Oh yeah, Not sure if you got over to my thread. I asked what was that stuff you told me to get. I think it was like generic Bronkaid. Im upping the dose, so now its getting a little expensive.7 bucks for 24 tabs. I heard I can get SOMETHING for 7-8 bucks for 60 tabs.

Gonna get legs in today that's gonna be brutal as i missed last weeks leg session due to some personal issues but other than that i kept my meals, cardio and WO’s on track and feel good about progress with shoulder.

The slower lighter weights using time under tension working well for me each WO has resulted in sore muscles the following day and yet giving the shoulder injury some well needed time for recovery. So all in all under the circumstances I'm very pleased and looking forward to Tuesdays kick off with the Super DMX and Dbol which will be my final 30 day blast before going on cruise control. Given Klieens enthusiasm results and my Dbol kicker i think this should get me a few extra pounds to write home about :)

Other than that i gotta get some photos done and work on my tan tomorrow.....

Quick note on the Tren..... Still have the occasional Tren headache and they always come in the evenings, tonight was the first one in a week and i just medicated with a Perc, job done... Libido good but certainly off as a result of the Tren....

Vascularity improving all the time veins everywhere when im working out, noticed one in my lats today thats a first

Good idea, I've been following the light weight vs. Volume routine for the last week now... Can you say DOMS!! Man, I've never been as sore, I did legs on Thursday getting out of this morning was still an issue BUT I have noticed a increase in muscle definition around the legs, I may well stick to this for longer than initially intended or least until I hit another wall

I start my new stack on Wednesday for 30 days, so I'll be interested to what effect those supps have on recovery if any...

I really need to man up and find time and motivation to do some HIIT, I hate running! Might try the rower instead

Ed what's your view on ECA, had any experience of it? I've found somewhere to get Eph HCL, low dose though only 8mg per tab got a view mate? (asthma medication is hard to come by OTC here, and is generally combined with other meds you don't want/need)

Wiki it for the ratios Ephedrine caffeine and ampthetamine

Take 3 x a day and adjust for your tolerance, very effective mate, I actually have a log somewhere. I'll dig up for you later :)

Take this combo 3 X per day.

This is what amazes me and keeps me following. When I got a new girl in my life who didn't care about fitness or muscles I could feel my motivation dropping. I've worked too hard to get where I am so I still hit the gym every day I was supposed to but the motivation wasn't there. Ed is just a beast!

Agreed 100% with the above being the stim junkie that i am i needed to double but that dosage will make most feel nauseous at any more than TG states

it had no effect on me at all. I can eat eca like candy and my heart rate is closer to a dead persons than a cardio zone.

For me it worked very well same with clen and Helios just no shakes no headaches no nausea no sleep issues. I could definitely see that my HR was is elevated when using and training, I was able to turn lifting into cardio sessions with the use of a HR monitor another way to tell if its is effective is to measure your core temperature before and after.

At our points in life and relationship it isn't about getting laid anymore. That is an awesome side effect but we do it for ourselves. In new relationships you spend time trying to show the other person how important they are to you. You even begin to lose yourself a little bit in the wonderment of it all. She is so accomodating and you want her to feel like there is nothing else important in the world but them. Well because they like that.... Once lifting becomes a passion and doesn't haveto compete with a "New Love" which tends to be a needy love then normalcy ensues and you go about your passions... I always put my foot down regarding lifting though.
I reasoned with them like this. "What was the first thing you noticed about me physically? " Your body. Something along those lines. I told them well that takes a lot of work to maintain so if you want it to stay this way you can't expect me to change everything I do for your schedule. Then I won't be the guy who attracted you in the first place. So don't get upset if I tell you we can't go to the movie Saturday until I have been to the gym. Don't get upset when I don't share a dessert with you. These things you are coming into the relationship knowing already. This is what I do, and a large part of who I am. Don't ask me to give it up.

You have got to tell your ladies what to expect from the beginning when it comes to this.

I hurt myself setting that PR and have been working lighter weights higher volume... Strength has suffered significantly.

Felt great going in definitely felt the Dbol intensity no sides just disappointed with my baseline.. On the upside shoulder feels 90%.... Pretty sure i will be sore tomorrow WO was 70 minutes non stop...

I think i was a bit tired and i did a dedicated bi/tri day on Saturday

Tris were definitely still feeling it and what with the TUT work i was bound to loose some.... Most important is make it down the back 9 in one piece, i can still grow with the lighter weights

Definitely feeling bit off of my game, dont know if im getting sick or what but once again weights were off significantly.... Had limited equipment to play with today as i was tight for time and had to use the gym in my building.

Not gonna bother with the stats, todays WO was definitely not a good baseline, for example on Saturday i was curlling 80lb DB for 8 on each side today 70’s for 6 :( got tired quick and called it a day at about 40 mins

Maybe 20 minutes of abs later
