Im starting to get nice increases in strength and my agression in the gym is going up. Ive been calm outside the gym, which in cleveland right now im probably the only calm person (because of lebron.)
Diet will be posted later tonight, I appologize for being lazy this weekend, but you got to live your life while your alive! the weekend is over, and its time to be back to business.
 
So I forgot to take a dose at lunch so today I will be dosing 4 pre work out and 4 with dinner. It shouldn't matter to much but I wanted to make note.
 
What would you attribute to PM at this point?

Two weeks in I have a great mood boost and my attitude in the gym is really picking up. My rests between sets seems shorter but I keep to 30 secs on a lot of my rest pause work. In general I'm having more " good" days in the gym and matching some prs. I will leave physical body composition changes to the before / after pics.

maybe i just really hate PM but to me feeling good isnt worth $53. just saying but i will be tuned in for the before and after
 
I've got some Swagger on the way, heard that makes you feel good.

I loved swagger. It wasn't my favorite for a pre work out but I took it befor work and it was awesome. I would be in a great mood and super productive.

I'm only 2 weeks in the change in mood atleast tells me something is going on. I don't like to comment on things to early. I'm running 2 bottles bak to back so really I'm just getting started.
 
To be honest I bought this for the vascularity/muscle hardness. I could give 2 sh*ts about strength or losing weight. I don't plan on running any PH's/AAS to achieve what I'm looking for so PM SHOULD suffice.
 
Vascularity is real good. Libido is picking up. I'll have to wait a bit to comment on muscle hardness.

With Vascularity do you feel that your muscle are "fuller" throughout the day at rest and not at workout times?

How quickly do the "pumps" come on during a workout?
 
I haven paid much attention to pumps but I'll start to. Recovery from day to day is much better. I'm barely sore the day after matching prs. My refactory period is also less. I was pleased about that.

I didn't have my log book my work out was a no break fast paced one. It could have almost counted for cardio. A circuit type of full body workout. Pumps where great ESP in my shoulders. My veins are out all day now, I will comment later on how long muscle fullness lasts. I'm not a big pump person it's like a trease to see my self bigger. I think 2 weeks is appropriate for this to " kick" in I am really starting to get a powerful feeling.

On a side note trutein is amazing. It tastes better than candy!

what about nutrapro?

one was vanilla and the other was watermelon, cant wait to try them
 
I like nutrapro but it's whey. I prefer mix types of protein it works much better for me. I don't like vanilla protein but the watermellon is good.
 
I mix the np nilla with other stuff, 1 scoop nill 1 scoop choco graham crackah is amazing
 
Even though I feel fully recovered im going to take the day off. tomorrow most likely will be legs, which i felt i could have done today but id rather wait, plus i need to go into work early so i would be rushed.

A little low, but after the holiday weekend i could use it. Tonight is Lebrons big announcement. In a few hours i will find out if the city i love and grew up in will tear it self apart over a single man (who is only a year older than myself)...

On another note my recovery has really began to pick up. I also am starting to break out a bit, which is VERY RARE for me. i now have 2 pimples which has not happened since highschool. I think im leaning towards the before pic / after 1 bottle / then after 2 bottles. so anyone wanting to run 1 bottle can see what results to expect if they share a similar work and diet ethic. I feel i look larger, but also a but more around the lower abs.. it could all be in my head only time will tell.

Calf raises. drop set - rest pause
3 sets 2 plates each side then 1 plate each side rest pause style. stretching between sets (and during reps as that is part of rest pause)

Leg raises/ leg curls supersets
5 of 5 130lbs on each machine, back to back no rests for 5 sets

work out was cut short due to it being time to go to work.

Getting started today took a while, hips hurt, and i felt very stiff.

I will post yesterdays diet later, and of course todays diet. I will however warn everyone todays diet wont be 'clean" as i am in a sour mood. (lebron, then the ****ty leg work out that ive looked forward to all week, needing to go to work early, ect... thats just life...) the weekend is tomorrow, something to look forward to.

Thank you for everyone who has kept with me and my log, its been slacking lately but that will stop. I have a lot to go (bottle and a half still) and i will finish strong!

I have not stoped the log. My computer was held hostage this weekend. My girl is finishing up her masters and kidnapped my computer. I will post my work outs when I get off work to night and my Internet is working on my phone again so I'll be able to chime in. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nice detailed log so far. I will be purchasing some PM soon. I began cutting weight a month and a half ago. I've dropped from 264 to 238. should I be concerned about using a cutting agent with PM? My goal is to be a lean 220. How many cycles should be ran of this consecutively?

My appetite has increased which is a good thing. Still keeping my diet clean but i am adding in food and a shake before bed. i usually didnt eat with in 3 hours of bedtime.

Pink magic is starting to really "kick in" Muscle hardness in my arms is great, i regret not having better before pics of the rest of me. i just got my abs... My arms are showing an improvement and my hamstrings are getting stronger quickly. recovery has been pretty solid so far.

I am pleased with my strength and that i am "beating my log book" is good. i have shown small improvements every week. My water intake has also gone up as im really thirsty now.
 
I just placed an order for more trutein...
5lbs chocolate peanut butter.. i will want more.
5lbs chocolate banana (i got a sample of this and loved it)
I LOVE mixed protein blends way more then whey (sounds funny) and Trutein is the best tasting stuff i have tried.. just saying.
 
I'd really like to try trutein sometime, but I just can't justify it over my dymatize whey/casein blend twinpack deal I found somewhere. I'm with you on the blends, for sure, far superior to straight whey.

Nice numbers, btw.
 
Today is a off day, and i will be taking 6 caps. will post diet later tonight. I got a great night sleep last night, I will run a mile with my dog before breakfast.
