Week 11 Day 1
Changin it up a little now. Not truly stickin to 5/3/1 for the next little while. OK, a little background. Gonna be competing in PA States in about a month. Assuming I qualify, I'll next be competing at the USAPL Collegiate nationals, in April, down in FLORIDA!!!
Got me some equipment to help out. Got an Inzer Hardcore Squat Suit, and an Inzer EHPHD Blast Shirt. Had to get some alterations done to the suit, so hopefully I'll be really tryin it out this Friday.
For my goal of hitting 1,000, I'm not counting anything that I hit equipped. That's cheating. After Nat's, I'll be continuing my quest to reach 1,000lbs RAW.

Lunch: 2 Chicken Patties + 2 Slices Cinnamon Raisin Toast + 1.5oz O.O., 1AP, 2Prime, 2Relora
Pre WO: Salami Sammich + 3Prime, 3Scoops Jack3D
Post WO: Protein/KK
Dinner: Chicken Breast + Veggies, 1AP, 2Prime, 2Relora, 1Adam, Animal Flex

Here I put on my shirt for the very first time. It was very uncomfortable. It left battle marks. And, I'm fairly certain it wasn't pulled down far enough. Nonetheless, here's what I did to try it out:
255x1 <- Got it
265x1 <- Got it
275x0.5 <- Almost got it.
It was hard to keep my form with tucking my arms bringing the weight down -- again, I'm fairly certain that the shirt could have been pulled down a little bit more.
Took the shirt off at this point, and wanted to see if I could hit my RAW max.
225x1 <- Got it, easy.
For the first time in a shirt, a 35lbs increase in 1RM is pretty good; I'll be lookin to hit around 300 at Nationals in April.
