The work out! (day 8)
This was the third day in a row, since I dont work out in a split and do more power/whole body work outs, this can be very taxing on the CNS. My claim to having strenght at a low weight is that i have a powerful CNS. Take that with a grain of salt, i made it up in my head...
Dumbell Flat Press
95s (each hand obviously) x 8
105s x 5
120s x 4 (sorry i would take a video but i needed the spotter)
100s x 11 (failed # 12) <- video!

*when i take these videos i sacrifice my spotter which is peace of mind for safty (even though i usually dont have one anyways. and my music which for me is a big deal)
Lunges super set with good mornings
135 x 5 n 5

These where more to get a stretch and get blood flowing in my legs, they where very sore and this was painful. i feel the blood flow helps with recovery, but thats just my "broscience"
Preacher curls rest pause (EZ bar + 35lbs each side)
5, 4, 3 + 1 reg rep on last set.
Rear Shoulder flys (rest pause style, ear level pull)
5lbs x 8,5,5,3 Love big rear delt, gives me something to rest the bar on during squats!
Kettle bell swings
100lbs x 10
100lbs x 12
100lbs x 15 <- wanted to not do this set sooo bad, but i had to man up or i would hate on myself the rest of the day, ended up as my best set.
