Squats:

285x3 last rep I hit the ground

Leg extensions:
175x12
205x10
255x6

Stiff deads:
135x12
185x10
225x7

Standing Calf raises:
600ish by 10
750ish by 8
900 by 6

Laying down Leg curls:
110x8
110x7
110x6


Been an hour later and FOCK my legs hurt!!!

I got on the PM bandwagon! I have a good feel for I-GH-1 and GHenerate now in terms of what it is doing. Lets add PM to the mix and make it the ultimate GH/Test boosting stack ever...

Am going to South Padre Island for a 5 day vacation starting tomorrow. 5 days away from the gym to fully recover my muscles, joints and CNS. Hopefully I'll be eating at least maintenance.. Keep this log bumped plz :D..
