I am still here, I was away for the holiday weekend. Its time to get back into the swing of things. My gym was closed the 4th and 5th

Flat bench super set with slow DB flys with a stretch at the bottom (40lb dumbells)
275 x 3 and 5 (flys)
275 x 4 and 4 (flys)
225 x 10 and 2 (flys)
Standing lat pulls (rest pause style)
100lbs x 4,6,3
Hammer strength Iso shoulder press machine
2 plates each side x 8
3 plates each side x 5
3 plates each side x 4
2 plates each side x 12
Reverse dumbell flys
(done on one side then the other 2 sets in a row no break, rest while other side is working)
15lb x 6,6
20lb x 5,5
20lb x 6,5
Rest pause reverse curls (very slow)
just the bar x 7,5,4
