I also received 2 bottles. I picked up option 3. I plan to run the first bottle as directed 4 pre work out then 2,2 with meals or 2,2,2 non work out days with meals. No days Off though. The second bottle I'll take opinions to raised doses or adding in something else. Took 4 caps I'll be off to the gym in a bit. As far as adding a heavy shake, I think that's a great idea but in my experience it works much better for me to have most of my cals from solid food. Liquid doesn't work as well. I try to limit shakes prework out and casein 2 hours pre bed.

u noticed how in sponser logs .. ALL off the reps from a company will come in to join .. and when its unsponsered log .. only 1 or 2 shows up or none

* today I had someone mark me, I lowered till the marker told me I was low enough then went up. Done on all sets

Today may not look impressive on paper. But I was impressed. A lot of work was done with little to no rest. Atg squats x 20 make men out of " guys". I almost threw up a few time because of the fast Pace.

Other notes. I have been very vascular and I smell a weird body Oder Which is similar to when I ran the TNT stack. And that workd well for me. Also I have had a slight euphoria feeling the past days. I have not even opened another pink magic log so as to avoid looking for effects others experienced that may or not be there. Sorry for caveman dialect I'm posting from my phone.
 
I don't know if I'm too weak or you guys are too strong, but for your size, weight, and picture, I'm absolutely amazed you are benching 315. 3 plates on each side, I only see monsters in my gym doing that.

Not to be an a$$ or anything but if you could, please show me a video of your bench. It will definitely motivate me to see you doing that.

I'll look into a video. That is a valid request. In my pics you can see my chest is further developed than the rest of me. Also there is not necessarly a direct relation with size and strength. My moto. There is always some one weaker and always some one stronger. So worry about improving on your self.
 
Also I've been lifting heavy for years. Muscle maturity is a factor.

I want to note I've been very vascular and today the euphoria is awesome. Let's see what happens.

I agree with you but I feel like the "no relation to size and strength" can only go so far. Anyways, my jaw is dropped at your bench for your size. Subbed and will be watching for the video in here.

There is some relation to size and strenght. The video may take a bit to get up. It's my first log I had troubble posting pics. I'm prolly going to have my brother use my phone for the video, that should work. I think squats and cleans are more impressive than a big bench. Maybe mine just arnt that impressive haha. I also used to weigh 200+ I did a good job maintaining strength while loosing weight but I didn't hit 315 for the first time at 180. All the Olympic and explosive work outs I do really help strenght with out making a big difference in size.

I'm fine with that, I love constrictive criticism. Again I really appreciate them letting this log be "pimp free" to me that means they trust their product and do not have a problem with the dose, my diet, or work outs. I feel really great today I hope this continues the whole way through.

Haven't calculated the days yet. I got 2 bottles I'm running the first 8 caps work out days 6 off day no days off. The next bottle I will up the dose or add something in. Not sure yet. Maybe continue how I'm doing it if it works well enough.
 
My deads are not that great. I usually close stance straight leg dead lift. I like power clean and press. How much weight can I put over my head.

Protein-413.2g (42%) - 100g from protein powders, but i count the milk protein in the food category. (40g nutrapro post work out, 20 nutrapro, 40 micellar casein after last meal)

I dont usually eat that much protein, i think that may be to much. but because its so crazy ill list what ive eaten

2 cups edamame through the day total (this = 1040 cals, 32g fat, 80g carb, 112g protein) i think this may be soy? they are bean/nut things
30 almonds
5 (8 ounce) servings 2% milk. In shakes or drank

pretty good day in my opinion.

2 cups is 8 servings. It's a lot of edamame. It's hard to down it I chug water with it while I'm eating to eat it. A serving is .25 cup
 
I was taking pink magic 30 mis pre work out(4 caps) I moved it to 45 min pre work out. Let's see if that matters

*i used straps for this, borrowed them from my brother, i never use straps or a belt but my grip was tired from my last set.

My trutein came today so post work out i put 3 scoops in 20 ounces milk. I got chocolate peanutbutter, this is hands down the best tasting protein ive ever had. I love protein mixes they work far better for me then whey alone. this is my new go to protein!!! unless the price gets jacked up...

I will not be recording cals today, i tend to over eat when this happens which is fine for me right now. reason being that i packed things i dont have the cals/macro break downs for (salmon burgers.) also i have not entered trutein yet and tuesday is the most busy day at work and im running late... sorry i will still count protein content.

Post the vid of dips =3 (45lb) plates x 6 later.

In my opinion this was a great work out, the fast hanging clean snatches where awesome feeling, never done them fast before. Felt like an animal in the gym.

3 caps RPM on work out days only. I suppose technicaly this is a stack but rpm really is just a pre work out energy product. Calling it a " test boosting. Psarm is just marketing. If there is controversy over the rpm I would consider stoping it for the log, I work out in the am on an empty stomach so it works for me. And I've been taking it for the past coupple months. I don't take it on off days so tolerance isn't really an issue.

Thank you and everyone else for the support. I am not goigto comment on if it's worth the price. My intentions are to do a no BS log and allow others to make there decision. I'm just trying to provide AM with as much as I can give to help the members make their own decisions.

I dont know how to make it so the movie is in the thread, there is a link to the dips video. The Trutein is so tasty, I ate 200g protein today, not counting the trutein I had a few shakes because it just tasted good. I also got chocolate micellar casein from them, and thank god because the truprotein casein i have tastes nasty. with the casein shake 40g will put me around 375g today. ill continue to count my calories tomorrow.

I will probably lift tomorrow because I wont be able to thursday I have a meeting.

Please explain how cow milk will reduce test levels when taken at moderation, last time I checked dairy has anti-estrogenic properties and saturated fats.

I think his point was not to worry about soy having significant effect. I wouldnt mind info on this, I drink a lot of milk

I would go hormone free cows...these days they are pumped full of hormones to produce milk...

You see a lot of little boys walking around with little breasts and it is a direct correlation to hormones in our ****ty food.....

I have the same problem/blessing with my chest, at only 185 ( was 190 over the past 2 weeks i shed some sort of weight in the form of 5 pounds lol ) i can put 265 with good form, 270 shaky and 285 ugly, it may sound normal at 185 to some but if you saw me and sized me up you would probably call b.s. on me,.... i guess you just have to prove yourself sometimes bro, checked the video out too. good work

The short version is that cows are kept in the pregnancy state with hormones, which partition themselves into milkfat. To avoid most of the hormones, drink skim. Lowfat Milk, being an incredibly well subsidized high quality protein source, is something I still drink quite often, but it is something that is on my radar.


My apologies for any derailment of your log, MM11. I quite respect the neutral point of view you are advocating.
 
I don't see why ppl don't use skim milk anyway. Personally I can't taste the difference and plus it has 0 g fat and the same amount of protein.

That is very true, good imput. I go through a lot of milk, when you add in a 17year old bro and 22 year old brother who all lift and play sports we go through close to 2 gallons a day, so what ever the closest store carries sometimes is what we get.

Bench is so much fun. its the easiest major lift. I could not (flat) bench for 18 months about 2 years back because I tore my labrum playing rugby. Most of my recovery I could only incline. My incline got huge and when I switched back flat bench was super easy.

There are a lot of studies saying that whole milk is much better. the fat helps with protein synthesis, as well testosterone needs fat to be produced. also it has the major advantage of having more calories. I end up with 2% because thats what the rest of my family drinks.

Gentlemen (and ladies???) thank you for making this experience fun so far. I am rather enjoying doing a log. I took my 3 caps RPM and 4 caps PM along with 3 caps Super cissus rx (joints been a bit achy) I will hit the gym in a bit, and of course post the work out. Its my 3rd day in a row, but I may have to skip thurs and possibly friday due to work.
2 things Ive been wondering.
Videos people would like to see (i know bench) I cannot promise ill be able to record all lifts, as my phone is also my i pod so when I get recorded I have to do that set with no music and I hate that. also I can only get video when my brother and I lift at thte same time which is not super common.

Suggestions people would like to see for the second bottle. Higher dose, same dose for cut, same dose for all out bulk, add something for cut/bulk? or just see if the gains continue through another bottle.

also no one requested this, but I will not be doing blood work... sorry I didnt do a base level anyways. I didn't think of it. Any other suggestions are welcome!

haha fair assessment. I am only a week in, no libido increase. I have infact felt a definite increase in mood. no change in hunger, strength I have set a PR already but it was under changed conditions. I have been more vascular than usual. That is what I have noticed so far, any other areas anyone wishes me to comment on? I really dont want to be like "pink magic added 23587 lbs to bench!" I feel I work hard and have a good diet, I should have improvements anyways, but if you follow my log you can assess for yourself how "worth it" pink magic is. I can indeed afford running 2 bottles, and was leaning towards a consistent 2 bottle run all the way through myself.

I am not here to promote, pimp, or bash any product. Including pink magic. I will however say there is a direct relationship between when i started pink magic, and my improved mood. I had a bad day at work yesterday, and even then my stress was way low, i was surprised.
 
The work out! (day 8)

This was the third day in a row, since I dont work out in a split and do more power/whole body work outs, this can be very taxing on the CNS. My claim to having strenght at a low weight is that i have a powerful CNS. Take that with a grain of salt, i made it up in my head...

These where more to get a stretch and get blood flowing in my legs, they where very sore and this was painful. i feel the blood flow helps with recovery, but thats just my "broscience"

Preacher curls rest pause (EZ bar + 35lbs each side)

Rear Shoulder flys (rest pause style, ear level pull)
5lbs x 8,5,5,3 Love big rear delt, gives me something to rest the bar on during squats!

Nice log bro, I usually only consume organic skim milk but tend to drink more almond milk more than anything.
 
if you must use milk befriend an amish farmer and get it RAW, i prefer goat, this has all the bennies and none of the negs
 
Haha I don't have any Amish friend unfortunatly. Almond milk just sounds awesome. I don't think 315 is a big deal a bunch of my friends bench 405+ I'm having fun throwing videos up. I know I'm being filmed I won't half ass it. And it's nice to get a different view on my form. Irishcannon it's pleasure to have you!
