I think I am going to do something that goes COMPLETELY against what I enjoy and thinks works best for me and switch to something like FST-7.
I think the lighter weights and higher reps might allow me to train through this injury...
Really hate to do this.
Thinking of eating 150g carbs or so. 250-300p and under 100f aiming around 2300-2500 cals. Looks like the cutting is hardcore over.
What is your weight now bud?
