Awesome! Are you going to keep calories lower and work at recomping with power and a little higher carb levels? For you I am thinking 2300-2400 on cardio days and 2700-2800 on lifting days keeping it about a 40-30-30 with 40 being carbs this time working on strength as the focus, all of your carbs coming from fibrous fruits, greens and whole grains. Maybe some simples and complex blended for post workout. Yeah I know you didn't ask. LOL

I was actually starting to run a diet that is pretty much what u just said. I am slowly increasing my carbs and im about 150-200 grams a day. Comprised of oats, brown rice, high fiber high grain breads(ezekial) or cereal (fiber one original), and fruits. Veggies i eat and dont really count i just eat a lot of it.
Post workout i am thinking gatorade(2 cups) and whey(2-3 scoops) since i usually like to lift later in the day so a little sugar from the gatorade to spike up the insulin and help the protein absorb better.
I have been off supps all together since my last lift day and im gonna start up with a modified Asteroid stack with Cordy V02.....i never wanna do cardio without it now. Oh the only think i am taking is reset A.D.
