Gymaddict20's Pure Insanity: M1,4ADD, P-Mag & Formestane Cycle Log!!!!!

I have to do cardio year round. I did 4 30 min sessions when bulking and I still put fat on my stomach...but atleast I kept it off my face!

I am the same way. If I dont do cardio I put on fat and unfortunately I do put it on in my face if I am not careful.

I feel your pain my friend. . .I happen to luck out and i don't store to much fat but i do have some issues in the face. . its a lil Bi***. . . haha i notice that from pictures from b4 and after soo far hahah not much but enough to notice haha!!
 
UPDATE DAY 14

This is the update from yesterday (Saturday). I was supposed to have my first power lifting class yesterday morning but the coach decided to not show up. I was pretty irritated that I had gotten up at 6:30 to get there and he didn’t even show. My buddy and I decided to check out a new gym near by. Had a great chest and back workout. Saw decent increase in strength and aggression. I felt amazing and am not sure if it was due it being a morning workout or not. I am still consistently walking around in a great mood.

Sides: Balls are shrunk down quite a bit. I can’t seem to satisfy my thirst, hunger or my libido. The lethargy has gotten a bit worse but I am still holding out on popping the DHEA.

Workout Chest & Back:

Flat Bench: 10x135, 10x135, 10x205, 5x225, 5x225, 5x230, 5x230, 5x230, Burnout w/ 135lbs

Incline Bench: 10x155, 8x185, 5x205, 5x205, 5x205, Burnout w/ 135

Decline Bench: 8x135, 5x155, 5x155, 5x155, Burnout w/ 135lbs

Flat Bench Dumbbell Press: 8x85, 8x85, 5x75

I did bump up my calories and wow, I didn’t really miss the walking around full and bloated feeling. I will update this again either tonight after my work out or tomorrow morning. I will be starting the Formestane today.

UPDATE DAY 15

Woke up with the biggest appetite thus far. I just could not eat enough food. My muscles are starting to feel a bit more full and it seems I am walking around with a constant pump still. Over all I feel amazing. Started the Topical Formestane. Two squirts under my left bicep morning and night. It smells pretty good and dries decently fast. Had great shoulder workout and set a PR!!!

Sides: The usually thirst, hunger and elevated libido. The lethargy is starting to become a pain in the a$$. Having trouble getting out of bed in the morning and am dragging all day. We will see how it goes today and I will start to incorporate the DHEA accordingly. Going to be anywhere from 50-150mg depending on how I feel. My balls are still a bit sore from time to time and are a lot smaller than normal. I have a few pimps here and there on my back but nothing to really worry about. When I break out, "Acne Free" and tanning usually seems to do the trick nicely.

Workout, Shoulders:

Warm Up: 3 sets of 20 perfect push-ups

Warm Up: 12x95 front of the head military press

Seated front of the head military press: 10x135, 8x145,6x155, Burn out w/ 115lbs

Standing straight bar shrugs: 20x275, 15x315, 15x315, 5x415-PR!!!!

Standing straight bar center pulls: 12x65, 12x75, 12x75, Burnout w/65lbs

Seated dumb bell military press: 5x50, 10x55, 10x55, 8x55, Burnout w/ 30lbs

Reverse Peck Deck: 12x75,12x75,12x76, Burnout w/ 40lbs

My workout is going to be a bit off this week due to my intense Chest & Back workout on Saturday. I am going to incorporate a little bit more light cardio this week as well. I was pretty pumped with the PR while doing the shrugs. We will see what this week brings. It should be pretty interesting as far as the gains go.

Nj on the PR, I havent shrugged in like 4 years seriously lol.

I always use dawn dish soap for acne, drys the skin out but works like a dream.
 
Any more weight gain? also, when did you first start putting on those initial 3 lbs?

Thanks bro. I had never thought to use Dawn dish soap. I will give it a try. Its a lot cheaper than Acne Free thats for sure.

ya it does the same thing to pots and pans that it does to your face... cleans and dries it out lol. after about 3 days you should be have a clean face
 
dish soap has chemicals in it tho. not really great for the body. get absorbed through your pors. but i eat organic so just my .02
 
awesome nick, so what is your official weight up to now?

I Just weighed my self and was at 170lbs. I am up 4 pounds from when I started. I have lost a little bit of weight around my mid section and am seeing an increase in strength. I am hoping to put on at least another 8lbs with this cycle.

Seems like you're getting some lean gains/recomp. I personally wouldn't be too obsessed with the numbers. Especially when you are eating the way you are....I wouldn't be worried about losing some stomach fat and moving the scale up. :bigok:

I am defn not complaining bro lol. My strength is up and thats mainly what I care about.
 
UPDATE DAY 16

AHHHHHHHH, feeling great! I have noticed a little bit of a gain in size but not really too much with my weight. My strength is up for sure and I seem to have lost a little bit of weight in my mid section. My appetite is still up through the roof along with my libido. Just can't get enough!! Not sure if it is possible but my libido is up even more which I credit to the Formestane. Insane pumps in and out of the gym. I am quite fond of the Topical Formestane, stuff smells great and dries easy. I will defn incorporate it in all of my future cycles.

My current dosages are:

M14ADD: 120mg
P-Mag: 75mg
Formestane: 100mg

Support Supps:
DHEA 10-150mg ED
Primordial Performance's Liver Juice
CEL's Cycle Assist
Cranberry Extract 1500mg
LG's Receptor

Sides: The usual hunger, thirst and elevated libido. The lethargy was starting to become annoying so I popped 50mg of DHEA in the morning yesterday and within a half hour I was back to normal. I popped another 50mg in the late afternoon as well. It seemed to eliminate it. Balls are still smaller than usual but haven't been as sore. No problems with hair loss or gyno thus far. Seem to be sleeping a lot better and haven't had any paranoia lately. Surprisingly I haven't had any problems with back pumps / cramps either.

Work out, Tri's:

Warm up - 3 sets of 20 Perfect push-ups

Skull Crusher / Dips Super Set: crushers w/ 55lbs to failure then dips to failure, 3 sets

"V" Bar Tri Press Downs w/ Tri Rope Burnout Super Set: Again the numbers are scratched off and aren't sure if they are half weights or not but we used the entire stack with the "V" bar and 45lbs burnouts with the rope, 3 sets

Triceps Kick Backs: 15x25, 15x30,12x35, Burnout w/ 15lbs

Reverse Cable Curls: 10x50, 15x55, 10x60, Burnout w/ 25lbs

Behind the Head Tri Single Arm Press using the Hammer Strength Machine: 10x35, 10x35, 10x35

Assisted Dips: 3 sets to failure

After the assisted dips for a clean up my Tri's felt like they were going to explode!!!!! All in all this cycle has been going great. I am still walking around in a great mood with the constant pump. I know all my brother in iron can relate to the on cycle feeling. Today will be an off day for my due to my training on both Saturday & Sunday. Going to hit the gym tonight to get in some cardio rip my abs up. I am not sure if I have mentioned but when doing my burnouts with each exercise, I will reach the point where I cant do even one more. Then my lifting partner will help me get at least 5 forced reps to really tear apart those muscle fibers.

UPDATE DAY 17

WHHHHOOOOOAAAAAAA, feeling the insanity!!!! I am feeling amazing and I am starting to see some nice results. My strength is up for sure. Last night was the first time I saw my girlfriend since Sunday night. Upon walking in the house wearing a t-shirt her jaw dropped. She said I looked a lot bigger in my chest arms and shoulders than I did a few days prior. My reply was "and I am only going to get bigger" HAHAHAHA!

Sides: Thirst, hunger and libido is unstoppable! The anger, intensity and aggression is defn there but have been good about only unleashing the fury in the gym. I have been combating the lethargy with 100mg of DHEA a day and some additional morning carbs. Seems to be working nicely.

Workout:

It was a cardio and abs day but still had a insane pumps after my run. I did a warm up of a mile then some HIT sprints. My cardio is defn not where it used to be that is for sure. No matter though, my motto is "I wouldn't run if someone is chasing me, I'd turn around and just fight them" lol.

After my run I literally ate everything in my fridge (all healthy of course). My girlfriend kept asking me what the hell was wrong with me. I used the Topical Formestane last night before I went to bed. I woke up a hour after passing into my coma like an elevated libido monster! Sh*t was intense!!!!!! That stuff is seriously awesome. If you have never used it I highly recommend you do with your next cycle.

UPDATE DAY 18: Part 1

I figure I can update it now and will update the rest of the day and tonight's workout either tonight or tomorrow morning. I ran a mile and a half this morning. I put my head phones on and felt the same aggression and anger while on the indoor track as I do smashing iron. Did 3 sets of 30 sit- ups on sit-up bench after my run. Going to be a intense bicep workout tonight.

The weather is warming up here in upstate NY and for me that means I will get to open up my garage again. I have a full gym with mirrors and everything set up in my garage. I will be subbing in the heavy bag this week to deal with the aggression and for some cardio. Really looking forward to slapping the sh8t out of the bag!!!!!!!

As far as the gf comment: its always good to have a girl that's cool with the whole chemical enhancement thing. I had a gf that swore up and down that I had food rage from creatine, turns out she was just super annoying and that was causing my mood swings. One of the smartest girls i ever met but had no common sense.

I'm really looking forward to you smashing **** up when u get here bro. Are u bringing your bench shirt?

That's hilarious. I defn lucked out with this girl, she is really supportive with the whole thing. Kinda funny I am making my travel plans right now to be in Wake Forest / Raleigh lol. I will defn be there on April 5th. After we get a good lift in I am going to have to drive out to Charlotte. What time of day can you smash some plates bro? I haven't been training with the shirt at all lately. I can bring it though

^^^ LOL. Btw, where u at in ny? im up at school in binghamton right now, and I hear u on the weather its so f'in nice finally.

Also, when do you apply the formestane, I just ordered some and am going to start it in a week or so, probly a week after I introduce p-mag.
 
I started running the formestane at the begining of week 3. I am a few hours from there in the Utica area. I have a few buddies that go to school out there. Your not drinking while on cycle out there right?
 
Two words...Dang son! Your posts make me want to rob a pharmacy full of vicodin so I can lift with no chest pain!

You definitely sound like this cycle is treating you very well. Keep up the hard work, and enjoy your time ON.

UPDATE Day 18, Part 2:

This just keeps getting better and better. Insane pumps with awesome workouts. By far this is one of the best cycles I have ever run. I am loving the Topical Formestane more and more every time I use it. I do find that I notice a difference when I apply it to my inner thigh as to under my arm. Defn see more effects with it in my inner thigh. I am interested to see what these next 3 weeks will bring as far as gains. I have noticed that I am becoming a bit more vascular in my upper chest and shoulders than I already was.

Sides: Hunger, thirst & libido are still at an all time high. Not too much to report with the anger at all. I am always in a good mood. The lethargy is still under wraps with the DHEA at 50-100mg a day. I pop them according to how I feel. No problems with back pumps / cramps at all. No acne either.

Workout, Bi's:

3 set of 25 perfect push-ups

Standing dumbbell hammer curls: 12x45, 10x50, 10x50, Burnout w/ 35lbs

Standing straight bar curls: 6x95, 6x95, 6x95

21's: 3 sets with 55lbs

Standing straight bar reverse grip curls: 12x45, 10x45, 10x45

Today is going to be a day off and will just do some light stretching. Got some more great news last night as well. I found a new power lifting coach. I will be traveling about an hour each way on Saturday morning to workout with him and his team. Now that's dedication right there!!!!

While talking to him we got on the topic of PH's. He said the best thing he had ever taken was PCT Tabs by IDS. I had taken them in the past as a part of a PCT and I thought they were junk. Anyone else ever use these? I told him that when it comes to PH's I have a "little" experience with using them lol.

UPDATE DAY 19

Officially juiced out of my mind!!!! Week 3 is defn where it all started to kick in. I feel amazing and could SFW all day long. I have a constant pump and my muscles are a lot fuller. I am decently calm walking around the office all day but as soon as I step in the house of iron I go off the effin wall!!! My weight is only up about 5 lbs but I have seen some really nice gains in strength. The libido monster inside me is always shaking in the cage to escape!! lol I just cant get enough.

Sides: Extremely elevated thirst, hunger and a libido monster!!! My balls are noticeably smaller and ache. The lethargy is in check with the DHEA at 50-100mg daily. No problems with gyno, hair loss or back pumps. Sleeping at night consists of me slipping into a coma. The only thing that will wake me up is if I have to take a leak other than that I am in a very deep sleep.

Workout: Day off

I did some light cardio, and some stretching.

I can update this now as it was another 5:30 am cardio session / abs and will be a day off. Defn going to have another "cardio" session with the girl tonight lol. Tomorrow is day 1 with the power lifting team I will be training with. Sh*t is going to be intense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One more thing I wanted to toss in here. When ever I hear the song "Face the Pain" by Stemm, I instantly want to bash someone over the head with a 45lb plate. It always gets me fired the f*ck up in the gym. I highly suggest adding it to your play lists.

I am only up about 5 lbs so far. I do also have 3 weeks left so we will see what happens. I really cant complain though. My strength is defn up.

My weight gain with pmag lagged for a bit then shot up quick...cant speak for m14add as i'm running it for the first time now. You're gonna tank up man haha good job so far. This has been a good log. You're def right on the Formestane too...that was one of the greatest discoveries of my life hahah. good luck with the rest of the cycle
 
When I ran dbol in the past it was usually week 4 when my body weight went up. Agreed, the Formestane is the sh*t. I don't think I will run another orla cycle without it.

I will hopefully be joining the ON cycle fun in a few short weeks. My sternum is feeling much better lately and I got word from a physician tonight that nothing appears to be fractured.

After reading your log, I'm definitely gonna try to log my Pmag cycle when it starts. If not for the assistance then simply for the support from all my brothers at AM!!!

Still feeling effin amazing!!! Pump and libido are more than insane and I am always in a great mood. Yet again I am going to say how awesome the Formestane is. I can not say enough god things about that stuff.

Sides: Thirst hunger and libido are through thte roof. Other than that I haven't had any problems.

I had my first powerlifting training session about an hour from where I live yesterday morning. Sh*t was intense. The team I will be training with are some of the strongest people I have ever met. Down the earth and great people that are very didicated to the sport. The workout wasnt anything too impressive. It was mainly to work on form and get me used to my denum bench shirt.

Warm Up:

Olympic Bar: 15 times

10x135, raw

10x185, raw

Workout:

5x315 off 3 boards w/ bench shirt

3x365 off 3 boards w/ bench shirt

3x365 off 3 boards w/ bench shirt

15x15lbs tricep exercise (I have no idea what the heck it was but it was sick expecially after benching.

A few of the guys were benching well over 600lbs and repping it lol. Not sure if the entire team will be there this Saturday due to the holiday but I will be meeting up with a few of them for sure to bang out a great workout.

Durning the course of the workout my ear drums popped so my ears were ringing, I still have slightly blurry vison and I popped just about every blood vessel I have from my shoulders up with the exception of my eyes lol. My face looks like a zombie hahaha. My body isnt used to the constant pressure and will take a few months the adjust.

I also wanted to see what everyone opinon on drinking a N/A beer while on cycle is? I am very careful to stay away from the booze during cycle and PCT. N/A ber still has alcohol content of .5.
 
Personally i think having a drink or two on cycle won't kill you....like two beer or a glass of wine once a week is no biggie. But if you're getting straight up housed then you will def be in for some trouble.
