You're a tall son-of-a-gun like me. Puts us at a disadvantage leverage-wise. Just keep everything tight when you're doing them. Think about tightening up your shoulders, elbows, even your ass on the bench. Seriously....old powerlifting advice right there!!!

not to age myself, but I went to highschool with the drummer. They would rehearse sometimes during lunch in the spring... great memories my large brother!!! :afro:
 
Awesome workout tg! What kind of rest are you taking between those mean sets? Actually I mean between the sets of the same exercise?

The first set is a warm-up. I may include more than 1, but I'm just recording the 1. Rest about a full minute. Then the heavy set. Rest 1 minute. Sometimes 2 minutes if I fell the need for it.
Then another heavy workset followed by 2 immediate drop sets. I call this a triple drop because it's all together. Those 3 sets are done with NO rest between. It's a friggin' killer too dude!!

LG's T-911 is a natty PCT product bro. It has ellagic acid and Resveratrol. It works wonderfully too. I love it!! This will be my 4th time using it!!!

Yah T-911 sounds perfect... I still have interest in this as well, will have to be after my contest though. I have picked up 4 bottles of TNA to run with my next mega Prime run.

By my Father's missing right eye that he sacrificed to gain knowledge from Mimir, I promise you would love this stuff broder Heimdall!! But didn't you say that you can't get it in Canada? Surely there's some way to get your hands on some. Why don't they ship stuff like this across the border?:dunno: It's not freakin' steroids after all.

What about something like Post Cycle Support? Even T-Force or Activate Xtreme would be good. Formadrol Extreme, I3C, tons of options...

I'm contemplating the same thing, but I've never used or heard of TNA prior to this. What are you people's opinions on TNA? (not to mention that killer add on price for PRIME, geezus).
 
Also, I'm currently on PRIME/Restore, but Restore has an 8 week limit. Does anyone know if TNA is something you can perpetually be on? Or even PRIME for that matter?

I'll bet you've already used the 3 ingredients of TNA Sam. Even the Tribulosan which is the same as PRIME if I'm not wrong. And I'm pretty sure that a supp junkie like you has used divanil and avena sativa before. I have. I use AV now. Love that stuff in high doses. 1 to 3 grams per day. I read an article on a steroid board that says in high doses AV is almost as good at freeing up bound Test as prescription Proviron!! So I immediately upped my dosage........of course!! :439:

I surely don't know as much as they do, but I still think that almost everything like this (hormonal) needs to be cycled on and off sometimes. Even if it's "natural".
Just my 2 cents....
 
Avena Sativa is the one ingredient in that product that I actually give merit to in terms of actual test-boosting qualities. - Trib T for libido and nothing else.

I'm skeptical of any Divanil floating around that claims to be 95%. I've yet to see it.

As Thunder said, high-dose Avena is pretty good.

$75 for creatine mono and sugar. How could you not love it? Someone was a marketing genius.

Quite honestly, Creatine and Dextrose is a good mix, but it was, and still is, way overpriced.

the old formulation had an ingredient on the banned list, the new is ok I believe.

altho Natradol looks interesting, I'd be leary of using that in the NPC as well.
would suck to do all that hard work, and be disqualified for a dirty test.

Bahaha so true and to think I actually bought some once. I actually thin it is still half full somewhere in my room. Sh1t gets you superswole! I put on 7 pounds of pure muscle in seven days(with the help of extreme doses of npp, test suspension ) hehehe

Im still in freezing cold London town. Trimmed down a cheeky 45 odd pounds and still going but yet people say i look bigger. cant complain with that..

Mr.Kleen, so sorry to have missed this post from a couple of days ago. And to answer your question: YES!! Substantial increase in frequency and volume of urination. In a phrase I've heard for many years: I'm pissing like a Russian race horse!! LOL
I drink lots of water all the time. Dieting or not. It's just a habit of mine for many, many years. I down at least 1 or 2 gallons per day. Seriously. I don't drink much milk (blurs my abs) and never drink soft drinks (and no bodybuilder should) and just have coffee in the mornings. So throughout the day I carry a couple of 32 oz. water bottles with me wherever I go.
But since day 3 or 4 on this Natadrol my urination has increased dramatically. The only negative is I'm getting up a couple of times during my sleep, but that's no biggie.
The results of this is I'm starting to lean out like a mo-fo!! My wife has already noticed it. She commented how my muscles are looking and feeling harder to her. And my vascularity is starting to really pop now, I was already veiny before this run due to losing 18 lbs. of mostly bodyfat since Thanksgiving Day. But now, the veins are a-bulging!! I can only comment that "THunder-Likey"!!

I can honestly say this product has already surpassed my preconceived expectations that I had of it.
It IS working!!! No doubt about it. I can only expect the effects to increase as the next couple of weeks roll on by too.

I would say that the first week was a step in the right direction. From previous logs the next weeks are where this compound starts to really show itself!
