The Workout
I got the order a little screwed up today but I still did all I needed to and had another great workout. My workout today was at my school gym:
Bicep Curls:
8x35 DB (warm-up)
6x55 DB
6x50 DB
4x45 (Hammer curl)
They have absolutely NO preacher curl of any sort here so I did these instead...
Concentration Curls:

BW + 45 plate x12
BW + 2 45 plates (+90 lbs) x7

Overhead Cable Extentions:

Shoulder Press, These were done on the Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press ---same general motion but unfamiliar piece of equipment:

Tried free weight laying prone on an incline bench...did not like.
No FreeMotion here so I improvised and used the regular cables and did single arm

No Hammer Strength for these so I just did barbell using the power rack. It got the job done but I perfer the HS where the handles are to my sides instead of in front of me.

Didn't like having to drop weight half way through but I had to. Another new machine so I had to gauge and guess.
Cardio
None till my intramural bbal game which was a few hours later. We lost...badly, 69-44.

We actuall made adjustments and beat them the second half but the first half was so bad that we couldn't overcome it.
NOTES:
35 sets, very high volume today! The dips were kinda funny. When I strapped on the two 45 plates, I had several people around me watching, even one of the employees that was cleaning up in the area!

I also got some compliments from a couple friends and teammates so they've noticed a difference as well. My HemaVol came in right before I left for my workout so I popped half a dose to give it a go. I did enjoy it and noticed increase pumps and vascularity.
I'm actually dissapointed that I only have a week and a half left on this cycle. I'm considering pushing the P-Stanz out to 8 weeks as it's unmethylated and I have had no observable sides. I starting to really get some positive effects from the cycle and my blood pressure is still excellent.
