have you tried pyramiding down in weight instead of up? Just curious it works a lot better for strength/size and overall performance. Pyramiding up is similar to pre exhausting the muscles.

I agree with T. You may want to take a "break" for liek 2 weeks and just do mainteince weight and not push yourself hard. Ya know just go in and do whatever for a little while, let your body "regroup"
i know it is hard to go easy for awhile, you start feeling like you lost the edge and body starts showing sings of not being used to the max. but i know for a fact that when you go back to max workouts your improvements will be accelerated by at least 20%. you have to force yourself to take breaks to reach full potential-imo.
not sit on your ass breaks but 60% breaks. and limit reps!
