Good god that's a lot of chicken! About how much meat do you thnk it was (in ounces, rough guess)

i drown my veggies in olive and peanut oil :D

dude i couldnt even tell you. total weight of just the chicken was like 1.3 pounds on the supermarket scale
 
6 eggs (3 whole, 3 half)
3 pieces of French toast w/ cinnamon
1 banana

Not anywhere near Paleo, but it was a nice break and very yummy.

yea man i soak the spinach in olive oil, more fat more fat more fat

and no i dont eat the skin on chicken. its not organic so people believe that the chicken's toxins and impurities are left in the skin

Get about 700 calories, 86g protein, 37g carbs, 22g fat

Nah but really man that sub hit the spot and then some.. 60 grams protein, 50 grams carbs, i dont even know how much fat LMAO... Oh well tis why they call it a cheat meal..
 
Brings up an interesting question, and im sure it has been discussed before. Who hear makes oats with water as opposed to milk, and are you on a cut or bulk?

I personally hate oats + water, but Oats + Milk is the ****. Opinions?

I'm on a clean bulk right now. I think it tastes perfectly fine with water but I know for damn sure it tastes WAY better with milk!

ditch the oats and eat red or sweet potatoes. no anti-nutrients or gluten, and no scraping of the intestines with ridiculous amounts of insoluble fiber.

Yea when I was cutting, Had a very small serving of Oats in water, so I feel ya, but completely agree Milk+Oatmeal = Godly.

I do too. It really is not so bad to cut it out for the most part, but I do have it 1-2 times per week. I try to actually rotate my source of carbs/fats/proteins.. Keeps things interesting you could say.

i mean its ok, not as bad as bread or pasta. red potatoes are just better, they are actually alkaline rather than acidic like oats,meats,eggs, etc. so they help to balance the overall pH of the meal. and really, you dont want all that fiber. you should go like once a day, twice max. any more and you are emptying out too much of the good bacteria because the cycles are too close together.

i feel ya bro.. a place here makes a mean cheesesteak sub- its cheap too, lots of meat.

And as for the fat flexing, im pretty sure thats the only reason my chest is big lol

bro, i carb cycle- only carbs are in first 2 meals. What would you suggest as an alternative to the wheat products i eat for breakfast and meal #2? Or is this little amount of fiber not a big deal?

i AM mexican bro its hard for me not to bust out some green enchiladas or make some carnitas and heat up a dozen corn tortillas.. LOL

I do know that if you guys stick to the more authentic recipes, the food is a lot cleaner lol.
