Ok up early this morning,

The heat here in NYC wore me down yesterday hot as hell 97 and humid with it,

That being said i crashed out @ 10pm last night woke up at 5am took care of the wife and here i am :)

So some early morn fasted cardio :) and breakfast #1 under the belt, thats a good start to the day in my books

I feel that we are gonna move one step closer to 500 and make a nice little PR today...... Oh yeaaaa its chest and delts

Out of curiousity, what effect does the clen have on sex, since I have a nice package waiting at home for me lol.

Lets say it has a very climatic effect with out getting to visual

The helios was even better and quicker acting so more convenient for the early morning quickie :)

Was a hectic day and i had a visit with the doc needed to get some refills on some goodies

So he gives a BP while im there 140 / 100 Dunno where that came from, being the good doctor he is he gave me script for BP meds PRINIVIL 10mg a day, does anyone have experiece with this?

Very strange as i was only just there for a visit couple of weeks ago and everthing was fine had blood and everything done G2G.

So getting another blood test done and the Prinivil

Been under quite a lot of stress lately but that was one hell of a BP spike

GOOD NEWS

Better late then never but i hit the gym for what shud have beeen chest and shoulders but i only had time for chest so i got right down to business

365 x 6 PR 1 forced rep
on my 1RM calculator that 430.7 :)
365 x 4 and 1 forced rep
365 x3, i forced rep and 1 negative

When and hit incline cable flys and did a dropset all the way from 90 down to 40

Shoulder is feeling very sore this morning, not joints tho it is tender to the touch. Gonna ice it ghastly AM and I think it should be fine. Price ya pay for the forced and negative reps :) Damn that lift felt so good 365 x 6 + 1 forced rep

Picked a spotter right off the floor never seen the guy bf and he was perfect. Didn't interfere just let me do my thing and came in when needed, A+ mate you've got the job

Yea... That was nice, think i pushed it a little bit to hard on the lower reps, should have stripped some weight of and stayed in the 5 to 6 rep range, i may have to take an extra days rest :(

DAY OF REST and recouperation

Another excellent and refreshed nights sleep

Tonight i will try something different

1 pill 6 spray before bed and when undoubtedly wake for a pee ill do the same again see how that works for prolonged sleep.

I have to say that i have definitely slept as good if not better than when using the Ambien without the grogginess in the mornings, far more refreshed and rested :)
 
Congrats on those bench numbers Ed, you will have that 500 soon enough so take it easy on the ole' shoulder man. How much longer are you going to blast before cruising?

That should be quite a blast :)

You need to cruise as long(or longer) than you blast. Time on = time off but in your case you don't come completely off, you just drop the dose to 250-300 ew.

I would just use all short esters in that next blast of yours(use that anavar you have also), I would have went with tren ace myself, but I got a good deal on the enanthate.

no sir... Ive researched this long and hard

I can clear my receptors by upto 80% in just one week


1 Week Cruise Control when gains taper off

Shudnt loos more than 2-3% of gains before blasting off again

So as to flush out up to 80% of your receptors

Test 300mg ew
CJC 400mcg before bed
GHRP2 200mcg

GHRP2

200mcg total , 4 x day,
On empty stomach 30mins before food atleast 2 hours after last meal. Do not take with fats or carbs they blunt gh. Very important mate.
Ghrp2 is a compound designed to cause the pituartory gland to pulse gh out ..the cjc in short increases pulse time

100mcg is ok
Its has a deminishing effect after 100mcg only 27% more effective

This is from Milos Sarcev the ifbb pro and guru and its a protocol one of my mates uses very effectively

Its more of a mid cycle cruise and blast and negates the necessity to up your Test levels :)
 
I wouldn't recomend trying to follow the same cycling habits as an Ifbb pro. Thats just me though. Cruising for 10-12 weeks between blasts just sounds safer to me. Blasting and cruising you are pushing it as it is imo, but only giving yourself 1 week at a low dose just seems silly to me. There is no way your body can recover in 1 week, think about it, test cyp's half life is longer than 1 week, what is the point of that 1 week off? Im not trying to be a **** here but I think you should consider doing an actual cruise period, not just 1 week at a low dose with some peptides. Im looking out for you here Ed, you won't shrivel up cruising on 300mg cyp ew, I promise you that, if anything.. as long as you keep calories high, you may gain a little bit(i know people who grow during cruises, its not uncommon) My .02

so plan would be say at 90 day mark, 1 week pulse/cruise then blast for another 90 days and then a real TRT cruise period

Now I think I see what you are trying to do. Your doing that instead of upping the dose or throwing in more compounds to offset the effects of increased myostatin levels?

My mate swears by it,

He says he did for a year with 3 such cruises,

My plan would be 6 months with one 1 week cruise, it only really icnreases my origonal plan by 6 weeks but should be much more effective if i can clear out 80% of my recepors in that week :)

Then a more typical 10-12 week break on TRT doses alone

Great nights sleep on the LG stack

Was gonna take 2nd dose when i woke up in the middle of the night but i didnt wake up :) Loving this stuff for sleep

Shoulders are still hurting from Fridays bench session, i know my wife wants to go to the gym so i guess ill go with her and play by ear. Really dont think i should be doing anything that wil engage the shoulders.

Bit pissed i really wanna go and rip the gym apart as it should be back day :(

Well definitely learned a lesson without doing any real damage, forced reps and negatives should be treated with respect especially when the shoulders are on play

And I can personally confirm this. I've been cruising on Test-E (just changed over to Cyp yesterday) at 300mg per week and I'm still making gains in strength, size, and even definition. I still feel as "on" as my blast.

Yes the idea is for longer cycles that it will negate the need to increase the Tests Dose as gains taper

Personally i dont feel like my gains are tapering yet on the 500mg and im trucking along quite happily.

:) gotta keep an eye on that BP spike tho
