thats still some big benching SC. So what are your bench at pre-cycle?! I usually gain like 50 lbs to my bench on SD. But i have trouble keeping my strength. You're probably going to keep that tho, you're what, like a week into PCT?

I was struggling to to hit 275 pre cycle. my shoulders are FUKKED today. lol but it was well worth it. im just gonna make sure my next back work out is as intense lol

Nice man, 315*4 is beastin.

I've been doing incline now for almost 2 months, but my max on flat bb, is somewhere around 275-285, it might be higher now, i'm hitting 225 on incline.

Think i'll go back to flat bb bench next month, trying to focus on the upper chest as of late.

it sounds like im random but i hit chest however i feel like hitting that day. sometimes its decline, sometimes flat, sometimes incline flies, hell sometimes even on the ol' hammer strength. im still curious if i could pound out 370 still and 450 on decline hammer strength lol. that'd be amazing

The AGST provides AWESOME aggression in the gym. People think I'm on cycle right now... It's a good PCT so far. As of today, I am 17+ from my starting weight. I am 262.

Im sure protein count will hit close to 380-400 grams today :D :D :D
 
yeah it was a damn good work out. my bi's are actually tight today lol.. so is my back but im not used to my bi's going that heavy

Im thinking about doing shoulders today and legs tomorrow. My lower back is tight and I definitely dont wanna strain it doing leg press or squats

It shouldnt take that long to bring LH and FSH back up, its getting the testes ready to receive and utilize the hormones that takes weeks, even months in rare cases.. You my friend have your testes ready ;).. I may get enough HCG for the last 4 weeks of my cycle leading up to PCT to get my testes ready..

I am at 262. Slight change in body fat, lost about an inch around the waist.

More vascular in my arms at least, triceps and traps look stupid big.

bis are still lagging but ive been hitting some big numbers on them, so i think they will cut up nicely during my cut

strength is still high, as you can see during last nights workout. 250 on tbars for someone with a stronger chest is some serious work. at least it is for me anyway, considering im in the middle of the second week in pct. balls are back to normal, but ocassionaly are smaller than pre cycle. i think im just being impatient there.

im eating over maintenance still. less carbs more fats and proteins, more fruit if any carbs get added. not paleo, but maybe paleo inspired.

getting all my things ready for this next cycle, im already like 450 in the hole with this big cutter comin up lol

Balls really wont be completely full until near week 4.. No, your balls dont regain full size in less than 2 weeks, so I hate when someone says, "dudes, the torem haz cauzed my blzzez to come back larger than ever and im day 3z of my pctzz..." Focking dumbasses!!!

I would put the squats off for a day is your lower back is sore, don't wanna risk messing up on form and hurting yourself.

Dude my shoulders lag so much, im just gonna listen to my body and beat them up! My back feels a lot better. it was just tight from all the weight on t bar rows.

and as far as my cycle ive got quite a bit of it. its in the other log :D lol im up to about 400 bones lol

I feel you on lagging shoulders. I my right shoulder is f'ed so my lifts are nvr what i want. I'll go check out your other log.

Well I thought my shoulder was gone too, but these days its feeling better than it's felt in ages. I just have to watch my form on heavy heavy bp, and not too much strain on MP. Thanks bro. Cycle isn't starting until october/november but itll be good getting everyone subbed in ;)

I'm looking to start my 1st test cycle oct'ish also. Have you tried Animal Flex for your joints? Was considering trying it to see how it did.

cissus, 10g of fish oil and a packet of animal flex got me thru my cycle. awesome stack for the money.

The animal flex, ive used for a long time. i just added the excessive amount of fish oil (10 caps daily lol) and the cissus. But flex is awesome. if you look around you can catch it on sale at places as low as 19.99.

SC i've never seen macgruber or get him to the greek... heard get him to the greek was good though.

dude fukkin kill it on legs! i love leg days, i sweat so much after squats and SLDL's.. love those 2 exercises.. go heavy as **** on those, then burn out on some leg ext and calf raises.. i don't do much legpressin. too much loading and unloading weights.. gets annoying doesn't it.

its annoying, but nothing like loading for bb rows or t bar lol....

yeah well when i do em i put usually 8 plates on each side so its alot of loading.. gay..
 
yeah its a bitch loading 20 and unloading em. but damn does it feel good to hit 1000 lbs lol... i think i might try it tonight.
 
Dead lifts loading and unloading 12 plates pisses me off especially unloading after scraping 585 of the ground not fun :(
