8 lbs all natural!!! that's tough as sh*t to do even eating like a pig and not caring about fat. You do look bigger tho for sure.
 
Thank you. Like I said it's not 8 lbs of muscle. Just 8 lb increase on the scale. I think my shoulders and arms are the most improved. I expected to gain a little fat the way I was eating. But the damage isn't to bad. This is about the half way point for the log.
 
Thank you everyone. I tried to rep everyone but I need to spread the love first. I think my lower abs took a hit. Those are my problem spot and I need to get into real low bf for that to go away. I could just say it's " loose skin" like some do but it's fat. I will still bulk through this second bottle but maybe cut the cals back a hair. Or maybe not. I could add in more cardio. Right now my cardio is walking and running with my puppy. Not very intensive.
 
Also in the after flexed pic you can see the difference in vascularity. I did not lift yoday so I did NOT have any sort of pump going or anything.
 
the abs look more defined in the first pic but upper body looks like a big leap foward, and 8lb's is whats up. by halfway point are you going to log another bottle ?
 
dude puppys are tiring...I run with mine outside in 95 degree weather doing sprints..he's a lab/boxer mix...loves to run
 
This log will continue through the second bottle and I will have pics comparing the whole thing. Think of this as a mid term review.

My pup came from the pound she's a mutt. I think mostly beagle and jack russle. She has a tone of energy and she will try to Race/ out run me. She may have me beat on endurance but I am faster for now. She's hard to catch she can juke well I pretty much need to dive tackle her if she tries to run away. It is a decent way to burn cals and a he'll of a lot more fun than a tread mill
 
Your inner chest definitly looks more defined in the current pic. Also your shoulders look a little more round and traps look bigger. Could be the close up difference of the pic but those look bigger to me. I doubt the 8lbs you gained is all fat man you would think theres some muscle growth in that poundage. I look forward to your updates through the second bottle. Thus far though from your experience would you reccomend this product to your close friends or family? Thats how i judge something if i wouldnt let my friends or family spend their money on it, its not worth it lol.
 
My bad on the dupl post. I'll edit when I get to a computer. Ad for recommending to friends I usually don't recommend supps because very few friends have their diet to the point they should be taking supps. And I would recommend bcaa and creatine and of course protein first.

My brother actually has his diet and training down. ( middle bro) and I'f he was in the market for a natty t booster I would def name drop pink magic and share my experience. I don't really like to influence decisions of people but rather give them info to base judgement on for them selves. I would say so far I am having positive results with no neg sides. Sorry for a round about answer if I need to be more clear let me know n

Definately notice the 8 lbs gain.... I'd say your midsection looks pretty much the same, but shoulder / upper chest has grown for sure! More vascular as well.

No lifting today, I think my CNS needs some recuperation. i slept in a little extra to help.
I ordered from PP 1000g Ibcaa, 300g BA, and im going to try aginocarn. I was torn between aginocarn and glycocarn. This second bottle i am going to test PM recomp abilities. they only real difference is off days i will eat 3200-3600 cals rather than 3500-4000 cals every day. maybe add some extra cardio after my lifting some days. I am going to go light on carbs today getting them mainly from blueberries wheat bread and milk. around 200g I will use fish oil to fill in the calorie gap (5 caps x 3times today) extra 150 cals from fat should do. I am not happy with my lower abs, and would be happy to be a leaner 185-190 so if i could maintain weight while increasing strength that would be fine.

I am torn between holding off on starting the aginocarn till the log is over, i really ordered it so i could get free shipping. i am interested in the CNS recovery aspect of it.

Also i am going to LOWER my PM dose on work out days. I was taking 4 caps pre work out, since i work out fasted, i am lowering to 3 caps pre work out. I think this may help some days where i feel lethargic due to not having any carbs. I may add the extra cap to my second dose (with food) as the second dose is with my highest carb meal of the day. (around 1700est) or i can just use a lower dose and have the bottle last a few days longer. I feel since its already "loaded" i could get away with a lower dose.

I also am thinking of trying a different pre work out. i love RPM and have a bunch of bottles of it, but some days i dont want to wait the 1 hour it takes for it to kick in with me, but the drinks usually make me crash and i work after i lift so that really would make my day hell.

anyways suggestions welcome, let me know what you think.

and i'll suggest Predator by Beast Sports for a pre-workout if you like a pill instead of a drink. I tried of sample of it and its a good product. White Flood tabs are another good option.

I'm taking the day off again. I worked late and wanted to fully recover. I got a lot of rest and will tear shot up tomorrow at the gym.

Todays work out sucked. Weights felt heavy, i felt weak. I thought 2 days off would help me recover but it didnt. I have been overworked at work as well as feeling sick the past few days. have not been sleeping well at all. Im not sure whats going on but i hope it ends.

weight 183.2? the sad thing is i look fatter... flatter as well.. i have been eating the same as always, infact most of my meals are the exact same every day, i have been eating more blueberries than before with out a change. yesterday i did have a lower carb day so maybe my glycogen storage was low and that caused my HUGE drop in strength. I feel ive take a step foward and 2 steps back. I am pretty sure i started the log stronger and in better shape...

I have been drinking a lot of coffee at work lately is really the only difference. and getting really bad sleep. I think im going to take 2 more days break and see if that helps. also i am hoping the addition of aginocarn will help if my CNS is burnt out.

any thoughts? maybe it is just a bad week, things happen.
 
That is interesting. It's been harder to get my cals in. I have no desire to eat but I'm forcing myself. And I feel full early.

yeah i had trouble sleeping too
i went to sleep at 3:00 and woke up at 8:00
 
So I've been trying to cut back on my supp budget. I have extra money and was going to order some stuff but I instead ordered this " rocket grill" it was 50$ and I cannot wait until I get it. I will be eating like a king. I am always pressed for time and it had NO cleanup! It came highly recommended by other bodybuilder/ powerlifters when I was researching it. It looks like a must have for anyone in our lifestyle.
 
Could be a bad week man...I'm fighting this sickness and said screw it I need some rest today.

Get your mind right, eat clean and get ready to kill it next week. Log has been an absolute success so far at demonstrating PM's abilities.
 
I do 3 pre work out 3 w. Largest meal of the day( or highest in carbs, and 2 with another meal. Non work out days 2,2,2
