MST Nitroceps Log....Taking It To The Next Level

Awesome! Are you going to keep calories lower and work at recomping with power and a little higher carb levels? For you I am thinking 2300-2400 on cardio days and 2700-2800 on lifting days keeping it about a 40-30-30 with 40 being carbs this time working on strength as the focus, all of your carbs coming from fibrous fruits, greens and whole grains. Maybe some simples and complex blended for post workout. Yeah I know you didn't ask. LOL

I was actually starting to run a diet that is pretty much what u just said. I am slowly increasing my carbs and im about 150-200 grams a day. Comprised of oats, brown rice, high fiber high grain breads(ezekial) or cereal (fiber one original), and fruits. Veggies i eat and dont really count i just eat a lot of it.


Post workout i am thinking gatorade(2 cups) and whey(2-3 scoops) since i usually like to lift later in the day so a little sugar from the gatorade to spike up the insulin and help the protein absorb better.


I have been off supps all together since my last lift day and im gonna start up with a modified Asteroid stack with Cordy V02.....i never wanna do cardio without it now. Oh the only think i am taking is reset A.D.
 
My total cut i started well over 205.....more like 210 but that was after a day of good eating

I ended at 184.2

Overall weight loss: 25lbs of pure fat

Waist: started at around maybe a 39 now its under a 34 by 1/5 of an inch

Arms are down from a little over 18.5 to just under an 18. Chest and back remained the same size.


NOW ITS TIME TO POWERLIFT BABY!!!

NIce! Have you seen the deal they have right now on PRIME with Activate Xtreme? Man I need 66 dollars. PRIME and a good test booster go together like a pancakes and syrup. I had crazy results on that this summer. I think you followed that log 1 month of it was divanil and T-Rez, I killed every lift I touched and came out lean too. On a recomp I gained 4 lbs of muscle. Yeah!

I am personally going to test out some Prime for the first time in about a month with Cre-02/Nitroceps. If it lives up to the things i've heard from some buddies....it's going to be a fun month.

With a months supply just when you really start to appreciate it you may need another bottle I really recommend PRIME for 2 bottles it seems to take a little while to saturate the system then its effects come on like gang busters. I think most people will agree with me here.

i second what Kleen stated. Prime is really one of those supps that it may take awhile for you to really get the full effects but when it kicks in it really kicks in...kinda like a kick to the face. You see it coming but you dont realize how bad it hurts till it lands.
 
I think that IF Prime is what people say it is (I do not respond to AP and I lost like .02 lbs on recreate) then I am super hyped to test it out, and I think it's going to be a bombshell stacked with Cre-02 and Nitroceps.
 
I am kind of looking forward to Prime now, I had questioned it in the past, but I have a bottle comin my way. It'll be awhile before I try it though.

actually i already started my 531 program but i am not using any supps besides reset AD and some whey

I am getting my diet down pat and getting my body adjusted to heavy weight. No strength loss just a matter of tuning up the CNS and getting my body use to the heaviness.

Ill probably start up a new log in a week or two once i get all the kinks worked out.

Weight is steadily maintained betwen 187-192 depending on my carb consumption. I can hold easily between 5-10lbs of glycogen and water so i havent gained any fat just my muscle are nice and filled up.


Life has been hell a hectic and im just starting to get back on here so thats why I have been MIA for over a week now. Sorry to all you guys that i havent been as attentive as I was in the past but i finished up all my med school apps and now im working on CPR and First aid certification renewal, Emt-B training and certification, finding a emt job and lastly looking into a masters in biomedical sciences if i dont get into med school this time around. To top that off i have been working hand in hand with my parents to try and pay bills.

So basically my day is wake up late....work hard....work out....work late...repeat. I have already pulled several all nighters including tonight. But everything should be going back to normal soon
 
Good luck on ur state test for emt... I took mine not too long ago and it wasn't too bad. The class was way more intense then the actual state test was. Take some science and math classes and get at least a B, most med schools like that and take it into consideration when applying. Take like BIo, A&P, Micro, and just about any post college math like alhebrea, chem, statistics, etc...

Judo im one step ahead of you, the masters program encompasses all the classes i havent taken. I got the standard pre-med reqs and now i wanna add in all those nice little classes that med school like to see.

Im guessing if i pull an B+ to A GPA in grad school along with a better MCAT and clinical experience will put me in a better position. And if that doesnt work then Ill keep working till i get in!


Someone asked me why dont i just quit....i told them I never learned how. haha
