Prepare for something special - quest for 6% - Need2slin, Erase, OEP and stano-drol

I think I am going to do something that goes COMPLETELY against what I enjoy and thinks works best for me and switch to something like FST-7.

I think the lighter weights and higher reps might allow me to train through this injury...

Really hate to do this.

Thinking of eating 150g carbs or so. 250-300p and under 100f aiming around 2300-2500 cals. Looks like the cutting is hardcore over.

What is your weight now bud?

I have been looking over your diet and I would say your lacking protien and some fat majorily.

I was doing the Ultimate diet 2.0... it is very specific and there are only so many calories to go around. I am a very bad endo. I gained 20 pounds of fat in under a year (6-7 months) eating like 3500 cals a day.

Switched to 250-300p 150c and fat TBD 70-100

I understand what your saying. Most endomorphs do well on a 40p/40c/20f split or a 40p/30c/30f if he/she is more sensitive carb consumption.

However, there is NO set macro or diet that will work for everyone. If you looking to stay around the 2500 calorie range, I think you should try something like this:

God that diet/training was working for me but my pulled bicep can't handle the training. I was finally reaching a somewhat respectable level but oh well.

I am trying to keep carbs a little higher because of how lean I am and the thyroid being suppressed...

General diet is chicken/lean ground turkey/cottage cheese w protein for protein

2 pices of fruit, 1 serving of rice, 2 pieces of whole gritty wheat bread and maybe green beans - Thats my normal daily carbs not in order.

Then some almonds added into the second to last meal for the extra fats...

This is my mainenence aka "I have no clue what I am doing diet" in that besides knowing it is healthy and should not build fat I am reasonably certain I will also not be gaining muscle and largely will be wasting time.

This is what I do not want to happen to you. I would make some changes though.

I been slacking on the log because my bicep injury is acting up.

I'll post what I been doing and what I am thinking... Erase and Need2slin are definitely the best supps I have ever tried in their respective categories.
I am actually recommending Erase on some "Hardcore" boards including a well known one where I am a 6 year vet and one of the most respected members and it takes some SERIOUS confidence in a supplement to put my rep over there with it considering how those guys look at supps. Actually I am certain if anyone else who was newer there bothered trying they would be laughed out of the place.

Obviously insulin is stronger IE needs multiple carb feedings BUT the feeling of need2slin without carbs is almost as frightening.

I need to qualify and change my statement...

It is definitely great but I realized I forgot to take a medicine that my body is use to for 2 days in a row and that is part of what I was feeling today. It also clouded my thoughts and made me not realize that was part of the cause

I still stand by it being better than everything else including IGF1 but it is not as close to slin and I said... that exaggerated feeling was definitely partially caused by missing my medicine.
 
I am still alive...

Been dealing with the injury and trying to find a job but I am hopefully back in the game.

My diet has loosened for me (for me being key)...
Everyday is 95% the same
Sometimes Salmon/chicken/turkey are switched interchangably
Sometimes natural PB and roasted almonds are switched
Sometime brown rice is switched out with this really whole grain bread

1. 8oz chicken 40-50g carbs from brown rice
(sometimes this meal is 1/2 cut cott cheese/protein powder and a banana or green apple)

2. 8oz chicken 20-30g of carbs from brown rice & a banana or apple

3. Protein Shake / Piece of fruit (pre-wo 30mins or so)

4. Protein Shake PWO

5. 8oz lean ground turkey 3 tbs natty pb

6. 8oz chicken or salmon + 1oz almonds

2400-2500 cals 160-170c 300p 60-70f



Trying to do some facia stretchign workouts simply to get more blood into my muscles and use lighter weights

Chest
Incline Bench 245 x 8, 6, 6
Decline Bench 245 x 8, 6, 6

Then did a bunch of flies and stretches
Like 8 sets of different flies with stetching in between and flexing after teh stretches... this is brutal

Tris
Close-ish grip overhead half presses on a smith machine (sort of need to see it) - 1plate x 8, 6, 6, 5 w. dropset

Then like 4 sets of behind the head rope extensions w stretching and flexing...
 
Man I'm not a post whore so no one follows my logs ha. You can advertise in much better places. Even though my logs are better than most (IMO) it doesn't mean they are read ha (laughing but frustrated at the same time).

Training has been very intense when I can go.
Veins are insane with the slightest pump

I look very tight IMO. I guess I don't have the leanness to get the really tight skin look but it's close enough that I am not too upset. I am tapering my test dose down to around 350 a week and will continue to work down until I get around 200 of so

These products are winners and I openly hate 95% of supplements

I am prescribed the same thing, but don't take it at all. Instead I cardio my ass off because of how dry that crap makes me.

Micardis plus.

Yes it has Hydro in it, 12.5mg.

I use to take it daily so when I skip it a lot I fill back up and rebound so it is hard to get a grip on where I really am because I am rarely in the middle between bloated and dry.

If I take it myself I get a terrible metallic flavor in my mouth all day long. I just couldn't stand it. Know of anything else that prevents absorption of salt?
 
I must say I am amazed that Need2Slin is on par with Insulin to you.

Need2Slin kills every other GDA - It is the first one to cause low blood sugar feelings. I do get dizzy and feel weak. It matches IGF1 but stops short of insulin (obviously) in that it does not cause the sweatyness and it takes less carbs to satisfy its needs. Still it is a great product BUT that day was not accurate.

I need to put some bad news in this...

My gyno is growing inexplicably.
Erase + nolva is not even stopping it.

Doses are way down (trt level)
Any other gyno causing habits are way down...

BUT the lump is getting pretty gross.

I am damn depressed. I look ok by standards on here but I am nothing for someone who was done the cycles I have. My shoulder is killing me today. God This sucks. I am almost going below 200 pounds and haven't been this small in years....

There is a BIG discussion on this topic. Long story short it was a bit of a faulty conclusion... 5-10mg or nolva is shown to reduce PR receptor density in healthy break tissue.

I just tossed it in the last 3 days because the pain and growth was constant for NO reason!

Took 20mg the last couple days, tabs not liquid.

It is really only on one side that why I always pose so you guys cant see it. One side id bad one is almost nothing. the bad side randomly grows without any stimuli
 
AI over novla anyday for gyno, just my 2 cents.

I took 50mg of aromasin last night and 300mg p5p. It is still sensitive to the touch a bit.

Honestly this thing just needs to come out, something strange is going on with it because erase was working GREAT for a while then it just started growing. For a while I was on much higher test AND causing my prolactin levels to go up and Erase kept it nice and tight. I lower my test down to under 200mg/wk and lowered and other causes and it starts hurting and sagging and growing.

I really feel like my body adjusts to any and all efforts to control this damn gyno lump and the lump just decides when it wants to grow without any logical cause. Scary part is that its just one side that acts like this, makes me wonder if there is something more sinister going on in there.

Anyway, I don't see this as a negative on erase. It kept me dry and tight in ways that nothing else had and it much have helped somewhat with my TSH levels because I am handling coming off of t3 pretty darn well. Also my strength is very high for certain lifts and bodyparts for me. I think I will buy another bottle in the future for sure. I'll write up my thoughts on it shortly but I think its more fair to see if the pharma ancils can even control this first because if they can't or it is my body showing some strange superhuman ability to overcome my abilities to thwart its plans to make me look like a 13 year old girl, then it would have also been unfair to think anything OTC could have either.

This.is def a growing trend, supplement companies discrediting proved techniques to promote otc products seeing this on other boards that I am a member of :(
 
I always say its up to the consumer to educate himself, people are people, and people need to make a buck to provide for them and their families. Remember knowledge is POWER!
 
Training has been going sort of ****ty so I haven't wrote much.

I got a lot of stress right now, haven't worked in over 2 years, selling off all my my favorite things from my other hobby (home audio) that I know I will never be in a position to own again, dealing with a girl I've been trying to dump for over 2-3 years (trust me I try!) and also dealing witha string of injuries.

Went yesterday and got 255 x 6 on incline... That was a record by one rep for me but only because I haven't done incline that heavy during my bulking. I am sure I have been stronger in the past but never tested it.

After that I was weak as hell, just had no strength and stuff with this stalker I have got on my mind too much so I just motioned through a bunch of set. Probably did higher volume than normal but less intensity.

I'm easily under 190 now. Maybe even pushing 180.

And thanks but I am realistic, for the gear I have run and the time I have put in I should be a national qualifier ha
