I have a theory that perhaps nothing will change due to the constant dosing as opposed to the staggered dose schedule like I am doing right now. It is just me but I do not feel any different taking my PRIME then going to the gym than I do taking my PRIME without a pre gym dose. I also don't notice any effects from PRIME until about 1 week after starting which also leads me to believe it is a total saturation instead of reacting to acute doses. I definitely notice the difference increasing my PowerFULL before a workout but I think the MOA of PRIME is different. I think it works through total saturation levels and not so much as an immediate reaction of the strength of a single dose. Currently at 10 a day every day you are taking in more a week then I am now at my 8/11 dose. You, 8 grams a day, 56 grams a week 6.4 / 8.8g 26.4 = 52 grams a week. You are basically taking almost 1 pill a daymore than I am. You Sir are the megadoser! LOL
Anyway my next PRIME run I plan to preload then keep my dose at a constant throughout the week. I want to see if a couple days of loading makes it kick in any faster, and also prove to myself that the constant dose is just as good as the spiking around workouts. Maybe it is just me but I don't get that VROOM from dosing heavy 30-45 minutes before training. Could just be in my head. Could just be that Jack3d overpowers all of that so I don't notice. Either way I love how PRIME works just so long as you take it regularly.
I fully agree with your assessment. On my last PRIME run I dosed 6 pre-workout, 2 mid-day, and 1 pre-bed; 2/2/2 on off days. - This time I started out dosing 3/2/2 every day, and am now up to 10 every day at 4/3/3. I don't notice a difference from 4 to 6 pre-workout, or 3 to 4 for that matter. I actually responded very well to 7, and unfortunately I haven't been able to hit heavy compound movements until this week, so I won't be able to see if my lifts have gone up relative to my increase in dosing.
I'm basically running a high dose of PRIME to compare the effects/sides (no sides to speak of at this point - Gyno flared up on left side last week but I think that was from the Letro; yes I tapered down) to Natatropin when I get the chance to run it. Right now it's basically the cost factor that I'll be comparing to Natatropin. I'm sure some haters will be screaming, "Natatropin is an androgen! You can't compare them!" - Ya, well, it comes from a freaking plant, so I'm going to. lol
Anyways, due to reading your diet, and seeing a little fat gain on myself, I've decided to go low-carb for the next two weeks, and train with a traditional bodybuilding split. I'm going to pound each muscle to the ground the next two weeks. My Delts/Abs (I freakin' never train abs) just suffered in a nice hour long session. It was so great to just go in there and hit high-volume for a change. DC sets are nice and all, but man, there is nothing better in the gym than just annihilating the muscle.![]()
My entire weeks schedule is getting all squirrely with seasonal things going on. Now I have to stay home and put up the new tree tonight instead of my make up gym session for tomorrow.
Tomorrow - Anniversary stuff, no workouts allowed.

So I tested the new PRIME dose on Back Squats just now. It's been three weeks since I've Squatted due to school/work, so maybe a bad test, but regardless...
7 PRIME/day: 405x1
10 PRIME/day: 405x2
I can pretty much conclude that the higher dose isn't cost effective at this point, which is a good thing, I think. If I can get by with a lower dose and hit right about the same range, I'm happy.
Now, time to test the Natatropin!...![]()

I agree totally with you on the Prime/Powerfull pre workout Kleen. I have played with different doses of Prime pre w/o and saw nothing as far as results. It is something that just needs to be built up in your system and kept constant. The Powerfull is a different animal for sure. I get a great mind/muscle connect when taking it pre w/o. My next Prime run will probably be kept at 8 ed thru-out the run.

Yah I still don't notice a difference with staggered dosing, perhaps it aids in recovery, hard to say. I find progression in dosing very beneficial. As far as bulking is concerned you need to eat extra which is usually not a problem due to hunger. It is definitely better for recomp though, which makes it the perfect supplement for me.

I have planned breaks, I don't ever miss time unless it planned. During these breaks (which last a week) I will still do about 4 hours cardio. Breaks are just part of my routine I get a lot of growth out of planned time off. These are generally every 8 weeks. I plan on deloading instead for breaking during my prep though.
How can you call it a Holiday when you dont do the thing that brings you the most joy?

Very true. Especially if Natatropin doesn't offer the same benefits in strength that PRIME does, a stack would work very well. It would be nice to get away with 6 or less PRIME/day and still see great results. Who knows, maybe even 4 would be all you need. Wouldn't that be nice?!
Yep, but I am thinking Natatropin will do better on a test boosting stack that increases free test, then follow it up with a month of a test booster for pct.I would be alright with that!!

Now tonight is Biceps forearms and legs. I am trying to figure out how to hit legs tonight. I am scheduled for Leg Press but I also have this new tattoo on my back. The tip goes high enough I have to be careful with squats, maybe a hack squat machine. Maybe I can get away with the leg press. I will have to sit in a few of them to see if I can. If not I will find something up there to hit the quads with.
Time to get creative with the weights tonight. You could always do some DB Squats, Zercher Squats, Thompson Squats, Barbell Hack Squats, and DB Lunges. There's always something to replace those regular Squats and Leg Presses with. :deal:
You know I was thinking about the Zerchers, or the bb hack squat too. Be nice however not sure how to "beat the log" I guess I will just have to create the log for it. Of course strappuing up to the 150 lb dumbells and hitting some squats would be insanity too. However I think I should get heavier duty wraps if I go that option. My wrists are starting to look like I am into bondage with the wraps I have cutting into me. I need the good ones with wrist cushion to protect my lovely wrist tendons. Would suck to develop carpal tunnel or some crap over some $10 wrist wraps.
lol I use the $1.99 Everlast straps from Academy and they cut the crap out of my wrists. They stay red for a day too. But hey you get what you pay for most of the time. Good luck w/ legs tonight, and sweet tat big man!
Creative workouts sometimes end up trashing new muscle, so this workout could end up being a blessing in disguise.

I use Harbinger wraps with the rubber grips on one side. They do give me indian burns on my wrists when I go heavy, but dang that rubber grip makes it so they are SO locked in, no chance of slipping. I have always felt like the padded ones have too much give in the padding for my taste... just my .02
Just a suggestion but to really blast the whole leg you can hit front squat and lying leg curls super-setted to attack the quads and hams in rapid succession. At least for me front squat focuses a shizza-ton on my quads. Depending how ur hams are still doing of course. I wouldnt recommend anything with a bar on ur back b/c that ink of yours goes almost to ur traps so if the bar slides a little bit....you will feel it.
As far as ink is concerned, i grew up in a conservative household. Very old-school hispanic morals so tatt's for me where forbidden when i was younger. As i grew older and educated myself, the history behind tattoo's is quite admirable and respectable. I have grown such an appreciation for them that I actually wouldnt mind adding some ink one day(despite my upbringing) but i have given myself one condition....I have to earn it. If i ever ink my body it has to be a trophy or medal of honor of sorts. A right of pasage if you will. Thats my personal stance on ink on my body but as far as everyone else, I heavily respect those with creative tattoos with profound meanings and enjoy seeing them on friends.

Yah front squats will get it done. Don't underestimate the effect on hamstings as well. I have blown my hamstrings up when combining front squats and leg curls.
