Day 10: Cardio

Eliptical...
start of stretching, then start going at normal speed
at 4minutes 40 seconds you go balls to the wall...my goal was to get over 200 rotations, theirs usually a tracker on the machine...until 5 minutes
at 5 minutes u go regular again until 9 minutes 40 seconds and do the same thing again until 10 minutes
11 minutes i would reverse the rotation ur feet are going in....12minutes 40 seconds same thing just ur feet are moving opposite way
13 minutes i'd go regular again
at 14 minutes 40 seconds balls to the wall
15 minutes 40 seconds, 16 minutes 40 seconds
17 minutes 40 seconds
18 minutes 40 seconds
19 minutes 40 seconds

i then go normal speed until 24 minutes 40 seconds and then go balls to the wall again and normal again until 29 minutes 40 seconds

Then i walk on the treadmill increasing the incline for the first 5 minutes and decreasing for the next 5 minutes....total of 10 minutes as a cooldown

I was already having fun...but if this helps lets get this party started....i'm hoping the AI in this will help with the leaning out...i've lowered my calories alittle and added some cardio...not on an all out "cut" yet but i'd like to lose some fat before the end of this and then take it from there

There is no AI in Stoked. It does have some anti-e qualities but it is not a AI. I am sure it will hlp to do the job.

that would be a nice option to have....just another quick question if anyone could answer, i take my glycobol about 20-25 minutes before i eat...how long does it work for...for example if i eat a snack like an hour or two later am i still getting the benefits from the glycobol or is it totally used up by then

Yes there are still some benefits I think that is if your muscles are not already saturated. 20-25 is optimal but I read that it does continue to work long past that...

I think i pulled somethng in my upper leg doing warm up squats or stretching today, it didn't bother me during the workout at all, now that i've been out of the gym for alittle it hurts more than it did, i hope something didn't pull to bad..i felt good in the gym though...after i left the gym it didn't take long to kick in that i was exhausted, i ate, showered, and sat down before i knew it i was waking up a half hour later, glad i didn't sleep much longer than that so now i can get a really good sleep tonight, it feels like i'm going to already

I dont know if you mentioned it before but what are your rest periods looking like? Your lifts have good structure to them im just wondering if ur focusing more on pushing weight or more intense workouts.

Better late than never man!....right now i'm looking more towards intensity,I think i owe it to Anabolic Innovations to go intense, i'm trying to do the most weight possible but keep it at a higher rep range, nothing really under 6 and if i do under 6 i usually do a drop set...i'm trying to keep my heart rate up to burn some extra fat, i guess you can say i'm trying to recomp now, using the swole stack to keep the muscle i've gained over the last year but cutting out some calories in order to drop alittle fat....my rest periods are usually a minute but over the last 2 weeks i've tried to cut them down alittle, 45 seconds is what i shoot for but i listen to my body, if it's telling me it's not ready yet, i don't want to fail on something that an extra 15 seconds would help me accomplish, squats and deadlifts of course i take a longer rest, usually between a minute and a minute and a half...i've been meaning to add some supersets into the mix, i have an awesome chest workout for definition that involves supersets but i work days now so when i get to the gym it's hard enough to find 1 bench let alone getting my hands on the multiple benches i need for it

i shouldn't be laughing at someone like that, i really should be laughing at all the guys who fell into the epidemic at my gym...guys telling me no need for pct after using tren, real tren that is...or a few guys who were jacked all winter and now have shrunk and seem to be hiding two ping pong balls under their shirts in their chest area....but what does a 148lber with no actual AAS experience know about anything...i'm smaller than them lol...atleast my stuff is still functional

Again I might as well post this now while i have time...today is an off day...no gym just pure relaxation and rebuilding...when i leave work i'm going for dinner for my friend whos getting married, eating some great thai food, i love it, always get a dish with noodles, chicken, peanuts, and egg...seems like the perfect combo of foods and relaxing for the night, again i'll probably sip on some Recoverpro after work to get some BCAA's in to repair anything that may be wrong on my rest day, gotta get up early tomorrow for car inspection tomorrow and hit the gym, DESTROY AND REBUILD...gotta love off days

i agree, days off are so nice but i do feel like i should be getting stuff done...i pick fridays though because not only do i not go to the gym, but i don't have to make lunch, prepare protein shakes or any of that the night before, cutting all that out just makes the night feel so much longer and usually just like to unwind on the couch with my girl and watch tv or movies....got her hooked to "The Wire"...it's an amazing show that was on HBO if anyone is interested, now thats really gangsta, but after a night of doing that i feel so much more refreshed and ready to go again

yeah my buddy raves about "The Shield"...i kind of want to get netflix so i can watch all this stuff, but when it comes down to it, i rarly watch to much TV...monday nights i watch a lot of tv and friday's but other than that i'm not really near a TV all that much....is it episode to episode or is it a story in "The Shield" because the episode to episode shows don't really do it for me

No it's more like the Wire in structure. I could swear it was the same writers... I just down load the series and watch as many episodes as I feel like. The only show I watch on a weekly basis is Spartacus Blood and Sand, great fuggin show...

the writers of the wire are coming out with a new show...it's based in new orleans post katrina, but it's not about drugs and stuff like the wire and i can't think of the name right now, but it's got good ratings by the ppl who have seen it....the best part of the wire is that is loosly based on real life experiences from a baltimore police office....marlo is based on a young drug dealer, omar was a real person that robbed drug dealers, the kid who plays poot is a "gangsta" in real life and snoop was arrested for gangsta activites a few times, they brought them in for more realism....a kid i know also lived in baltimore said the lingo is very accurate to balitmore lingo...shiiiiiitt....thats how they really say it
 
I know the berberine in Glycobol has a 4 hour half life. Not sure about the other ingredients. Yes you still have some of the benefit of it in your system for the next meal IF you are eating every 2.5-3 hours. Then the second dose with say lunch or whatever... A very good plan with that is Dose, eat higher carb meal, next meal low-med carb, dose again Higher carb meal, then low-med carb meal, last meal or too low carbs... So it would look more like Dose and, 75 grams, next 25-40, dose 75 grams, next 25-40 grams. lower carb meals should also have more healthy fats in them keeping insulin down and the body used to more balanced nutrition.

Shoulder press (smith machine): 95 x 12, 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 150 x 7

Upright Row: 95 x 12, 115 x 10, 135 x 8, 140 x 6 dropset 95 x 8 closer grip

DB Lateral Raise: 15 x 12, 20 x 10, 25 x 5, went into half movements for 5 and drop set 10 x 8

Real Delt Machine (plate loaded): 20 x 10, 25 x 10, 30 x 8 (hold for 5 seconds at 8 and lower slowly)

Cable front raise: 40 x 12, 55 x 10, 70 x 8

Barbell shrugs: 135 x 15, 165 x 15, 185 x 12
Real Barbell Shrugs: 135 x 15, 135 x 15

Cardio: Eliptical for 10 minutes going all out for the last 20 seconds of each minute...groin or pulled muscle in leg didn't like that so i stopped at 10 minutes and stretched really good

Decline Sit ups: 3 sets of 30

I forgot my little black book today so all weights should be fairly on point but it could be off a little...muscle hurt alittle as well but gotta man up and keep pushing
