My Epic Recomp Adventure with a CEL Double Tap!

Week 3 of PCT started a few days ago on Sunday (Easter). I added in a couple things so it now looks like this:

-6-OXO 300mg
-BCS I3C 400mg
-DS Lean Xtreme for cortisol control
-Cellucor P6 ---> natty test booster

-Cellucor R3 ---> this is just for joint health and recovery

Everything has been going great so far with nothing adverse to comment on.

I also just bought a Body Solid Power Rack and a 1200 lbs capacity barbell for my home gym.

Nice work!!! :smite:

This week has been crazy. I haven't made it to the gym at all this week, but I haven't really needed to! I've been moving around a bunch of weight equipment and picked up on several great deals, so I definitely have been getting a workout in.

I got a nice Elliptical that was a freakin beast to try and break down and move. I found some guy selling 635 pounds of olympic weights, a bowflex, a weider bench, and 3 olympic bars. All I wanted was the weights but he refused to separate them but was asking for so little that now I got extra equipment in the garage that I'm not using. I got a Power Rack about a week or so ago and it arrived yesterday. Then last night I got a commercial Tuff Stuff dual stack multi-functional trainer with 400 lbs of weight. That one was pure hell to move. I had to rent a truck and break it down into movable pieces (whole thing weighs about 700 lbs). It took 4 people (5 including my wife) 5 hours to get it home and set it up. Granted two of those hours were travel time. That was nasty. All that with the dumbbell set from 5-75 pounds and a few other things, makes it a pretty nice home gym!

This morning I did fasted cardio for my first time. I've always been apprehensive about it cause I don't want to risk losing muscle. So I woke up, drank 22g of BCAA's and had a 20 minute HIIT session. It wasn't as bad as I had feared but I'll have to see how it progresses throughout the next couple of weeks. I may have to tweak it a little.

PCT is going great, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Smooth pcts FTW! I'm not all about those huge rollercoaster rides... I'm a sissy when it comes to recovery LOL

To run any of the items you listed correctly, you would need 2 bottles of them. Please pm me about this if you need more help.

Ok so I finished my PCT a while ago now and have to say that it couldn't have gone smoother. Everything went great as far as recovery and I kept most of my gains. This was a fantastic cycle and pct both. I've been working out at home a lot more lately since I finished upgrading my home gym.

Here's the exercises I did today, didn't write it down but I remember the exercises and sets.

Rack Pulls: 5 sets

Pendlay Rows: 3 sets

Power Cleans: 3 sets

Seated Rows: 3 sets

Supersets of Pull-ups with Push-ups

Boxing for cardio

Here's the pics of what my home gym looks like:

You can't really tell very well cause the lighting is dark in the last one, but I have the elliptical facing my T.V. which really helps time go by. In my workout room I have 3 weight plate trees and more in the garage so I got plenty to get me through whatever I want to accomplish.

:haha:
