No lifting today, I think my CNS needs some recuperation. i slept in a little extra to help.
I ordered from PP 1000g Ibcaa, 300g BA, and im going to try aginocarn. I was torn between aginocarn and glycocarn. This second bottle i am going to test PM recomp abilities. they only real difference is off days i will eat 3200-3600 cals rather than 3500-4000 cals every day. maybe add some extra cardio after my lifting some days. I am going to go light on carbs today getting them mainly from blueberries wheat bread and milk. around 200g I will use fish oil to fill in the calorie gap (5 caps x 3times today) extra 150 cals from fat should do. I am not happy with my lower abs, and would be happy to be a leaner 185-190 so if i could maintain weight while increasing strength that would be fine.
I am torn between holding off on starting the aginocarn till the log is over, i really ordered it so i could get free shipping. i am interested in the CNS recovery aspect of it.
Also i am going to LOWER my PM dose on work out days. I was taking 4 caps pre work out, since i work out fasted, i am lowering to 3 caps pre work out. I think this may help some days where i feel lethargic due to not having any carbs. I may add the extra cap to my second dose (with food) as the second dose is with my highest carb meal of the day. (around 1700est) or i can just use a lower dose and have the bottle last a few days longer. I feel since its already "loaded" i could get away with a lower dose.
I also am thinking of trying a different pre work out. i love RPM and have a bunch of bottles of it, but some days i dont want to wait the 1 hour it takes for it to kick in with me, but the drinks usually make me crash and i work after i lift so that really would make my day hell.
anyways suggestions welcome, let me know what you think.
