My buddy joined me for this fast paced training session. He said he was loving it, he had not worked this hard in awhile, then he puked... hahaha

Still feeling awesome; I am holding a ton back in the gym, to allow for weight increases over the next few weeks.

THIS **** IS INSANE.
Week 3 is the week… HOLY ****… I literally was unstoppable in the gym guys…

125lb DB’s for 5x5 flat press tonight, supersetted with 135lb DB rows 5x5 literally taking 10-15 seconds break... Ended up pulling a 315x15 (raw, no belt) which is a PR. Too many PR’s to list tonight…

I am blown tha'phuck away…

Monday, 3/1/10 - PM Training

315*16! PR for a belt-less, strap-less conventional pull. I could have went for 20-25 but I got scared... haha

My diet was low today too...
8am - 2 pinkies with our top-secret protein, plus 4g Fish Oil.
1pm - 2 pinkies with lunch, 6oz beef/3 whole Omega 3 eggs. Veggies.
4pm - 2 pinkies, pre-training with 1 OEP.
7pm - Taking 2 pinkies right now with Dinner, Chicken and Mixed veggies.
This is a joke... I am around 265lbs and I am used to triple this intake. OEP has my appetite shut down, but da' pinkies are pulling me through it!

All I can say is Mass… It is wild. My muscular shape is amazing. Pumps are stupid. I could not do any more presses because my forearms were too pumped… My training partner was terrified…

My most muscular is sick (and I am NOT a bb'er...), and I THINK I am getting a sick garden hose neck vein. If I do, Jacob - I will be eternally in debt to you… Not joking...

Its like week 2, I was impressed.
Week 3, I am completely in shock. My diet was next to nothing, and I set a ton of PR's tonight...

that work out was ridiculous...its one thing to do any one of those PR's on separate days, but to hit them all on the same day..back to back....with very little rest

What is in this pink magic....the herbal extract of silver back gorilla rage?
 
Boro, other than the obvious insane results you are getting what other effects have you observed? Libido,stamina,BP,sleep,recovery,etc

Libido is WAY way up... Almost too much...
Stamina - recovery in every environment is up.
BP - no change at all, just dosed 10 mins ago and I am 129/90. This is a good number for me.
Sleep - No change.
Recovery - It is hard to say, this training layout is kicking my ass...

Dude, Boro you got me wondering what it could be, sounds AWESOME, sounds also like it either boosts androgen receptor sites in the brain or total/free testosterone.

Just for an update guys... I have a mild left trap tear...

I am not sure how it happened, I woke up Thursday morning with a huge bruise on my back and I have been trying to deal with it since then.

Went to the chiro today and he really helped me out. Hopefully Ill be back soon.
