you two and best of luck at the competition Rosie! Stand tall and proud, you busted your ass to get there so show that confidence!!!!!!

Thanks, Brandon - wow, congratulations to YOU for toughing it out that long! But, when it's the one, it's the one and 17 years is probably nothing about now :D

Happy Anniversary you two! :D

Cheers, Dave :cheers:

Nearly done, yeah. A contact email for me is on my website. I don't do that stuff - it doesn't get me in the zone; listening to music that suits my mood is more likely to rev me up more, but thank you very much for the thought and offer; I do appreciate it :) I HAVE appreciated all your support, by the way - definitely been a HUGE encouragement during this last week!

Happy anniversary Guys!!!

Good luck Rosie (just in case with the time difference I don't catch you tomorrow) knock 'em dead!!!

Thank you for your support, bud! :thumbsup:

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Get some competition pics!

Awesome, Josh . . . Unfortunately Sean lost the camera cord to recharge it, and we have none - I may just get some pics from the competition photographer if they have some of me . . .

Happy belated anniversary you two and best of luck at the competition Rosie! Stand tall and proud, you busted your ass to get there so show that confidence!!!!!!

Thank you :party: I busted my ass in the last week before the competition, but that was hell itself, so definitely looking forward to it being over!

I'm so itching to hear the results, and see pictures!

Tomorrow night you shall and might :shysmile:

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Towards competition, it has been positive. Towards circumstances, up and down.

Energy: I've now been on less than 25g of carbohydrates and far lower calories than I use even to cut for SIX days now, and I have yet to collapse or fall over, and I'm still going after barely any sleep this morning!

Mental Focus and Clarity: I am anal about detail.

Stress: Some stress is GOOD.

Endurance: Awesome.

Pump: This session is what I need to get the pump I want pre-competition - that and some chocolate prior to pumping up.

Vascularity: Came out great through delts and arms - just the way I want it to tomorrow.

Quality of Training: HIIT was good, although I covered less distance with each successive effort . . . Resistance training was nearly an hour, but didn't feel like it; time went fast . . . Was a bit wobbly and off-balance and lightheaded during Posing Practice . . .

Recovery: Considering this week, I'd say this is SOLID.

Body Composition and Look: Midsection continuing to look better and flatten up day-by-day. Delts and arms looking the best they ever have. Looking tight and hard in the morning - just want to be leaner, tighter and harder, with more definition and vascularity tomorrow! On target for 8% bodyfat.

Other Effects: Have been having a few heart palpitations, which is unusual for me - just put it down to the intense training and extreme diet.

Other Notes: Late last night I applied Bikini Bite for the first time, just to see if it would actually hold my posing suit bottom in place. It did. And it gave me some small peace of mind, knowing that my posing suit is actually NOT too small, but that I just wasn't wearing it with everything I should have been . . . My polygraph test was early this afternoon. Went well . . . Doing my final tanning before the last Dreamtan coat tomorrow . . . The support I have been getting over the last week or so has been truly amazing, and blown me away, to be honest. I am not used to having support behind me with my sport or competition endeavours and goals, and I am humbled and blessed to have so many great people who believe in me, and encourage and motivate me to be all that I can be and MORE. I am told I have a very good chance at winning the Overall Figure title - which I want - and I am going to go out there tomorrow and show a completely different side of this former tomboy . . .

Thank you, Christine! Oh, Sunday is going to be VERY relaxing for sure - after getting back from the competition we are heading off to Six Flags for some fun! :)

If you are going to the six flags in Gurnee, IL like I think you are, I could almost see it from the house I grew up in that was a few miles south of there. Enjoy the show and your day of fun as well!

Yep, Six Flags there . . . Will do - on both accounts :D

Now get some sleep Rosie, that is an order the Major told me to give you! :numbered:

Sleep time is not allowed for another couple of hours yet :run:

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Pre-Judging, decided for some reason to add Muscle Sheen over my Dreamtan, and it did not turn out well, causing my good mood to turn sour (and add stress); Sean did a good job redoing all the work it undid - we had to rub it all off, because it streaked the Dreamntan and looked terrible. On top of that, seeing the condition of some of the other Figure competitors, I didn't feel like I was lean enough. Was exhausted after the Pre-Judging and was glad to get away for a while. Mood improved a bit for Finals, when I finally started having more confidence in myself and feeling at ease, because I finally got my pre-competition plan set out and done to perfection re Dreamtan reapplication, my 40-minute pump-up time (I need at least 40 minutes to get a decent pump and vascularity going, and what I did in the morning didn't cut it), putting posing suit on (and the Bikini Bite worked - for Pre-Judging it wouldn't stick well), etc.

Energy: After little sleep I woke shattered, not sure how I would be during the day. A bit lightheaded during Pre-Judging, completely drained afterwards, energy starting to appear just before Finals, when I took 2 caps of BLACK CATS.

Mental Focus and Clarity: I was paranoid about everything today.

Stress: HIGH!

Pump: Only Pre-Finals.

Vascularity: Came out for Finals - had on trackies and a polarfleece overtop, which caused a sweat during my Pre-Finals pump up, helping here (incidentally helping with definition as well).

Quality of Training: Pump-Up Pre-Finals was ~40 minutes, so I technically got a resistance session in today. Add to that all the posing I have done in the last 24 hours, and it's taken a small toll on my body.

Recovery: The next couple of days are going to be days OFF ALL training . . .

Body Composition and Look: 107 pounds at 8% bodyfat. I did it and got down to 8% bodyfat - the last week of actually dieting and training intensely, adding in four sessions of light and easy PM Cardio definitely did the job. Obliques came in nicely, although I feel like my stomach isn't flat enough (for me at any rate). The last week has made a definite difference re my midsection and tyre, with it pretty much gone. So, even though I don't FEEL lean [enough], apparently I am . . .

Competition Notes: I finished third in my class. I thought my placing was based on me not being lean enough and having enough definition, with my stage presence needing more work (I was shaking badly during all of my Quarter Turns and T-Walk, even though I was NOT consciously nervous). A bit more positive after talking with the Head Judge and two Figure Expert Judges after the Finals - their verdict: I had the best physique/figure/definition of any of the competitors in my class, but they felt that my make-up and earrings distracted a little from my figure (so basically, if I hadn't had such heavy eye make-up (including fake eyelashes - to bring my eyes out more is why I used them) and earrings, I would have probably WON my class!), as well as noting that I needed to smile more. So, stage presence was really the issue. Made me feel better, knowing it wasn't my physique that was the issue, but was quite surprised at the comment on my make-up and earrings, since I was only modeling off what I have seen in previous Figure competitions with heavy eye make-up and dangly earrings. MORE experience is definitely required to compete at higher levels, but for having only done a WEEK of dieting (the other competitors backstage were all talking about how hard their last 12-14 weeks of dieting have been!), and it having been my first real competition. I'm glad it's over, to be honest - a lot of hassle, stress, and money for a few minutes on stage, especially considering I'm not even sure I really want to compete, but needing to do SOMEthing since I have been an athlete so long and it almost feels naked to not have a sporting goal. So, some consideration to be done on whether or not I will be competing at Worlds will be done next week. Whether I do or not will NOT change my fitness goals, however, and I will still be working on getting as physiologically lean as I can, continuing to improve my fitness, shaping my body into a machine!

Other Notes: It's been nine weeks using Alpha-T2. Now that my competition is over, I do my Final Review over the next day or so.

Thank you for your kind words, Gary. I did feel a bit better after hearing the Judges' feedback and not so much like the "second loser" (as I coined it to Sean) :)

The support from you guys here on AM has been tremendous, and I actually made the comment to Sean on Friday that it is such a difference having that support there - when I was cycling and when I competed for a laugh back in 2004 (when I was taking a short break from cycling), I had only one or two people at most, usually my coach and sponsor supporting me and no one else encouraged my sporting endeavours at all (in fact, responses were generally rather disapproving that I chose to be an athlete and do the things I did).

Two days off and then it's back down to business! :banana:

Rosie, you did it! Great job, 2nd loser, lol wouldn't they be the one second to last place? Nope your a Winner for sure. Whether you compete again or not it was awesome to be a part of the experience with you.

Nope. There is only ONE winner - every other place after that is a loser. It was an interesting experience, though Chris. Thanks for your constant pick-me-ups along the way :)

I have to say that placing in your first competition is pretty solid. With the feedback, you can be prepped to win next time.

Congrats!!! I bet it feels good to relax! How big was the class you copmpeted in?

Thanks. It sure does. There were 12 women in Figure overall - they said it was a big class (when they said "big", I thought they meant like 20 or more).

On a random note, I finally met Brenda Rahe (she's a WNBF Pro and World Champion, and has helped me a bit during my preparation in answering questions, etc.), and I did a double take when I first saw her, because she reminded me so much of you - you two could be sisters; same build and muscular figure! Definitely makes me wish we lived CLOSER!

The feedback from the Judges was very useful, Eric. Yes, next time will be interesting indeed.

Review of Alpha-T2

I've been using Alpha-T2 for nine weeks now. I've gone through two bottles and are currently on my third, and it's time to give a review on my experience . . . I want to thank Josh for giving me this opportunity and for supporting me in my US debut competition preparation (and yes, you got a mention in my Bio that they read at Finals) :)

What is it?

* Targets fat loss
* Increases fat burning and decrease fat storage
* Increases metabolism
* Optimizes thyroid activity
* No jitters or unwanted side effects

Body Composition: 7/10. Pre-Alpha-T2 I was 118.2lb at 12.1% bodyfat. Post-Alpha-T2 I am 107lb at 8% bodyfat. So a loss of 11.2lb and 4.1% bodyfat. My rate of loss was just 5.7lb of fat and 5.4lb of lean body mass - most of that lean mass being food and water in the last week pre-competition when I actually DID diet strictly. However, there was a small amount of muscle loss - from my arms, which I am NOT happy about, given how hard I worked to gain that only a few months ago . . . Re girths, I lost two inches from my waist, hips and thighs, taking me back to my usual size re waist and about an inch bigger than usual everywhere else (and this will be back to normal in 1-2 weeks as well!), and 1-2 inches from all other areas of my body.

Fat Loss: 8/10. I lost 4.1% bodyfat, which averages out at a loss of ~0.5% bodyfat per week - this is the safe and recommended rate of fat loss, and considering the fact that I only dieted during the ninth week, is actually quite impressive. For more, see comments under "Body Composition" above.

Metabolism: N/A. Considering my caloric intake and activity level, I generally have a reasonable - most people say fast - metabolism. It did not change a lot using Alpha-T2, but since this is only a feeling and not fact, I cannot give a specific answer for sure. Let me tell you though, that my high calories did not seem to have much impact at all on my fat loss (i.e. I was able to effectively and successfully lose fat even at ~4,300 calories daily - except for the week-pre-competition).

Thyroid: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Thyroid Hormone levels from pre to post-Alpha-T2, I did not have bloods done.

Stimulant Effects: 10/10. No unwanted "stimulant" effects such as jitters, crash, etc. were experienced, even though Alpha-T2 helped a little with the energy and focus, etc. of a stimulant.

Other Effects: 8/10. I was constantly thirsty and feeling like I was living inside a furnace for the majority of the time that I was on Alpha-T2.

Overall: 8/10. For the first seven weeks of my usage of Alpha-T2 I stacked it with Shred Matrix and DermaTherm (it definitely stacks with anything!), so therefore my results cannot be solely attributed to the Alpha-T2 alone. However, Alpha-T2 definitely made a difference to my progress - everything plays a part in the whole. To be honest, the change in diet over the last week (the only week that my calories did not average out at ~4,300 calories daily) did not make too much of a difference in the effectiveness of Alpha-T2 - it worked regardless of calorie/carbohydrate consumption. I was also very happy that Alpha-T2 worked WITH my body and not against it, like all the other thyroid boosting fat burners I have tried in the past. For a brand new company, Performance Enhancing Supplements have produced a winner that is going to be a staple in my future fat loss stacks!

Would I use again? Yes. I was originally going to use only ONE bottle, and I am on my THIRD! I am also going to be stacking this in the future with Erase, to see how that goes.

Would I recommend? Yes. Not all thyroid boosting products work for everyone. I am one of the rare few for whom Mitotropin does NOT work - it actually has the OPPOSITE effects with me than intended. Therefore, for those who want to use a "thyroid boosting fat burner", then I highly recommend using Alpha-T2. Alpha-T2 is like my IGF-2 (the only Growth Hormone booster that works with my body instead of against it), but for thyroid boosting fat burners.

This review can also be found as a separate review in the Performance Enhancing Supplements subforum: Rosie's Review of Alpha-T2.

Q: Will Alpha-T2 Fight Against or Work With the Female Terminator?

A: Alpha-T2 WORKS WITH the Female Terminator!

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK . . .

THANK YOU . . .

A lot goes into competing and I would not have been able to do what I did without the backing and the support of the following companies and people:

* Applied Nutriceuticals
* Christine and Matt Pearson
* Primordial Performance
* LG Sciences
* Performance Enhancing Supplements
* Sean Scott

Each of you were mentioned in my "Bio" at the Finals of my competition, but I would like to thank you all again, here, for your sponsorship and support, encouragement and motivation, and belief in me.

I also want to thank everyone else here who has been behind me - Jeff, Chris, Josh, Jason, Brandon, Gary, Dave, Rob, and the many others (you know who you are).

I mentioned to Sean on the night before the competition that this is the FIRST time I have competed ("competed" being a blanket term for all my sporting competitions) that I have actually HAD support from others and not disapproval or disappointment that I have chosen this path (when I was cycling, my coach and sponsor were the only support I had), and it means a lot to me to have that. So thank you for that. It definitely makes a HUGE difference knowing that I am not doing this by myself.

~Rosie~

P.S. Competition photos will be posted when I get the professional event photographer's images in 1-2 weeks.
