I am finally reaping the benefits of a much improved diet. I have also now achieved a several years' long goal of reaching 150 solid. And I get the pleasure of having to cut down to 148 for the upcoming competition. :13:

Breakfast: 2x Twinkie
Lunch: 3x Twinkie
Pre WO: Nada
Intra WO Weight: 147.9lbs
Post WO: 2 Taco Bell Chicken Quesadillas, a 1/2 Pound Nacho Brunch Burrito, 1 Qdoba Chicken Fajita Burrito, 3 Bottles of Water
