KLEEN takes Anabolic Control with Natabolic & SWOLE! + many other goodies.

Definitely one of the best. WHAT!?!?! Man iloved it when he had that gimmick. We ran around all the time. WHAT!!!!

Back and Biceps.

So I did back and biceps this morning. Son is home and man is it awesome to have him there so we can go to the gym. AND I missed the hell out of him too.

Last time I did chins first to blow out back so this time I did Hammer Strength Dorian Rows UHG. The slight angle on the handle seems to aid in keeping my elbow in good shape. Then chins and curls. Rest was only as long as it took for me and the wife to swap spots. We plan our weights so there are no lags messing with changing out typically have it right there and just pop it on or off and her weight is under mine. I would say 45-60 seconds depending on the reps and what not.

HS Rows UHG - 45x20, 70x20, 80x17, 80x13 last two of the last set were done with a pause at stretch to muster up enough for another rep. Last rep was ridiculously hard and fought for. As always weight is per side on Hammer Strength

Chins, well assisted chins... - BW x4 +5 with 40 lb assist, 9 @ 80 lb assist, 15 @ 80 lbs assist. Well It was just like last week after massacreing my lats on the first exercise not much left for second. I tried for bw chins and got 4 and couldn't move so jumped on assisted chin machine and finished for 5 more, on the second set i started Wide Grip Pull ups got to 5 and had to change grip, this plain of motion was really affecting my shoulder. After changing over didn't have much steam. Last set all chins and determination to get to 15 some of these were rest pause like too.

HS Curls - 95x15, 95x14, 95x10 my biceps were relatively shot from the underhand grip rows and chins so I knew it wouldn't take much to finish them off. Besides right now I am focusing on the cutting aspect.

Speaking of the cutting aspect, I will get in more cardio now that the boy is home, AND doing these intentionally short workouts I have time for a 15 minute Interval training session which I did this morning.

Treadmill - 15 minutes, walk 3.2 mph level 6 incline, run 6 mph level 4 incline, intervals were 2 minutes. Calories burned 202.

Current weight as of this morning 194. I am going out for a walk at lunch in a minute too. I gotta avoid that tutu...

Good workout. Watch the shoulder and for God sakes no tutu!!!!!

I have a Keen eye on that shoulder, I think i did it hitting heavy lateral raises going by the plain of motion it tweaked in. Just gonna have to work close grip stuff for a while. I could use more back thickness anyway. I have great lats so it won't hurt me not doing these a while. I think when I do my chins I will use UHG or neutral grip and do what i call chin rows. Bending my legs out in front of me and with my body at a 45 degree angle and pull up from there. Makes it kind of a high row but body weight, and pulling my lower chest up to the bar / handle. That should give me some thickness while still spreading the lats a little too. For now though the idea is cut like crazy until the end of the month, probably even further like 8 weeks. I was doing more recomp first part of the log. Then shifted gears weight started falling off. Now is cut mode. Although legs will be blasted.

NO TUTU ZONE!!!!!!

That was a cool WWE moment. Those were the good days.
Stone Cold, The Rock, etc.

Arnold's backhand to Triple-H looked pretty convincing........for professional wrestling. LOL

Hahhah I love it!!! When life was simple ya know!!! That was when wrestling was entertaining!! :32:

Whoa!!! KLEEN SO FRESH AND SOO KLEEN KLEEN!!! BOOOO YAAAA!!! This is were everybody has been hanging out :deal:

I did hear that Rock was beefing back up to go back to the WWE for a bit. I guess to get more people interested in it again they are probably paying him something ungodly to do that if it is not just a rumor.

I saw my shoulder specialist today(shoulders almost healed Thank God) and he told me as long as a person lifts heavy weights there going to have injuries.he made the analogy of a fat person always has bad knees.

he said lifting heavy I am going to get injuries, whether they be minor or major and I'll have to nurse them. and I ask because you have eight years experience on myself. has this been your experience?

he told me within the next 5-10 years Ill know whether it is worth it to go as heavy as I do. He said since I am still 29 my body heals itself pretty quick.

You go pretty heavy and have talked about de-loading or lighting up for a certain period of time, which I think prevents injuries.

I asked Kleen this question in his log and now ask you since you are in your fifties

Yah it's true you can't lift heavy all the time, changing rep ranges and doing more isolated exercises and adopting a strict form policy all help. You still need to go heavy on heavy duty exercises once in a while though. More frequent time off is helpfull as well. Some people have thicker tendons and bones and they don't wear down as fast but those people are usually much stronger so it's all relative.

Smelton i will have to say that was a great question!! The response is good as well. . . . Oooo Going Heavy!! hahah. . we just have to make sure you don't go to heavy!!! Although when your young its very hard to keep the future in focus. . . :bigok:

I agree totally, I also agree with your doctor. In the last 4.5 years I have noticed a difference in the resiliency of my joints and what not. Up until that point I would get minor stuff, pulls and what not, all muscular in nature. My initial show stopping injury was from going heavier, that was in the same shoulder that is hurting now and is a very similar feeling to what I had before but not as severe. Same non muscular pain though. I am hoping the lighter weight and avoiding the plane of motion that aggravates it I can continue to train and it will improve. I am keeping everything lighter and avoiding that area. Separating push and pulls and keeping them distanced from each other right now. Shoulder work is minimal and geared toward either light standing military presses IE... 95 lbs, or slightly heavy push press 135-ish where momentum gets me out of the bottom danger zone then I can lower more slowly. Hammer strength is also used when I want to go a little heavier since the forward motion of it keeps me away from the afflicted area.

I used to be able to just hang out in the 6-8 rep range. 10 was high rep for me. A deload then was when I stripped the bar and put the weights up after lifting. Now I am finding I am in need of a deload regularly and I can not stay in that high range. I may go back to the HST training later but I have decided when i do it will be more along the lines of 20/12/8 for the rep progression. If I do DC again I will deload every 4 weeks, and only work in weights I can get 15-25 reps total with the rest pauses. However if I do DC again I will do it with my current split. Pull, Legs, Push this seems to be offering me more rest on either side of the elbow tendon.

I am just came up with some ideas for some hybrid training. Where I do a warm up then Ste 1 > 12-15 reps, Set 2 > 6-8 reps max effort, Set 3 > 15- 20 reps, all of this in the same workout. Although I need to heal this shoulder up a little more before pushing it with that intensity on shoulder work I will probably try it on a few other lifts pretty soon. I would think it should yield good results with minimal damage due to not repeating the heavy set, but using lighter weight and repetitions to tax the muscle fibers that were not toasted during the heavy work set.

So far I have been on 2 a days this week for cardio if you count my walks which are low intensity ad the 15 min interval training after lifting. The results are alreay starting to show from this. I am noticeably leaner. Obviously has something to do with diet and water as well but still I am already looking better. My wife wants me to go eat with her & one of our friends today. They always go to this chinese place so if I do that instead of my walk, I will just get steamed vegetables and chicken breast.

I wouldn't have taken anyone's warnings about going heavy when I was 18 and mid 20's. That would have all sounded like sand in the vaj talk to me, except now, my knees are horrible and I have to wrap my knees just to bend over and take a shet. Not really, but I do have to wrap my knee's for just about anything that requires bending and even still, that only diminishes the knee pains, not prevent them altogether.

Oh the stubborness of youth....

I did hear that Rock was beefing back up to go back to the WWE for a bit. I guess to get more people interested in it again they are probably paying him something ungodly to do that if it is not just a rumor.

They would have to pay him large $$$ to get him to do that again. It is possible he could do something like Brett Hart is doing now but I don't see him climbing in the ring night in and night out.

Great points being made here.

Leg Day, and making progress on the cut...

Wow is the weight loss and low carbs hitting me. I managed to muster my resolve, and once my ASGT kicked in I was able to push through with a little more power. I woke up a little late and the ASGT did not have time to kick in for my first few sets. It was a hard fought battle and due to this, I am going to forego any carb loads the next week or so to really get this body of my used to using fat for energy and get some of my strength back. I have been doing cardio and interval training as well so this may have effected some of my strength due to an overall increase in volume of work. Either way my body is responding quickly to the diet and cardio changes. Vacularity is increasing, I can see a little more of my abs and my skin is getting a little looser which is a good sign. It should tighten up a little over the course of the next few weeks as more of the fat in it burns off making the skin itself thinner.

Here is how the workout went down.

BB Style Squats (close stance high on traps) - 135x20, 225x15, 275x8, 275x8 I was shocked at how heavy the weight felt on all sets. In the second set I almost got discouraged enough to say screw it and then thought, DON'T BE A BITCH BE A BERSERKER!

Leg Press - 12 plates x12, 14p x12, 16p x12, 16p x6 I was getting some assistance from ASGT by this time. Legs were feeling the work for sure. I failed on that lest set way earlier than expected. Legs were a little shaky when I got up.

Leg Ext - 155x12, 155x12, 155x10 Man were my quads burning by this point. This is a lot of volume for me and the lactic acid was building up due to not being efficient at clearing it. I tried for 12 that last set and just couldn't make it. My body wanted to stop at 7 or 8 but I would not allow for that.

Lying Leg Curls - 100x12, 100x10, 100x8, again my hams were burning like a mofo. Each set I lost a few reps and that was fine by me the effort was there for sure.

Donkey Calf raises - 315x15 I set just enough to get a good burn in them nice and slow reps. My calves grow when I look at weight and think about using it on them so I am not going to push them too hard until I have another inch on my upper legs. I don't want to become disproportionate. I would just look silly with 18 inch claves and about 25 inch thighs. I really want to get them up around 26-27 but we shall see.

On a supplement note, TestoPro showed it's angry head this last weekend and earlier this week. I found it harder to control my temper again. I have gotten control over it now but noticed when I do get angry it is more intense. I am trying to decide if I am going to put any pics up until Sept 1st. I want to make it more noticeable when I unveil the work I have done so probably not. However the Swole stack will gone before then so we shall see. Formadrol is being finished off at 2 caps per day now and will be gone soon. Boy how fast it goes. Although I got in the habit of 4 a day and went a little longer at that than intended too so I burned up a few days of the dose of 3. Sleep is still good on the Ghen and IGH-1, as a matter of fact I think that is all that made me sleep yesterday night. I have been a little wired out the last week with stress and only thing winding me down is that, and when really bad a little phenibut puts me right into chill town…

This will be my last full blown log for a little bit. I now understand why Reps tend not to log that often. It is hard to keep up with a log and be responsive in threads as well while still working a full time job.

My mood has been good so I have not had the temper flareups as I usually do with Testopro. I have had a heavy surplus in the libido, even more than usual. Funny it just seems that it's stronger this time around as I feel every dose. It's almost a mild stim like feeling.

I have the opposite challenge quads blow up easy, calves take hella work. I actually cut down on intensity with quads and put much more into calves. If I trained all out It would be too out of proportion. It is good to be around advanced people like yourself, that know we all have our genetic strong and weak points, and to for the body to look proportional to really work intensely the weak parts and just cruise on the strong ones.

I am in week three of testopro and notice its effects. I used a bottle atwo months ago, took a month break, so i think this is why I am feeling it more verses just starting one bottle. Testopro is nice and for sure does work well at boosting free testosterone. I would not see why it wouldn't boost total, the study says free though so I say free.

You've got strong legs Kleen. Those are great numbers for someone who legitimately squats deep.
Thanks, my leg press I take the top of my thigh/ knee area into my armpits basically too. However I was donig 12 reps at 275 previously but not leading into that with high reps at 225 or a 20 rep warm up with 135 so I may not be losing as much strength as I am pre-exhausting them before trying to go heavier.

My flare ups haven't been as bad this time when it kicked in due to already having relatively high test with the Formadrol I didn;t have as huge of a bump in levels. I am sure some of it is a result of cutting calories back as well.

I bet you are getting more testosterone out of it right now not being on a major caloric restriction. Must feel great!

What's your Pheni dose? Is it Nutra brand?
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon. Yeah it is the nutra brand. If I have not taken it in a while a 1/4 teaspoon does nicely, if done again in close proximity I bump it up a bit. Gives a nice warm fuzzy feeling. What do you think the best dose is and the highest dose before it makes you anxious? I read it can if taken to high.

Nice workout bro
Thanks Dragon!

I just came in from taking a walk man is it hot out there like 107 heat index or something they said on the radio. Humid too. I took a liter of water with me this time, not the time for stupidity. I also had a little extra time to burn of so I didn't go into overtime and added about a mile to the walk. Now it is time to have some grub and blueberries. :)

I was reading up on it, as well as the individual ingredients and it increases free test moreso but still increases overall serum levels too just not as dramatically as say a Test Booster with and AI and or SERM in it. I think that is why when taken with STOKED! your test goes crazy. It is doing a damn good job with Formadrol and STOKED! right now too.

The new phenibut we have is super potent. I found out the hard way one weekend, couldn't function for 2 whole days. It was a constant drunk/nausea.

I don't go above 950mg...600mg is about my sweet spot.

Oh okay this was the older one. Wow that is crazy though.

I dig my leg presses well into my chest as well. I can't stand people who load up 12 plates and basically do partial calf raises on the leg press.

Those partials are great if you are trying to build tendon strength with extremely heavy weight but other than that is kind of like masturbation. You imagine your really doing something but in the end your just fugging yourself.

Then next time I'll yell, "take that ish to the restroom!! and you better wash your hands!!"

Yah that's got to be it, I knew there had to be something as it feels so much stronger.

In September I go on a more normal diet with 4 meals, carbs througout the day. I will be eating around maintenance 3000 calories or so. I will be running PM and Prime so I should be able to recomp on this and still reap the benefit of the extra carbs.

hmmm other than using different supps, that is what I am doing now. So far the recomp is doing well. Lost about 1% on it in about 2 weeks.

Yah this is what I try to do off season, you can gain a little size and strength while losing fat. I usually stay about the same weight but slowly get leaner. I will be under 220 when I start so if I can hold that till January I will be 13 lbs ahead of the game when I start my next cut. I will be a few lbs bigger as well so lets say 15-16 ahead.

that would be a great benefit for the next comp. I hear you on the cutting while maintaining the same weight. Been sitting at 230 for 3 months now, but the leanness is apparent. My goal is under 10% nice and easy by the new year. shouldn't be an issue. I have a great new stack on the way to assist. I will probably start a cut around the same time you do yours, but not as intense. What is your target day/ month right now?

The schedules for next year aren't out yet so I am guesstimating for around the same time but don't even know what show I will do. If I look really good I may do a WBBF show. I would also like to see when the FAME national show is. I will do 20 weeks prep again and this time you can be sure I will be infinitely leaner. I know what I have to get to and I am going to use my tried and true method while dieting, no shortcuts or trying to find ways to make it easier. It's going to be very unpleasant but that's the way to get it done.

I hear you my friend! tried and true usually outlast any fads... oh and looking forward to seeing on the grapefruit, veal combo again!

I had to ask myself WWTGD, and I came up with that! ;)

So is the mode of PM a test booster? I haven't followed it since my run with it.
hmmm other than using different supps, that is what I am doing now. So far the recomp is doing well. Lost about 1% on it in about 2 weeks.
Excellent! Keep that up Major. How many of those cals come from that fresh milk?

none unfortunately at the moment :grumpy: the dairy where we get it from took a few months to update their equipment, so we are on a break from it... a lot of my cals right now come from Natty PB and other various similar items... tonight though my parents are taking my wife and I out for a break from the kids and we are going to Olive Garden... taking 6 Slin before hand!!!! then we are off to watch Inception. Will be a good time! Have to stay away from the popcorn though... :rasp: not easy because that is one of the things my wife craves this pregnancy! I will be strong!!! I will be strong!!! I will be strong!!!

Yes but for me it's even a bigger Nutrient Repartitioner, although I had some crazy almost superhuman strength days with it. Very strange how it happened. I have no experience with the new formulation however. Oh and I am cycling in Formestane LV, haven't decided on the dosage. I was thing 80 mg 5 days per week.

I am really curious about that as well with the new formula DW since it has two ingredients designed to assist in burning fat/increasing cAMP production if memory serves me right. PM was crazy strong with the partitioning, that has to be a big part of why I cut up so much in the month that I was on it. I had to have dropped a good 2-3% BF in that time, amazing how well that aspect of the product shined through along with the INSANE strength gains.

Kleen - I was planning on running it again in the next few months but it is now going to be pushed off until sometime in the first quarter next year of I would be able to tell if the new version is as good as the old. Guess we will let DW be our guinea pig on this one ;).:box:

Wow, very interesting! I've got option three at home to run after I finish the current cycle and some receptor cleanse, also thinking of adding all or part of the asteroid stack to it, it'll be a full on USP mega cycle. Did any of you run PM with anything? I have recreate and pSlin as part of the deal all ready and waiting in the wings...

Hope you held out but if not looks like last night was a cheat night and that is fine too.

I wasn't taking in a lot of carbs with it so I did not experience that as much. I wasn't really able to push it with strength either. I will keep an eye out on flash sales and what not and if I can pick it up for the right price I may give it another shot.

Both Fin and DW were running it with some other stuff last time. Fin was using TNA, and DW was running an herbal pharmacy. ;) However they both talked quite a bit about increase muscle volume after intake of carbs.

Good work Kleen!!!
Thanks Pem! About to update last two days work.
