Thanks guys, I will tell the wife you like her Christmas present to me. I am collecting more and more. Currently Standing target punch/kicking bag, heavy bag, reflex bag, Power rack with Dip station, Lat pull down, pec deck, and low row attachment. A standard dumbell set up with screw on collars and 2 adjustable benches. One has an leg curl/ext attachment and a preacher curl attachment. Oh yeah and a trap/deadlift bar. 1000 watt surround stereo system with 12 inch powered sub for my tunes. Now I want some heavy chains, and some bands, a few kettle bells and more free weight and I am good to go.
Okay tonight I hit up the Push moves and will go to 135 on the overhead db extension and see what happens. Will be a PR as long as i get one rep, mentally planning on 10 got 9 last week with 125 but I am ready to kill it!
My legs are nice and sore from that 10 minute leg day. I may incorporate things like that a lot more often. I forgot how well they work.
