Great progress so far! Keep up the good work man!!

From how far ago are the before pictures?

I don't know if I would call what you plan on doing a break GH. You are true to life sticking to your monicker. Go Hard or Go Home, but if you have hit a wall and I know you have after smashing those two workouts for 10 weeks. The program you are talking about is still intense for a deload. It is used more of a shock method to bust through a plateau not to give your body a break. That will fry your CNS which is also a big part of what needs to recover during that period. Just a heads up on that. It could have been used as a final push to increase intensity but not for the deload. That is just my opinion.

You may do better with a body weight calisthenics only workout for a week then work on nothing but explosiveness the second week with very light weights and higher reps. Get your muscles used to traveling faster for a bit before going into your 5-3-1 routine. Just an idea.

I am going to send you my new and improved workout in about a week or two. It is based of the same workout I gave you but it incorporates a full deloading plan, and a few other tweaks. Something that allows for the extra recovery needed to keep away from hitting the wall. I have a feeling you will love the changes too. I haven't quite ironed it all out on paper yet or would send to you now to check out. I know what I want to add I just need to decide which way to place it in the the order of things to make the program better and like I told you before I have been working on a phase 3 to complete it and that is almost ready.

2 weeks says above the first pic.

yeah the pictures where taken the day before i started MST supps and cardio.

I really feel despite my lower weight my muscles look alot fuller. And if the picture quality was better you would see the veins in my shoulder, chest, arms and neck. But alas crappy camera's and bad lighting lol

You absolutely right, im not deloading rather im changing my training so that i can avoid injury. I do plan to a complete deload week after my cut consistint of only stretching and walking.

How long is ur new routine for? I think i may use your routines as a standard for all cutting/bodybuilding. They are truly a cut above all the others ive seen/done

Muscles definitely looking fuller GH!!

Today is my off day. Woke up weighing 186.

Popping pills now

4 nitro
3 CRE
2 V02

Tomorrow im waking up and running. With my current progress i should be able to hit my goal and be done with my cut in a week.

I will not stop using MST supps. Rather continue to cycle between staples and teh fun stuff haha.

Looking good man, and so you know I am going to run the split you listed above for the next six weeks, been doing HST for a while now and need a change to keep it interesting. Good to hear you are liking the MST supps, always nice to find another company to consider.

great to see that you will be continuing on with us after this log. Always nice to see when someone learns of and appreciates all that our products do for them :)

I am anxious to see how they keep affecting you with your change of routine, and I am glad to see your progress from the pics. Keep up the good work brother!

as far as the question of how long the program will be. I am still lining out when to add my breaks in, how to cut it up exactly the way I think will allow for growth and adjustment to the routine before changing it up just as someone gets conditioned enough to really see the benefits of the phase. As well as how long between breaks. I will probably leave it in a general range so each phase can be done as its own workout like you did but seperated by a different active recovery program for each week long break instead of jumping straight into the next phase. So effectively you could run it anywhere from 4-8 weeks per phase, take the prescribed week or two of active recovery and then start the next phase or use another program of your choice.

Update:

Took 3 Cre-02 and 2 V02 and went for a jog.

Jogged 3.5 miles and walked an extra mile with my mom b/c she wanted to get her workout in. Cardio has SKY ROCKETED! At the end of the 3.5 miles i sprinted well over a block and my dad just happened to drive by and said i was keeping a steady 15-18mph sprint at the end of the run.

Excellent cardio session!

I think I will cycle this program and the 5/3/1 powerlifting program. 12-15 weeks of 5/3/1 followed by 4-8 weeks of your routine. I have noticed with your routine there is a definite increase in overall athleticism and an increase in functional strength. Something that when cycled with powerlifting can be a deadly combination.

Im anxious to try out the nitroceps with the increased reps...im expecting painfully large pumps!

which split you talking about? The 3 a day focused routine or the light rep intensive routine?

That sounds like it will do some good for sure. Yeah one of the biggest parts of the program for me is functionality and core strength improvements as well as increased athletecism. When you have that strong of a core the heavy weights come easier. I am going back into this bad boy myself next week. Although I may start with phase 2 while on the HyperTest to see what it can really do. The combination of the 5x5 and the triple drop sets is a powerhouse for size, strength and conditioning, but you already know this.

I need to research more info about the 5x5 system. It is always nice to switch things up.

definitely a beast if its straight, still good if its not, but at 187, thats damn good

From following along with his logs and progress for about a year now he is one strong S.O.B. For him to plow through that on bench would not surprise me. Might surprise me more if he hadn't.

nice work OUT MAN!!! I'M DIGGING THE 100 REP RULE!! BOOM BOOM BOOOOOM!!!! GET'M GET'M!!! :firedevil:

Final Review

So to answer a few questions first:

Yes that was 225 for 20 str8.
Workout was as such:

135:30, 20
225: 20
125: 15, 15, 15, 5 holding at the bottom then holding at the top

Kleen your faith in me is truly unmerited on my part but thats why i gotta keep bustin my arse.

My final Review:

Despite the set back Very large fan of the MST line:

Nitroceps:
Pumps were great, strength was very good, libido was annoyingly high.

V02- best endurance supp ever...haha ok exaggerating aside it was extremely apparent that this is a very potent and highly effective supp. I never wanna do cardio without it

Cre-02: for creatine...its top of the line. No bloat. Good strength gains. Effective in a very short peroid of time.

I highly recommend this stack and will be looking forward to continue dabbling with MST.

Ending weight: 184

Over all 10/10

couldnt have asked for a better review man....thanks so much for logging and for the review. Also, thanks for the dedication to push through your setbacks and keep this going for us. Definitely a solid logger and a dedicated fitness enthusiast to say the least.

My total cut i started well over 205.....more like 210 but that was after a day of good eating

I ended at 184.2

Overall weight loss: 25lbs of pure fat

Waist: started at around maybe a 39 now its under a 34 by 1/5 of an inch

Arms are down from a little over 18.5 to just under an 18. Chest and back remained the same size.

NOW ITS TIME TO POWERLIFT BABY!!!

Awesome! Are you going to keep calories lower and work at recomping with power and a little higher carb levels? For you I am thinking 2300-2400 on cardio days and 2700-2800 on lifting days keeping it about a 40-30-30 with 40 being carbs this time working on strength as the focus, all of your carbs coming from fibrous fruits, greens and whole grains. Maybe some simples and complex blended for post workout. Yeah I know you didn't ask. LOL
