I'm about the same weight as you. I started with 3sc, which was great, but I'm currently using 5sc and will never turn back! This stuff is SICK! - Pumps during my Shoulder session yesterday were insane! :bigok:

oh ok, so 5 scoops is for the big dawgs then:) I'll start low, for some resome PW drinks hit me hard.
 
How did 5 scoops treat you? Did it make you feel at all stimmy?

LG Sciences surely nailed this product right on the head. I have used, superpump 250, and NO Explode, these products trail this AP by FAR!..there was some grit at the bottom, maybe I'll shake it up more. Well done guys,

I get a little grit, too. Just swirl some more water and take another gulp. No big deal.

I think IC or LG said something about it being called Anadraulic Stoked or Stacked. And it supposedly taste like a rainbow with Splenda

I believe we're going to go with Anadraulic State GT. :)

The creatine content will be higher, and there will be a new addition to the ingredients as well, not to mention an amazing taste. :D

Well I finally received the AP and was able to put it to use.. This stuff iz bad ass! I was amazingly surprised on how fast it kicked in. I enjoyed the taste- dudes thought I was drinking orange juice from my shaker cup—hahahaha
The site says its still 14.99? stock up time!

can i use anything to stack with this?

I would shy away from taking it with creatine, but you can take the creatine at a different time of the day if you'd like.

My personal preference would be to stack it with some ALCAR and a stim like E-911 or X-Force.
 
Well I always take dose my creatine about an hour p/w..i wanna try your anadraulic state. they use to sell it on base, but there out right now- good'ol GNC for ya

does anybody have experience drinking half before you work out and half intra? Reason being is that I get good pumps from it but the energy is so so, I feel like I run out of energy and intensity towards the end of my workouts, even though the focus stays awesome (if that makes any sense lol). Thought maybe taking half and half could fix this

I dunno but it sounds like a good question, wonder what the LG guys can recomend for you, maybe get some extra geranium or caffeine for more energy. Personally I love the energy from this stuff, maybe you just have a higher stim tolerance..

I'm not a fan of the half and half. I've tried that. - I'd recommend just stacking a stim like E-911 with it if you want some extra energy. We developed AP in a way that would give you focus but not crack you out like a lot of the other pre-workouts. I personally like it that way, but it DOES mean that if you want the increased energy, you're going to have to take something extra. - I for one don't always want that increased energy, like tonight I just got done training, and will hit the sack in about another hour. I'd be too wired if the AP had stims in it.
