Thanks my warrior brother. I felt like those darn Zerchers smashed me!! :silly:
This is the second time I've done these now. Before these last 3 weeks of re-incorporating them back into my routine, it was at least 3 years since I had done them. They're coming back to me. Doesn't make them any easier though. :tired::ugh1:
Full of piss and vinegar this morning!! Really "feeling my oats" as they say. Feel energetic and electrifying!!!
20 Minutes of exhilerating action on the glider machine from Hel. :smite:
330 nonstop reps of ab activity consisting of seated machine crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.
10% inspiration and 90% perspiration=100% success!!! :head:
Doesn't matter how much you meditate and visualize your sessions......you gotta get your ass on in there and bring it to fruition!!! Speak it, believe it, and then bring it to pass!!!
Tried Zerchers last week and I don't know how you guys do it. Even 135 hurt the sh1t outa my arms. Maybe I just had a strong moment of betaness strike? :scratchchin:

I told MrKleen a while back that the best way to do Zerchers is to wrap a thick beach towel around the bar. Duct tape it down on the ends if you have to.
You'll really appreciate the cushioning it provides on those inner forearms and the crook of your elbows. :yup:
By the way, did you get Irish to do the Zerchers also? I'm wondering how his hardcore ass liked them?

That was funny. I wouldn't dance like that even in the privacy of Bilskirnir, much less a crowded street in Midgard.
More power to those who have no shame though. :silly:
I know my destiny. I know what lies before me. And I embrace it. It is my royal birthright. My lineage. My heritage. My bloodline.
The strongman Magnus Samuelsson said it best when he said, "When you're lifting the heaviest weight possible, and the adrenalin is pumping, and your heart is beating 200 beats per minute........you feel very much alive!!"
Total annihilation. Obliterated the iron-Loki this morning!! Threw caution to the storm tossed winds!!
BACK
Reverse-Grip Pulldowns--120X12, 170X10, DC Rest-Pause Set:280X10-6-3=19 total reps with a 10lb. increase from last time. Then after 30 seconds I dropped the weight to 210X14 for some lat-spreading action!! :yup: PRE-EXHAUST SETS: One-Arm Prone Incline DB Rows--40X12, 60X10, 100X11, 100X10. Close-Grip (V-Handle) Pulldowns--90X10, 140X10. 250X12, 250X11. Excruciating little pre-exhaust combo here. Could really feel the rhomboids and mid-lats contracting hard. The plan is to add more thickness and fill in the little "holes" in the mid to upper lats. PRE-EXHAUST SETS: One-Arm D-Handle Pulldowns--60X12, 100X11, 100X10. Machine Rows--120X12, 250X12, 250X11. Another sadistic little combination of exercises done back to back here. Feel da burn baby!! :firedevil:
BICEPS
Seated Alternate DB Curls--30'saX12, 50'sX8, triple drop set:80'sX8>50'sX11>35'sX13. Those 80's felt rather heavy. Been a couple of months since I went this heavy on seated DB curls. I love the exertion required to do this feat. Turns me on!! :hump::evil: PRE-EXHAUST SETS: Lying Lat Bar Curls--60X12, 80X10, 140X11, 140X10. Free-Weight EZ Bar Preacher Curls--55X12, 75X10, 135X12, 135X11. The preachers may look to be on the light-weight side, but not after hitting up the lying lat bar curls right before them. These are done back to back with NO rest allowed between. Now does it sound heavy? Seated One-Arm DB Concentration Curls--30X12, 60X12, 60X11 and then an immediate drop to 35X14 just to inflate the bi's with growth-inducing blood!! Blew the biceps up royally.
FOREARMS
SUPER-SETS: Reverse-Grip Cable Bar Curls--70X12, 100X10, 150X13, 150X12. One-Arm Cable Hammer Curls--30X12, 40X10, 70X11, 70X11.
I really like the cable variety of these forearm exercises. I rotate each week with free-weights and then cable work. Covering all bases.
I tore through this workout like a maniac!! I lapsed into lunacy to accomplish the tasks set before me.
The Berzerker Rage consumed me!!:aargh:
That was funny. I wouldn't dance like that even in the privacy of Bilskirnir, much less a crowded street in Midgard.

Hahaha, yea thats why I mentioned being slipped most likely an entire aspirin bottle full of E. I liked how he pwned that dude and then the crowd just follows him around like VikingJesus giving him offerings to appease him.
"The Techno Viking doesn't dance to the music, the music dances to the Techno Viking. This is the most popular catch phrase being used by YouTubers about the Techno Viking."
My energy levels are soaring this morning!! When I say that I feel good......I mean really good!! Muscles are full, hard, and vascular. Veins are bulging and I'm stoked!!!
20 minutes of extreme HIIT on the glider machine. Kicking the shit outta that thingy!! :buttkick:
330 nonstop reps of ab annihilation consisting of seated machine crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches. Abs were burning. Felt so good.
The diet is on cue. Keeping it all lean on this cycle. I've still managed to pack on 8lbs. I can see it being very easy to mass up on injectable Test!!! I really don't want or need to gain 20lbs. or more. I like being in the 250 to 260lb. zone with bodyfat at or below 10%. I feel big and powerful at this weight. :head:
I was rocking to my old 80's metal this morning. This takes me way back. LOL
7 weeks down and 5 more weeks to go!! :woohoo:
And since I upped the dosage from 500mg. up to 750mgs. total weekly, I can feel and see the difference!! I'm pinning 3 times weekly dosing 150mg. of Prop with 100mg. of Cyp in each injection on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
I just pinned my right delt less than an hour ago.
Thanks my warrior brother. I felt like those darn Zerchers smashed me!! :silly:

Yes sir. Take a thick beach towel and wrap it around the bar. Duct tape the ends down if you have to. The cushioning makes a huge difference. I want the pain in my quads, not my inner forearms!! I also want my total concentration to be on the lift itself.
So wrap that bar broski!!!
By the way, Metroba said you were doing 315 on the Zerchers like it was buttah. So are you being modest here?
Zerchers are a real eye opener as far as your functional strength. It exposed how week my upper body is compared to my leg strength. It was all I could do to get 5 reps with 245 on Zerchers where as I can do 20 rep back squats with the same weight. The core workout you get from these is phenomenal.

A day of celebration. Let the dank ganja go up in sacrificial flames across the globe.
As the sermon goes, "Dearly Beloved. We are gathered here today to get through this thing called life. And if the elevator tries to break down.....go crazy....one time!!"
