Whats that?

As Sean said DOMS is Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness. DOMS is quite common 2-7 days post-training and expected after exercise. I don't usually get it if I am using IGF-2, and it's NOT fun, believe me.

Hope you two have a fun weekend!

Thanks; you and Matt too...Both Sean and I both have to work all weekend...

Motivation: It just keeps RISING!

Focus and Stamina: Focused as anything...Stamina fine...

Energy: Just kept going like the energizer bunny...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: Improving.

Explosiveness and Power: Good.

Pumps and Vascularity: Pump in arms early on. Pump in triceps peaking during Superset D; pump in biceps increasing in strength from Superset B...Vascularity fairly normal...

Recovery: Slept for 10 hours (interesting)...No DOMS though...

Body Composition and Look: Calves looking really good re definition...

Appetite: Normal.

Stress: A 7 on the stress scale of 1 to 10...

Libido: There...

Immune System: Fine.

Other Effects: The Beta-Alanine tingle started ~50 minutes after dosing and lingered in legs and glutes for ~20 minutes.

Other Notes: I will be using NeoVar Recomped from tomorrow on as my creatine product, since I have now finished the bottle of Cre-02...Not long left before I am finished my tub of White Flood...

Review of Millennium Sports Technologies' Cre-02

I finally used the bottle of Cre-02 that has been patiently waiting amongst my "to be used" supplement stash since December 2008...

What is it?

Invalid Link Removed

* 100% stable and absorbable
* Zero side effects
* Maximize strength
* Increase oxygen utilization
* Decrease oxygen debt
* Maximize ATP
* Maximize endurance
* Increase VO2max

For write-up see Invalid Link Removed.

Taste: 10/10. Cre-02 does not have a taste. Being tasteless is the same as having an awesome taste, IMO.

Side Effects: 10/10. I experienced none of the unpleasant side effects including but not limited to bloating, nausea, or water retention, that others have reported as 'common' when using creatine products.

Strength: 7/10. My strength has gradually increased each week over the time that I have used Cre-02. However, given that I was gradually building back up to my Maintenance training levels after quite a while not being able to train properly, this was to be expected.

Oxygen Utilization/Debt: 7/10. For the first time I did NOT use a creatine product on EVERY training day, instead mostly using only on resistance training days. I DID notice that on the days when I dosed Cre-02 my cardio seemed a little easier. I was gradually able to push myself harder as the weeks went on; but there is still quite aways to go before I am back at where I was a few months ago.

Endurance: 9/10. My training sessions over the last few weeks of using Cre-02 have been longer than usual, lasting a good 2.5-3 hours in total from the time that I start my am cardio to the time that I finish my post-weights cardio (something that has started happening only over the last few weeks). Until recently post-weights cardio was NOT something that I would do, but it has become a regular part of my training routine now and I have the energy to do it at least 3 days a week post-weights.

Recovery: 7/10. Recovery between resistance training and post-weights cardio has been pretty good. However, recovery day-to-day has not been as good, with DOMS being experienced up to a few days after that particular session. I know that DOMS is normal, but I usually never get it unless I have just started something new, and even then I would only usually get it for the first week. I have been consistently getting DOMS for the last few weeks, and even after CARDIO (something that has never happened before now).

Overall: 8.8/10. I was highly impressed with my time using samples of Cre-02, which led me to use a full bottle. Upon completion of the bottle the product is still good. I believe that it would better serve me when I am at or above Maintenance training levels, though.

Would I use it again? Yes. However, I prefer to use creatine pre AND post-resistance training, instead of just pre, as is done with Cre-02.

Would I recommend? Yes. Cre-02 is one of the top three creatine products that I would recommend.

Review of Anabolic Innovations' Glycobol

I started using Glycobol three weeks ago, having my last dose yesterday...

What is it?

Invalid Link Removed

* Promotes muscle mass, strength and endurance.
* Encourages fat loss and prevents fat accumulation.
* Improves recovery time by rapid glycogen resynthesis.
* Provides lasting "pump", hardness and vascularity.
* Drives amino acid and creatine uptake in muscle.
* Increases muscle protein synthesis and inhibits breakdown.
* Controls blood sugar and maximizes nutrient utilization.
* Potent synergism with endogenous endocrine hormones.
* Strong anti-oxidant protects liver, lipid and cardio health.

For write-up see Anabolic Innovations: Glycobol.

Taste: 10/10. Glycobol has no taste. As mentioned previously, having no taste gets the same rating from me as having the best taste.

Body Composition: 8/10. Pre-Glycobol I was 53.81kg (i.e. 118.4lb) at 15% bodyfat (BF). Post-Glycobol I am 54.64kg (i.e. 120.2lb) at 13.3% BF. A total gain of 0.81kg (i.e. 1.8lb) with a loss of 1.7% BF. This means that I have lost 0.81kg (i.e. 1.7734lb) of BF and gained 1.62kg (i.e. 3.5734 lb) of lean body mass over the last three weeks. Given my diet over the last three weeks, and the fact that I have gradually been building back up to my Maintenance training level, having lost just over 0.5% BF a week and gaining some muscle mass for a reasonable recomp. However, that Glycobol was NOT the only supplement that I was using with others including Cre-02, White Flood, and Sustain Alpha, and I was certainly NOT using it for recomping, and it would have only contributed towards some of this result.

Endurance: 7/10. My endurance is pretty high as it is. Endurance has been pretty good though, considering. However, Glycobol was not being used by me for this purpose and I was using other products which had this effect.

Strength: 7/10. My strength has gradually increased over the last three weeks using Glycobol. Given that I was gradually building back up to my Maintenance training levels after quite a while not being able to train properly, this was to be expected. Also, Glycobol was not being used by me for this purpose and I was using other products which had this effect.

Muscle Hardness: 7/10. My muscles have been harder over the last three weeks. However, I did not use Glycobol pre or post training, and I have also been regularly training again; as well as using other supplements such as White Flood.

Pump and Vascularity: 7/10. Pumps is something that I believe Glycobol compounded on with White Flood. When I first started using Glycobol I started having an almost perpetual pump in my arms, and it lasted for quite a while, becoming so painful over a course of three days that I could barely lift or move my arms because of the pain. Whilst I had been using White Flood, that particular pump did not start until later in the day of having my first dose of Glycobol. As time went on the pump became less pronounced, but still lingered a little...As far as vascularity goes, as expected I have great vascularity after a high carbohydrate meal; no surprises there. And I generally have pretty good vascularity anyways, regardless of leanness...

Recovery: 7/10. Recovery has not been the best over the last three weeks. As it is, Glycobol is not something that would have aided in my recovery. I never used it pre or post-training, but before high carbohydrate meals, usually later in the day or at night.

Nutrient Repartitioning: 3/10. This effect was just not there. I did not notice that Glycobol was doing anything. It certainly did not have the strong effects that SLIN did, or help with the higher carbohydrate meals like NeoVar Recomped does.

Overall: 4/10. The purpose for using Glycobol was for its insulin mimetic effects (as I was using other products specifically for every other 'effect' that Glycobol was supposed to have had) and I was highly disappointed with the product. Therefore this is what I am predominantly basing my overall score on; hence the reason it is low.

Would I use it again? No. As far as insulin mimetics are concerned, Glycobol is not one of the stronger products that I have used and does not even come close for me to the results that others have experienced on it.

Would I recommend? No.

Day 297

0400 - Gazelle 20 min.

0425 - Stretch 20 min.

Motivation: I had NO motivation to do ANYthing whatsoever today.

Focus and Stamina: Not so focused; kept drifting in and out of sleep from mid-morning...Stamina nada...

Energy: Felt quite fcuked...

Endurance: Fine.

Strength: N/A.

Explosiveness and Power: N/A.

Pumps and Vascularity: No pump...Vascularity normal...

Recovery: Feeling exhausted after yesterday, like my whole body is one big heavy ache. Sleeping a lot as well...

Body Composition and Look: Feel UNcomfortable and can't wait to be back to being me...

Appetite: Normal.

Stress: A 7 on the stress scale of 1 to 10...

Libido: Not today.

Immune System: Eyes all bloodshot and streaked on waking. Slight stuffy nose on waking during the evening.

Other Effects: Nothing.

Other Notes: I am going to use 4 scoops of White Flood tomorrow and see if THAT gives me a kick...

Day 298

1455 - Spin Bike:
20 min @ 40km/hr pace

1520 - Full-Body (1 min recovery):
1. BB Back Squats 1 x 50
2. BB Good Mornings 1 x 50
3. V-Bar Close-Grip Seated Row 1 x 50
4. Push-Ups (feet and hands on floor) 1 x 50
5. BB Military Press 1 x 50
6. Dips 1 x 50
7. E-Bar Bicep Curls 1 x 50
8. Weighted Crunches 1 x 50
9. Rope Crunches 1 x 50
10. Plank 1 x 1 min

1608 - Stepper:
20 min @ 8 floors/min pace

1715 - Stretch 20 min.

Motivation: Highly motivated, despite feeling like sh*ite when I woke up.

Focus and Stamina: Focus great, so much so that I barely noticed the time passing...Stamina fine...

Energy: 4 scoops of White Flood gives me about the energy that I would get from 2 caps of RPM. However, the energy does not last even half as long, and ~3 hours post-dosing I started fading...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: This session was NOT about strength.

Explosiveness and Power: Still have explosiveness on command...Not really a 'power' session...

Pumps and Vascularity: Pump, yes, from the very first set during resistance training...Vascularity increased as the session went on...

Recovery: Feel ok...Wanted the 20 minutes on the Stepper after resistance training to finish quickly...

Body Composition and Look: Weight has dropped a little from the last couple of days...

Appetite: Normal.

Stress: A 7 on the stress scale of 1 to 10...

Libido: Later...

Immune System: Didn't feel so great on waking today. Whole body ached and moved slowly. Eyes bloodshot again. Stuffy nose and slight headache.

Other Effects: The Beta-Alanine tingles started ~20 minutes after dosing White Flood, and stayed on and off over the following few hours...I was sweating more than usual during the first half of my resistance training session today, which I can attribute to the White Flood, as intensity of my training, cardio pre-resistance training, and the temperature in the weights room were no different than usual.

Other Notes: Going to try FIVE scoops of White Flood tomorrow to see what happens...My tub of White Flood will finish in two days, complete with my Final Review of White Flood.

Day 299

1534 - HIIT Gazelle:
a. 4 min easy
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min easy

1549 - Stretch 25 min.

Motivation: A flat day today.

Focus and Stamina: Focus not the best ever...Stamina ok...

Energy: 5 scoops of White Flood kicked in within 20 minutes and gave energy that lasted about an hour. Crashed pretty bad 80 minutes after dosing (hence why no resistance session was done today)...

Endurance: Ok.

Strength: N/A.

Explosiveness and Power: The Gazelle is not the best thing to be doing HIIT and/or efforts on; running or cycling or boxing is much better...

Pumps and Vascularity: Pump no...Vascularity nothing out of the ordinary...

Recovery: Feeling yesterday's high-rep resistance session...Feeling quite shattered pre-White Flood and after crashing...

Body Composition and Look: ...

Appetite: VERY high calorie day today.

Stress: A 7 on the stress scale of 1 to 10...

Libido: Very early this morning, yes...

Immune System: Bloodshot eyes, stuffy nose, and weird feeling persisting on waking. Not feeling anywhere near my best and not quite right.

Other Effects: The Beta-Alanine tingles started almost immediately after dosing White Flood and were VERY strong, almost like the very first time I had White Flood. The tingles lasted 3.5 hours after dosing, through face, arms, glutes, legs (i.e. almost all over) and making me feel itchy in legs...Crashed ~80 minutes after dosing...

Other Notes: Tomorrow is my last day of White Flood. I have 3 scoops left.

1534 - HIIT Gazelle:
a. 4 min easy
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min easy

1549 - Stretch 25 min.

lol u measure what u have left

Day 300 - Day 30/Last Day of White Flood

This week's Day OFF...Seeing if using White Flood helps with focus and energy alone for mental tasks...

Motivation: There.

Focus and Stamina: Focus good; got work tonight...Stamina as usual...

Energy: Energy is there, but muted...

Endurance: N/A.

Strength: N/A.

Explosiveness and Power: N/A.

Pumps and Vascularity: Pump none...Vascularity as normal...

Recovery: Adductors are still a little tender from Sunday's high-rep session, but everything else is fine...Only slept ~5.5 hours today (insomnia and no sleep last night, which meant passing out in the morning), which is considerably LESS than what I HAVE been sleeping lately...

Body Composition and Look: Got told that I am noticeably leaning up, especially back and midsection. I can see the difference, too...An interesting note is that my body composition (8-skinfolds) done this afternoon was 11.8% BF, whereas a few days ago it was 13.3% BF (albeit it wasn't a full ISAK proforma like today was and less skinfolds were done). If I were to go based on looking in the mirror (and the accuracy of such tests with less data) I would say that the 11.8% BF is more accurate...

Appetite: Good.

Stress: A 7 on the stress scale of 1 to 10...

Libido: Early in the morning it was HIGH!

Immune System: Aside from a slight stuffy nose and dizziness on moving from seated to standing positions, fine.

Other Effects: Minor Beta-Alanine tingles, but nothing near what I had yesterday and not lasting very long at all.

Not to bad..I could not sleep last night so I'm trying to amp myself up for the gym...lol

My body says skip it but I know I have to go. How are you?

Same as you re no sleep. So making today a day off and finishing off some work instead.

Review of Controlled Labs' White Flood (White Raspberry Flavour)

Yesterday I finished my tub of White Flood in the exciting new flavour of White Raspberry...Note that unlike usual, where I would use a preworkout product EVERY day, I only used White Flood on resistance training days (with two exceptions)...This review is based on my experience with White Flood over the last 30 days...

Smell: 9.5/10. As soon as I open the tub the scent of magnolias fills my senses. There is the faintest hint of raspberry, but to me the scent is predominantly floral. I love it; it just makes me want to keep sniffing it, LOL. This is the BEST smelling product I have ever used.

Taste: 9/10. White Flood in White Raspberry tastes strongly like raspberry sorbet, and is definitely one of the nicest tasting products that I have ever used. However, the first time that I dosed White Flood there WAS another taste underneath the raspberry that hit about halfway through consumption that was highly unpleasant; albeit I soon discovered that if I drank it quickly then that undertone taste was not there at all.

Solubility: 10/10. White Flood dissolves almost instantly on contact with water and needs only a few shakes before it is all gone. There is no trace of powder and no clumps or excess left in the water or on the bottom of the shaker.

Texture: 10/10. Like fruit juice diluted with water.

Focus and Stamina: 9/10. For mental focus White Flood provides that concentration and 'locked on' mentality. Mental and physical stamina seemed well matched.

Energy: 5/10. For the last 26 days of my use of White Flood I did NOT use RPM; therefore I got an accurate experience of how White Flood affected me re energy. At 2-3 scoops White Flood did nothing for me re energy, and I had to chew ThermoGum quite a few times to get close to the kind of energy that I have using RPM. 4 scoops gave me the energy that I get using RPM, and is about my sweet spot re energy effects for White Flood. 5 scoops gave me a short burst of energy. However, with both 4 and 5 scoops of White Flood use I crashed: ~3 hours post 4-scoops and a mere ~80 minutes post-5 scoops. As far as energy is concerned, White Flood did not do it for me.

Endurance: 9/10. My endurance is already pretty high. However, using White Flood I was just progressing week-by-week back into training back up to Maintenance training levels. Most weeks I performed 2-4 post-weights cardio sessions, something that is NOT a part of my usual Maintenance training (although my pre-weights cardio was often shorter than Maintenance levels), and I had the endurance to complete it post-weights (and I DO push myself during my weights).

Strength: 7/10. My strength has slowly increased over the period that I use White Flood. However, given the fact that I was almost starting back at training from nothing, this is an expected natural progression. The one exercise that my strength did NOT increase on (and still is not anywhere near close to what it was) is with Close-Grip Pull-Ups.

Explosiveness and Power: 7/10. I am not as explosive as I used to be and my power is somewhat diminished (to be expected though, considering). With White Flood, I had the explosiveness and power when I wanted it during resistance training. However, re cardio (HIIT and otherwise) I only started being able to 'kick it' again properly during the second half of my use of White Flood.

Pumps and Vascularity: 8.5/10. The pumps I got on White Flood were like nothing I have ever experienced before. Funny thing is that most of them were NOT experienced during RESISTANCE training. A few days into using White Flood I had shoulder and arm pumps so strong that I could barely move my arms without extreme pain; this lasted a few days before settling down. However, after that the pumps experienced on White Flood were strong and sometime painful. I got pretty strong pumps in my shoulders and arms every time I ran and they would last quite a long time post-cardio...Vascularity was pretty high most of the time, especially if I was warm, and the veins trying to climb out of my skin were most noticeable after running and between sets during resistance training.

Recovery: 5/10. My recovery on White Flood was not that great. I got DOMS after almost every resistance session right up until the last few times, especially strong through my chest, shoulders, and arms, and sometimes my hamstrings and adductors. I was still sleeping a lot (and my sleeping patterns changed all over again). My recovery didn't start improving until the last weeks of using White Flood.

Body Composition: 8/10. Pre-White Flood I was 53.81kg (i.e. 118.4lb) at 15% bodyfat (BF). Post-White Flood I am 54.64kg (i.e. 120.2lb) at 11.8% BF. Although I GAINED 0.82kg (i.e. 1.8lb), I LOST 3.2% BF. This means that I LOST 1.63kg (i.e. 3.5784lb) of BF and GAINED 2.44kg (i.e. 5.3764lb) of lean body mass. Most noticeable is the loss in BF from back and midsection. Muscle mass gains are obvious in shoulders, arms, and legs. Girths remained UNchanged from pre to post-White Flood...Please note that I was also using Sustain Alpha during my use of White Flood, and was gradually building back up to Maintenance training levels over that period, which could have contributed to these results...However, despite that, this is the most successful recomp I have ever done.

Other Effects: 8/10. The first time I used White Flood I experienced STRONG Beta-Alanine tingles, starting ~10 minutes after dosing and lasting for a good 50-60 minutes once they started. The tingles were pretty bad in my face and ears (which I have never felt them in before); I felt like my face was burning up and it became a little more flushed than the usual ruddiness from exercise...After the initial dosing the Beta-Alanine tingles pretty much all but disappeared; I would notice them sometimes for a few minutes ~40 minutes after having White Flood. Beta-Alanine tingles did not really change from using 2 scoops to using 3 scoops of White Flood, except that with 3 scoops I experienced them in my legs and glutes instead of in my face and ears. Using 4 and 5 scoops of White Flood, the Beta-Alanine tingles were as strong as after my initial dosing of White Flood, but lasted much much longer, with post-5 scoops starting almost immediately and lasting for 3.5 hours!...Aside from the Beta-Alanine tingles, (which were to be expected) I did not experience any other 'side' effects from White Flood.

Overall: 8/10. White Flood is a preworkout product. For me the best parts about the product re non-effects were the smell and taste; and re effects were the mental focus and concentration, endurance, and recomp. I was highly disappointed with the energy and recovery aspects of the product, as these are, IMO, two of the primary reasons for using White Flood; but it was solid almost everywhere else.

Would I use it again? Yes. However, I would stack it with another preworkout product such as RPM, so that I got the benefit from the White Flood, as well as having the energy to get through (and so that a tub lasted longer, since at 4-5 scoops a dose it would only last 10-12 days).

Would I recommend? Yes.

Motivation: After having been so highly motivated a couple of days ago I am struggling to find something, even though nothing has changed (???)

Focus and Mental Performance: Focus only there some, especially during training...Mental Performance fine...

Libido and Sexual Performance: Libido high all early morning and then again since waking...Sex gets better each time...

Body Composition and Look: I want to be 8% BF again!!!

Stress: A 5 on the 'stress scale' of 1 to 10...

Appetite: Extreme eating early morning...Fine rest of the day...

Immune System: Woke with sore eyes and feeling like I had been run over with a steamroller (???)

Other Notes: Both of my wrists have been giving me trouble over the last couple of days, painful at times and then clicking for no reason (yes, I can feel and hear the bones clicking into place). During resistance training today the clicking and the sensations it caused was annoying, and that, along with my lacklustre mood, meant that I cut the session short...Last day of Sustain Alpha today...

Review of Primordial Performance's Sustain Alpha

I have just finished my tube of Sustain Alpha...

What is it?

Invalid Link Removed

* Increased testosterone production
* Tremendous influence over body composition, mental performance, the immune system, cholesterol levels, and sexual performance
* Increase virility, erectile function, and influences prostate health

For write-up see Primordial Performance - Sustain Alpha.

Smell: 5/10. Sustain Alpha smells like a mix of herbs and something else. Not an unpleasant smell, but not the best, either.

Feel: 8/10. Sustain Alpha is non-greasy. There was no tingling, warming, or iciness on application.

Spreadability: 10/10. Sustain Alpha spread over and into my skin quite well. There was no residue after application. Each pump covered quite a large area and with 5 pumps I was able to easily cover my entire body except my breasts (I did not want Sustain Alpha on them).

Testosterone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my hormone levels from pre to post-Sustain Alpha, I was not able to get bloods done this time.

Body Composition: 8/10. Pre-Sustain Alpha I was 53.81kg (i.e. 118.4lb) at 15% bodyfat (BF). Post-Sustain Alpha I am 54.64kg (i.e. Girths remained UNchanged from pre to post-Sustain Alpha...Please note that I was also using White Flood during my use of Sustain Alpha, and was gradually building back up to Maintenance training levels over that period, which could have contributed to these results...However, despite that, this is the most successful recomp I have ever done.

Mental Performance: 9/10. Mental Performance has been pretty good whilst on Sustain Alpha. I have had a lot on my plate re this area and was highly stressed for the first few weeks of using Sustain Alpha, but I have managed to get all done as required and to a high standard.

Immune System: N/A. During the period that I was using Sustain Alpha I had to have a few immunizations done and I experienced a few minor reactions to a couple of them. The reactions did not last long. My sleeping patterns have not helped in this area, though...I would have to have had blood tests pre and post-Sustain Alpha, as well as pre and post each immunization, to see whether or not the product made a difference here.

Cholesterol Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see if there were any changes in my cholesterol (LDL, HDL, and Total) levels from pre to post-Sustain Alpha, I was not able to get bloods done this time. Please note that I was using Krillpid Balance throughout the entire use of Sustain Alpha to help balance my cholesterol levels.

Sexual Performance: N/A. I cannot really make any comments here, as when I first started Sustain Alpha I was not having sex, nor had I ever had it. I was married ~2 weeks into my use of Sustain Alpha, and even then, I have nothing to compare re sex to pre-Sustain Alpha.

Virility, Erectile Function, and Prostate Health: N/A. This does NOT apply to me, as I am NOT a male!

Other Notes: I noticed on warmer days or when I got heated quite easily, that Sustain Alpha sometimes left a yellow stain on my white clothes (and this was well after I had showered and applied it)...At 5 pumps an application Sustain Alpha is meant to last 23 applications. However, at 5 pumps an application my tube lasted 33 applications, which is quite a bit more than it said it would.

Overall: 8/10. I enjoyed my time on Sustain Alpha. Although I was using other products, the period that I used Sustain Alpha over was the most successful recomp period that I have ever done; and by this I mean that I gained lean mass and lost BF at a ratio of 1.5:1, which is a lot better than usual, where I normally gain reasonable lean mass and only lose a minute amount of BF. Not to mention that at 5 days on/2 days off Sustain Alpha lasts me 6.5 weeks, making it quite affordable to use.

Would I use it again? Yes. This is the perfect addition to a natural Growth Hormone and Testosterone boosting stack, and I was actually using several different such products during my time with it.

Would I recommend? Yes. Sustain Alpha would make a great addition to a natural testosterone boosting stack, or as part of PCT. It's also fine for females to use.

Day 304

1600 - Gazelle 20 min.

1625 - Stretch 25 min.

Motivation: Having to push myself for it today (not sure what is going on here).

Focus and Mental Performance: Focus there; I was like a kid bouncing off the walls almost all morning and didn't sleep last night...Mental Performance fine...

Libido and Sexual Performance: Libido high am...Sex later ;)

Body Composition and Look: Midsection starting to 'come out' more re definition...Legs still looking good...

Stress: A 6 on the 'stress scale' of 1 to 10...

Appetite: Neither here nor there.

Immune System: Ok.

Day 305

Due to circumstances, no training was done today...Means that I will be raring and ready to go tomorrow!!!

Motivation: Bothered that I didn't train today, but letting it pass me over.

Focus and Mental Performance: Focus there in the early morning and after waking...Mental performance fine...

Libido and Sexual Performance: Libido incredibly high all the time I am awake...Sex was the best yet!

Body Composition and Look: A bit softer, due to water and food weight from yesterday and today...

Stress: A 6 on the 'stress scale' of 1 to 10...

Appetite: Eating enough.

Immune System: Eyes completely red were the whites on waking. Head feeling a little stuffy. Feeling like crap after all the cheating (then why do it???)

Other Notes: Areas where I sprayed the Liposolv started getting itchy very early this morning, ~9-10 hours after application.

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~2000-2230 and ~0530-0857 (waking at 0800 and 0840), so nearly 6 hours sleep. Passed out during a movie at ~2000. I was trying to go to sleep as 'bedtime' from ~0400, and was just not able to, getting up and down all the time. In the end I went upstairs and slept on the sofa...Dreams were vivid and weird. Sleep deep when there. Woke not feeling great at all...

Motivation: Even though I most definitely did NOT feel like training, I DID. And pushed myself HARD to boot. I have given myself a DEADLINE!

Mental Alertness/Focus: There, once I had been up for ~10 minutes.

Energy: Energy was blah for the first hour or so of being up. Started picking up once I had stretched.

Stress: Medium.

Libido: High.

Joints: Left knee ached for the first 6-8 minutes of HIIT, but went away as I kept going...Lower back started aching after the downhill part during HIIT. Back has been clicking a lot lately...Left wrist was in absolute agony during resistance session...

Endurance: Excellent. I could have easily KEPT going after the gym.

Strength: Progress from last week.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Muscles look and feel full, but not quite hard again yet.

Recovery: Feeling pretty good after today's training. No hamstring DOMS yet. Looking forward to being able to push myself to the point of no return and NOT suffering for it the next day or so!

Body Composition and Look: Holding quite a bit of water weight today. Feeling very uncomfortable in my body, actually. Head down, arse up, and eyes on the prize!

Appetite: It's time to be GOOD.

Immune Function: Eyes were bloody this morning on waking. Felt so shot when I woke up, like I had a head cold and something else all rolled into one. I know that it is my poor sleeping habits over the last few weeks that is contributing primarily to this.

Other Notes: I have decided that I will allow my body to continue to run on NZ time. This means that I will be back on my regular schedule, but my regular schedule on NZ time (i.e. 0300 in NZ is 0800 in the US - this is my waking time; 2100-2200 in NZ is 0200-0300 in the US - this is my bedtime); since I am having such a hard time trying to adjust my body to doing this at 0300 and 2100-2200 US time.

love the pic, havent seen that one. hope all is well and keep on making progress girl.. when you gonna be near ny? :)

love the pic, havent seen that one. hope all is well and keep on making progress girl.. when you gonna be near ny? :)

Thanks, Ste...I'm ok, yah...Not sure...

Day 307 - Day 7 of Liposolv

This week's Day OFF...

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~1030-1816 (waking at 1657), so ~7.75 hours sleep. Could NOT fall asleep last night and ended up staying up watching episodes of Moonlight until I did. Sleep was deep and full of dreams...

Motivation: There. I REALLY need to get back into routine!!!

Mental Alertness/Focus: There all morning until ~0900 and since been up.

Energy: There. Some.

Stress: Medium.

Libido: High.

Joints: Back is still clicking (I can make it do on-demand, LOL)...Left wrist keeps going hot and cold...

Endurance: N/A.

Strength: N/A.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Fairly average today (because no training).

Recovery: Not feeling any DOMS from yesterday (which is good)...Body feeling ok...

Body Composition and Look: Weight keeps going up. I'm holding a fair amount of water...

Appetite: Fighting the urge to go wild...

Immune Function: Sore throat and stuffy nose started early this morning, and continued after I woke up. Eyes remaining bloodshot. Neck also feeling weird.

Day 308

1541 - HIIT Run:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min jogging
d. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
e. 4 min jogging
f. 1 x 1 min effort
g. 2 min jogging

1611 - Gazelle 20 min.

1635 - Stretch 20 min.

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0530-1234, so ~7 hours sleep. I was actually trying to stay awake to train at ~0800, but ended up passing out before then. Sleep was deep. Dreams very vivid...

Motivation: Reaching for it...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Not the best today; I have a headache and feel like sh*t.

Energy: Not really there.

Stress: High.

Libido: There in bits and pieces.

Joints: Back does not start aching until after downhill running. I prefer flat courses, but my options here re that are limited, so I make do with a uphill/downhill loop; shall have to make some minor adjustments...Left wrist has been aching, but not in the bone this time, and no clicking yet...

Endurance: Good.

Strength: N/A.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Might take a week or so to get back there.

Recovery: No DOMS. Recovery better already (and only been using IGF-2 for three days; I LOVE this stuff!)

Body Composition and Look: Still holding water; a lot more than usual (???)

Appetite: Actually, the last few days I have noticed a HUGE change in my ability to eat. Until recently I had NO 'off' switch and could eat and eat and eat and eat and often kept eating for 80-90 minutes before stopping, yet NOT feeling satiated or full afterwards! The last few days I am finding myself UNcomfortable after eating for more than 20 minutes, sometimes with pain. Now it's not feeling full, but it's stopping me shoveling more food in. This is interesting and definitely progress...

Immune Function: Bloodshot and tired eyes. Stuffy nose. Head feels like it does when I have a head cold. Neck aching. General overall feeling like sh*te.

Other Notes: Still finding that legs and stomach are getting itchy where I apply the Liposolv. Stomach also started peeling today, which was a WTF moment.

b. 2 x 1 min @ 3.95 min/km/1 min break
c. 3 x 1 min @ 3.75 min/km/1 min break
d. 4 x 30 sec @ 3.57 min/km/30 sec break
e. 2 x 30 sec @ 3.41 min/km/1 min break
f. 1 x 30 sec @ 3.26 min/km

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0500-1338 (waking at 1200), so ~8 hours sleep. Again, not the right bed and waking times, and not pleased, but working on getting where I want them to be; just need to do an all-nighter to get it right, and by the start of next week I should have it in sync!...Dreaming so vividly that it seemed REAL...Sleep DEEP...

Motivation: No one else has the power to determine whether I will let myself succeed or not; it's all on ME.

Mental Alertness/Focus: Pretty good.

Energy: Felt absolutely exhausted during the 3 mile Run. Once in the gym, was a different story.

Stress: VERY HIGH.

Libido: Most definitely!

Joints: Back aching a little after 3 mile Run (but was expected). Clicked it back into place during stretching...Left wrist deep aching every second in the gym, affecting to a degree my lifting...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: A little weaker today.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Soon enough.

Recovery: No DOMS from Monday's session; this is brilliant. Nothing from today either. Running recovery is the only thing not fully recovered from. I actually run a lot better and recover a lot better from it when I am leaner and lighter...

Body Composition and Look: Scale keeps climbing...

Appetite: I am a food addict; there, I admitted it. The way an alcoholic is with alcohol or a smoker with cigarettes or a druggie with drugs; that's how I am with food. It's always an uphill battle, but one of these days I am going to WIN it and then there will be NO more issues!

Immune Function: Not feeling as bad as I have been; it's mostly just on waking now.

Day 310

1052 - HIIT Run:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 10 min jogging

7. Push-Ups (feet on bench, hands on m/b) x 25
8. Incline DB Bench Press x 25
9. BB Military Press x 25
10. DB Lateral Raises x 25
11. Dips x 25
12. V-Bar Tricep Push-Downs x 25
13. E-Z Bar Bicep Curls x 25
14. Alternate DB Hammer Curls x 24
15. Rope Crunch x 50
16. Double Straight-Leg Raises (no bench) x 25
17. Knee-Ins (on bench) x 25

1325 - Spin Bike:
20 min @ 41 km/hr pace

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0300-0730 (waking at 0651), so ~4.5 hours sleep. That's considerably LESS than I have been having lately and more like what my usual sleeping hours look like. Still took me some time to get to sleep, but not as much, and about perfect re schedule for the US (if still working on NZ time)...Dreaming...Sleep was deep...

Motivation: With my body feeling the way it was I HAD to be motivated to withstand the pain today!

Mental Alertness/Focus: Great.

Energy: Shattered during HIIT. Starting to come into my own during resistance training. Winding down on the Spin Bike.

Stress: VERY VERY HIGH.

Libido: Er, NO...

Joints: Back was fine today after HIIT Run...Left wrist giving some pain in AND out of the gym...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: There (I am going to have to leave my ego at home when I go to the gym and remember that I am pretty much starting out over again like I did when I returned after breaking my wrist - since I almost feel the same and wrist is aching again like it was just after the cast was removed; only maybe a 70% pain instead of 99% pain and lack of range of motion - and just build back up to where I was before coming to the US, and that it won't take long to do).

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Muscles were FULL during resistance training.

Recovery: Some DOMS in my quads this morning; which was a b*tch going up and down the stairs (could have been from the Treadmill yesterday)...Continued even more after my resistance session (slowly does it up and down the stairs for the rest of the day)...DOMS in triceps as well...

Body Composition and Look: Still holding water. Perhaps Liposolv causes water retention and I will REALLY notice the effects a few days after I have finished it?

Appetite: Fine.

Immune Function: Woke with sore eyes, a scratchy throat, and burning up. I didn't feel like doing ANYthing. But, I have felt like this before. And that was never allowed to be an excuse for not training, so I am NOT letting it start becoming one now!

Other Notes: I had a painful pump in my anterior delts not long into my HIIT Run. Pump continued during resistance training, getting more painful as I went on. NOT sure what caused that.

Day 311

1428 - Gazelle 20 min.

1449 - Stretch 21 min.

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~2300-1200 (waking at 0700), so ~13 hours sleep. Man, training yesterday REALLY took something out of me (I fell asleep a full 3-4 hours than I have been and planned on)...Sleep was deep as night. Minor dreaming...

Motivation: Didn't want to train because my whole body aches and then wanted to do resistance session, but ended up just sticking to 'recovery' cardio.

Mental Alertness/Focus: Good.

Energy: Is there.

Stress: VERY VERY HIGH.

Libido: Some...

Joints: Back all good today...Left wrist not aching as much as it has been...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: N/A.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Legs, shoulders, and arms looking full.

Recovery: DOMS almost ALL over, from yesterday's resistance session. Pain is most bad in my anterior deltoids, and feeling in iliopsoas (somewhere I usually NEVER feel anything)...

Body Composition and Look: Face actually looks a little swollen today (which was rather weird and interesting and not cool)...For some reason it seems like my body is holding onto every bit of water that I'm drinking (shrug). The only time I feel semi-comfortable is when I'm training...

Appetite: Fine.

Immune Function: Not feeling as bad as I have been lately. The only thing to note is that I have chills and then I burn up.

hope that face slims down, wouldnt want to ever consider you not attractive :)

Think I ate something I was sensitive to (I really need to STOP eating everything I react to; I'd feel (and look) loads better!)

Day 312

1522 - Skipping:
a. 4 x 3 min skipping/30 sec break
b. 4 x 90 sec skipping/30 sec break
c. 4 x 30 sec skipping/30 sec break

1551 - Stretch 20 min.

1636 - Back/Chest (1 min recovery between alternate sets):
Alternate Set -
1. BB Deadlifts 6 x 6
2. Push-Ups (feet on bench, hands on floor) 6 x 10

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0545-1334, so ~7.75 hours sleep. Didn't fall asleep between 0200 and 0300 like I wanted, but, once asleep, I was OUT. Dreams were vivid and uncomfortable. Sleep was DEEP...

Motivation: Once I got into the skipping I was in. Come resistance session I did a bit less, so that I can do better tomorrow, and didn't do post-weights cardio.

Mental Alertness/Focus: ~10 minutes after dosing RPM I am awake and alert and bright and ready to go.

Energy: There.

Stress: VERY VERY HIGH.

Libido: Some...

Joints: Left wrist aching during resistance training (I had to change my hands during Push-Ups, from doing them on my palms (as normal) to doing them on my fists (palms facing inwards), since my left wrist cannot bend like it was and causes PAIN when it does)...

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: Fine. Left wrist is starting to hinder a few lifts.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Legs.

Recovery: Some DOMS in triceps. Otherwise, fine...Feeling hips after today's session...

Body Composition and Look: Calves and forearms are looking ripped. Everything else is kind of blah. Still holding water in midsection and upper legs...

Appetite: Fine.

Immune Function: Actually feel loads better today.

Other Notes: At Kathy's suggestion, I have been applying Liposolv 2-3 hours after showering (applying my daily moisturizer post-shower); and there has been no more itching...I am still NOT experiencing any skin blanching or white spots or anything else expected from the product yet...And due to spray nozzle issues continuing, I am still using my hands to apply the product; which means that I am probably using FAR more than 14 sprays per application...

Great lOG! and I did like the write up that you did with the CRE02. . .I'm currently using that product as well and i do believe that its a wonderful product along with the BA Carnage. . .I'm sure it would be no issue for you 2 get a sponsored log by them but GREAT WORK and Very Detailed 80)

Thanks, bud. ALL of my product reviews are as comprehensive...Not sure why you are talking about sponsored logs by MST; I have done no such with their products.

Day 313

This week's Day OFF (looks like Monday is going to be it, looking at the pattern over the last few weeks)...

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0530-1528, so nearly 10 hours sleep. Sleep was deep and full of dreams. Woke sore (legs from the skipping yesterday) and exhausted. Really too late to train (especially if I want to get back into a decent schedule), so made it my Day Off for this week...

Motivation: There.

Mental Alertness/Focus: After dosing RPM (I take 2 caps first thing EVERY day) I was fine...Work this evening...

Energy: Body sore as, but once had RPM, started picking up.

Stress: VERY VERY HIGH.

Libido: Not sure yet...

Joints: Fine.

Endurance: N/A.

Strength: N/A.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Arms feeling harder than they have been.

Recovery: Some DOMS in legs on waking, especially in iliopsoas and calves, but diminishing the longer I am awake...

Body Composition and Look: Water weight is finally going!

Appetite: Fine.

Immune Function: Good.

Day 314

1912 - HIIT Gazelle:
a. 5 min easy
b. 20 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 5 min easy

1934 - Stretch 26 min.

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~1200-1749 (waking at 1549), so ~5.75 hours sleep. Sleep here and there. Definitely gone once I allowed myself to close my eyes (was trying to stay up all day until ~2130 so that could get into rhythm re routine; but that comes tonight now)...

Motivation: I've never really needed outside influence to help with motivation, but having others believe in you can make a difference during the times when it gets tough.

Mental Alertness/Focus: On the ball...

Energy: Bouncing around like a playful kitten this morning. Acting, as quoted, "like you have ADD", LOL.

Stress: VERY HIGH.

Libido: Hmmmm...

Joints: No issues today.

Endurance: Fine.

Strength: N/A.

Muscle Hardness/Fullness: Hardness is returning.

Recovery: DOMS in calves from skipping on Sunday...

Body Composition and Look: Back to 120.2lb, with no more water retention. The areas that are looking leaner are arms, upper abs, and lower legs, NOT where I have been applying Liposolv (???)

Appetite: Good.

Immune Function: Back to normal.

Day 315 - Day 15 of Liposolv, Day 10 of Lean Xtreme 2.0

1833 - Gazelle 21 min.

1859 - Stretch 21 min.

4. Glute/Ham Raises 4 x 15
Superset C -

Other Notes: Last day today of the tube of Liposolv that I have. Both yesterday and today, small white crystals were mixed in with the liquid on application. Itching and all skin irritation has stopped...Another tube has been sent out, so I shall be able to continue until that is finished, and therefore get a better idea of how the product worked for me.

My wisdom teeth have been coming in lately as well. One was very painful at first, but as time has gone on It has stopped hurting. I'm sorry that you are feeling so badly. :(

It happens only when I get really stressed. Possibly the same for you. But sh*t happens, so we've just got to suck it up and roll with it.
