Supplement that impressed/surprised you the most

What were your gains like?How did you dose both?

for 30 days, i took 8 natadrol and 6 mmv3. Strength gains were unlike any "natural" supplement (granted MMv3 isn't "natural") and weight gain was consistant.

Most people get serious recomp off Natadrol and MMv3, i don't have much room for recomp with naturally low body fat so the weight gain was nice alone.

Drive....I will always stand by AppNuts Drive.

Dont know why, but to date of all the crap I have put in my body, Drive made me feel so extremely amazing, and gave me awesome results. Now I was taking Drive and RPM together, but I really find RPM useless for solo, but when combined with Drive it gives you that "synergy" word that gets touted around by supp companies....except its actually real for once lol.

Honestly I think I may pick up one of them giant tubs of Drive pills and go crazy this summer after I am done with my HGHpro, which is in intself shaping up to be pretty great. Its given me sleep I havent had in a couple years, and leveled out my mood and energy, and has been showing in the gym with strength increases.

Seconded. Drive was one of the first supplements I tried where I actually think I experienced *all* of the advertised benefits. Awesome stacked with RPM pre-workout. After finishing my first 120 cnt bottle, I immediately splurged for the 240 cnt, even though it was obscenely expensive in Europe. F***, I gotta get back to the States.

I emailed VPX and asked for a sample pack to try it out. I explained I have heard good things, etc and I would gladly review it here at AM. I didn`t even get a courtesy response.

Green Bulge increased strength a lot despite already being on creatine for months beforehand. Very surprising.

Primal Male surprised me with the mass gain in unfavorable conditions.

A little sore i haven't tried drive yet, possibly stacked with RPM. A little more sore i have stacks lined up for a while and already spent the cash.
 
TCF-1. Tastes great and I can already feel the effects.

TCF-1 made me feel great too! Flavor was awesome and I just felt all around productive on it.

Others would be beta-alanine and GMS ( the first time I used it was in the original size-on).
 
Sustain alpha by pp and shock therapy by universal

Used to love Shock Therapy but going through my 3rd time with it now and just not feeling it like before. And i cycle off time preworkouts and everything it just doesn't have the same kick as before.

shock therapy+vitamin C+fish oils= amazing pumps that hurt
 
Depends on what for: For Bodybuilding purposes and not general health because general health needs to be a staple(High qulaity multi, high quality fish oil's)

Testopro for natural testosterone boosting

Glycobol for so many benefits, anti-oxidant, and a great insulin mimetic.

RecoverPro for Bcaa's , keeping the anabolism up.
 
Heard some good stuff about alpha t2, seems like lots of guys have mentioned stacking it with tcf-1, maybe I'll pick up some for my pct
 
Other than PH/DS, what supplement has impressed/surprised you the most? For me it has to be Hemavol. That stuff is intense.
Please, lets keep this to positive results, not supps that failed. No bashing. Also keep it to currently available supps.
for power, gains and a good push in workouts I would rec these:
well i think the ASGT + sustain alphaLV+ pp's Beta-a 1g 3-4X ed +5-10g creatine ed = A CRAZY GREAT combo even thow in pp's tbol for 5-6wks (havent done this yet but im sure it will be great!)

also N2KTS blew my socks off, but cant use it too much (get really wired) so i use ASGT more often for preWO.
 
just like to say that i think this has been the best thread for a long time.

Anyone who gets fed up of reading up and sifting through the mass of supplements out there , then this is a great help
 
The benefit of magnesium oil is that it increases DHEA levels big time and is an overall hormone optimizer, magnesium is absorbed through the skin and underlying fatty tissues of the body it sets off many chain reactions, one of which ends in the production of DHEA.

Oral forms of magnesium do not increase DHEA levels.

The most profound thing I've noticed with Magnesium Oil is how much leaner I am as well as my cortisol levels/adrenal fatigue drastically reduced....

Definitely a staple and I will keep on using it.

HghUp - great focus, good sleep, improved my coordination.
Ecdysterone - muscle hardness and density, better sleep and more energy, better endurance
EndoAmp - made my cheat days affect me much less, improved recovery, and kept me with some gains when I had to take some time off.
Looking forward to getting more endoamp and cycling some dermacrine lv, sustain alpha lv, the form and tcf1 lv's and the liver juice to round it out when budget permits.
And some of their other products as well.
 
I respond well to supplments in general and the last 2 years almost everything ive tried worked and/or really suprised me.
Usp labs. Pretty much all of their stuff worked really well for me.
Univeral's Animal Nitro was good.
Alr's Humapro is good.
Primordial Performance's Arginocarn, Fat loss stack is good- very pleasantly suprised with results. Giving the Tcf-1 a try as we speak.

I kid - sort of. I listened to Scott's interview (aka: "Author L Rea") on Heavy Muscle Radio... and he sounded so flustered and desperate to come up with the next semi-intelligent sounding snippet of phraseology it made me squirm in my seat.

I won't absolutely dismiss any intrinsic value of Humapro altogether - but I will say that until any type of solid consensus arises from experienced athletes, it reads more like an over analyzed amino acid tablet to me, with... wait for it... bitter melon!!!!!!!!!!

just an update on this- the spray arrived today and it recommends 10 sprays =150mg before gym and same after , Can be used on wet or dry skin.

ive sprayed on the underside of my left arm and leaving to dry naturally while im sat here on AM Slight tingling but no inflammation which is subsiding as it dries.

Whether it delivers will have to wait and see .

There was a link which someone said between the oil and dhea -only the oil provides this, can the poster come up with a reference to that.?

I also have to add marijuana. Seriously. I wouldnt reccomend this to someone who didn't have a few years of discipline under their belt, but I was suprised to actually have a good work out when I did it stoned. Now it's what I do.

i agree i love lifting stoned cardio is a little tuff with the coughing and all

the same as from any mag supplement. As ive been taking mag oxide for many years, it looks as though i havent had the benefits of this mineral.(poor absobtion) Im hoping subject to absorbtion rate through the skin, the oil will give me them.

The supp was cheap enough , otherwise if it doesnt work , ill be looking at the other forms with higher absorbability

How did you dose Ecdysterone?Which brand did you use?
 
I have had good results from (ecdysterone) Mass Addiction, but i wonder if anyone uses any other products with ecdysterone. I know Scifit sells it capped by itself, which i think is what an earlier poster was talking about.
 
isatori isatest.....never used a product from the brand, not much in terms of reviews for it, but while on it ppl actually commented that i was getting bigger, pretty impressed with an otc product like that

i have not heard of anything of that before. please educate me! :)
