today was chest day...typical beastness except on flat bench. I've stalled at 245...which sucks seeing as before my injury I was pressing 335. slow and steady...I'll take it one step at a time. incline and decline beastin at 275 and 305 respectively

Alternate DB curls: 6 sets total, first 2 are warmups then 4th is a drop set of 8,8,8. 35lb, 40 lb, 55lb. same as last week.

Standing Cable Curls: 65*12, 70*8, 75*6, 42.5*100.
CG BB bench: 205*12+10+10+6
