THE ONION LOG

Just wondering... how about GARLIC?? I mean, since onions and garlic are cousins, and garlic is stronger, could garlic be the real T-juice?

I know that garlic increases No2 in the blood or something...ie garlic gets you pumped. lol

I looked up garlic and testosterone and found this...

Impressed and surprised that someone is doing this! I will definitly be following this... Can't wait to see before after bloodwork :) Also, i wonder by what pathway onions would increase test? Would onions have increased effects if used with a natty test booster? If this works, it would open a world of opportunities for bodybuilders...

Day 1: 100 grams
Day 2: 200 grams
Day 3: 300 grams
Day 4: 350 grams
Day 5-30: 400 grams

Edit: My stomach is in turmoil after eating that onion. Like a burning sensation.

anyways garlique works wonders, use to knock out my colds like it was nothing.

and of course noone is sure this would work this is why this guy is doing it. power 2 ya, they need to make an onion pill if this is the real deal.

Ok, Im with you on this whole project, Im guessing you have a scale, what did you figure 1/2 and onion was in grams, so I can follow along without geting lost.

Also, did you just eat the onion and nothing else, if your stomach is bothering you, what about eating it in a salad or with bread.

I have the scale and a smaller onion is 100 grams. I have a variety of onions (white and red at the moment) because I have no clue what type of onion would be best. To further dillute my findings I'm adding garlic. I found a study on garlic *cannot post link*:

At any rate, they use garlic powder and the powder significantly raises test levels along with improving nitrogen balance.

Did you ever notice the worst tasting the food the better the freaking results?!

You should try juicing them. I dont think you can physically eat enough of those to actually do anything. All of the fiber will tear you up.

Would that I could. I have no food processor/blender/whatever-couth-folk do to their food. I just eat it like it is and that's all.

I'm popping garlic right now and it tastes great actually. My tongue is BURNED from the onion earlier though

Edit: Holy hell. I don't think it was from the onion earlier. GARLIC IS LIKE NAPALM IN MY MOUTH. When you start to chew the garlic clove tastes fine, kind of good. Reminiscent of garlic that you put on food... and then the burning sensation hits.

Lol, Yes I've only eaten a raw clove of garlic once. It's lethal stuff. I reached trying to grab for something to wash the taste out of my mouth and chugged some diet soda; foamed up so bad... lol. Stomach burned for a while after.
 
I'd say invest in a food processor. Making homemade salsa is easy and a great way to get raw onion and garlic into your diet.

An easy recipe is 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 jalapeno pepper, 1-2 cloves garlic, cilantro/lime juice/salt&pepper. Put it on fish, chicken, burgers, in eggs, tacos... I make a ton.

Once you get a food processor you can also make things like pesto and homemade mayonnaise.

I love to cook in general, a food processor makes cooking so much more of an enjoyable experience. I recommend one to everyone that cooks.

more than that, actually onion generate special chemicals when its cells broken. I should say, breaking the cells actually mix some compounds with its own enzyme and create some new chemicals. (that's why you got tear when you cut it)

I had hoped chewing it for break it down a bit! Alright, that does it, I'll cut up my garlic and onion and put it in a stew later.

DAY 2

150 grams of onions along with 3 garlic cloves in my soup, and it actually tastes pretty good. No burning sensation yet. Will keep doing this if it means I can breath while eating onions/garlic.

DAY 3

200 grams of onions and some garlic mixed with my baked beans. Tasted fine. Still taste it on my breath though.

No changes so far I think. Later tonight I'll post the bloodwork, hopefully.
 
Wow interesting. I cant beleive you were eating it as an apple in the beginning! jeez! yeah put it in your food haha.
 
DAY 4

300 grams of onions today, 3 garlic cloves. I mixed them in with beans again, tasted fine. I had morning wood today, is that a good sign?
 
DAY 5

Hey guys I forgot the bloodwork at home and won't have a chance to pick it up until this Thursday. I'm also looking at 500 grams of onion today along with garlic.

A few side effects: All gases emitted from my body smell like garlic/onion. My BO doesn't smell any worse, it might even be better.

2 days in a row I woke-up with morning wood.
 
DAY 5 UPDATE

My girlfriend said my erection was harder today than usual. The last time she said this was when I was taking epistane (which gave me rock hard erections for whatever reason).

I think the onions are working!
