It actually feels pretty good up here in the panhandle right now. 68 tonight; last few nights were around 58, which is more my style. Beautiful afternoons hitting around 73 and sunny.

Day 17

I don't have my log book with me, but it wouldn't matter if I did. I didn't record anything today as I forgot it when I was hitting the gym, but I do remember some lifts...everything was UP as usual. :) - Most notable increase was my Romanian Deads which I hit 295x3. It's climbing again. It will be nice when I'm hitting 315 for reps again. I'll be there soon enough.

Feeling pretty solid even with the long rest from training and diet-slacking. I had a lot of cheat meals during the reunion, and probably a total of 7 drinks over the course of those three nights, but I definitely met my protein requirements, so that's all I'm concerned about.

I'm all out of Toremifene. I took my last dose this morning. Not worried about it as I feel recovered and I'm doing well.

TestoPRO Notes:

Body composition was looking great before the weekend. Still looking pretty tight and solid, but I may have lost some of the fullness without my normal diet; however, I'm back on it now and today went perfectly.

No insane libido. Pretty normal at this point. I'm definitely experiencing the up and down on this just as Met was.

Well-being is good, but not insanely high. This is a little up and down as well.
 
The only way to maxmize this product is throw in some LCLT so the effects stay strong, looks good man, keep hitting it hard.

What's the reason for the EGCG?
 
ECGC acts an uptake agonist of dopamine, allowing the L-Dopa to cross the BBB and stay for a longer period of time to allow for GH release, also to avoid tolerance.

Not anything mind blowing but I just have always had good results with AN so I figured I'd give it a try. It also has some test boosting properties as well.

I'm not getting the same increase in libido or mood that I was before, but I do feel an increase in overall performance and recovery, in and out of the gym. I feel more rejuvenated mentally and physically, and my body seems to be functioning on a better level, all of which I associate with higher test levels.

Overall Notes:

Intense training session all-around. It was definitely one for the books. I woke up in a daze, slammed all of my supps including TestoPRO, drank some AS, and was immediately hit by the energy-train. - All lifts were up; endurance was up; focus and drive were definitely up.

Thanks, guys! Ya, I'll be adding an additional 10 target reps to the DC sets in my next stack. The target reps will be increased to 30 pretty soon.
 
I think I must have crappy forearm/bi strength cause there's now way in hell I could get 65's on pinwheels. Unless I could use my whol entire body, even then I doubt it.

I'm actually most interested in IC's review to date on DC Training. Do you feel its more or less effective then how you traditionally trained? I'm certain you managed strength gains, but how do you feel about body composition? Any changes in size, contour of the muscle?

Me personally, I think I'm too in love with DOMS, regardless of a stance regarding its necessity or lack thereof. It's my indicator of a job well done. Maybe it's because I hit it at a high intensity as is, but DC doesn't get me sore unless I go waaaaaay off the marker. The other week my friend and I did 3 sets of drop sets, from 315, to 275, to 225, to 135 and each drop set we went to failure for 3 rest-pauses prior to each drop, we did the same for incline with less weight, all the way through to the hammers, for about 4 exercises on chest alone, because the week before I went traditional DC and nothing. Maybe my body is retarded, I hardly ever respond the same way as the masses with supps, so maybe I'm the same with training.

I'm not IC, but I just finished up a trial run of DC-esque training. My main thing against it was lack of volume. While this was not an issue for some muscle groups (shoulders, back and quads did great - in fact, DC Front Squats are becoming a favorite of mine), other more stubborn areas (chest and arms) really felt neglected by the lack of additional, focused attention.
It definitely has it's strengths, and though I'll probably use it again down the road, right now I'm glad to be back on my normal high volume/frequency stuff.

While I used DC-specific training in the past for about 4 weeks, I currently incorporate DC sets into each muscle group; however, I no longer to DC-specific training; i.e. Single rest pause sets; weighted stretches and such. As will Resolve and yourself, there just isn't enough volume involved for my own body. I don't do well on it.

For example, my Chest routine looks like this:

Flat Bench BB Press (DB Press on Occasion) - Warmup x 3, 3 Max-OT sets between 3 and 6 reps
Incline DB Press - DC Set (20 target reps)
Pec Fly Machine - DC Set (20 target reps)

As you can see, I don't do anything typical to a normal DC workout, I merely incorporate the rest-pause sets into my training. This seems to work well for me, but we'll see what I come up with over the weekend for my next routine. It will probably be high frequency, low volume, mid to high reps.

I'm thinking something like...

Mon - Some Upper Body / Quads
Wed - OLY day
Fri - Rest of Upper Body / Hams

Okay, so this was technically my last workout on TestoPRO. I had a single, 2cap dose left this morning.

Cardio:

StairMill - 20mins @ Level 5
StairStepper - 20mins @ Level 11-12

Weights:

Seated Calf Raise - 90x 75 total reps
Read Delt DB Flies - 15x12, 20x10, 25x8,6, 15xfailure, RP

Overall Notes:

Really a great workout. Definitely boosted my self-esteem and confidence levels. I feel great right now, and hopefully it will hold through the day as I have a ton of school work I need to finish by the night's end. No costume parties or anything fun for me tonight. I need to keep my nose in the books and get this crap done. A girl I haven't seen in a while asked me to go out with her tomorrow evening, so I want to be able to make time for that.

TestoPRO Notes:

Normal stuff. Elevated mood and clean performance/endurance. Final review to come later today.

Diminishing? No. Lessening, yes. - Honestly, the first week and a half were the best. Maybe this DOES work better at a lower dose. At least for prolonged periods of time. Maybe it's good to start out higher and then taper down.
 
Werd...the day after I stopped my Tpro, I felt like I came off Relora. Just be prepared to stick it out for a day or two.

A general description of your training and diet protocol:

All resistance training was done in a fasted state. My routine was:

Monday - Chest/Tris/Hams
Wednesday - Back/Bis/Traps
Friday - Quads/Delts/Calves

20mins of cardio was usually performed after every lifting session, and I did at least one cardio session on an off day, sometimes 2-3 sessions of cardio-only per week.

Diet was low-calorie. Around 2k-2.2k/day. 5 Meals; intermittent fasting approach.

Any effects on mood: Definitely had strong, positive effects on mood in the beginning. Surging confidence and self-esteem in the first week or so, but leveled off a little as time went on; however, I still feel much better than normal, especially in PCT mode.

Any effects on libido: Very elevated for the first week; up and down from that point on.

Any effects on strength: Drastic improvement on strength during my PCT. I seemed to go up in all lifts nearly every workout.

Any effects on endurance: Muscle endurance was quite high, and I was always ready to drive through my next set. There were times where I wanted to cut my rest-pause short and lift after 5 breaths. I just wanted more and more every time I lifted. Endurance on cardio was up as well. Breathing and respiratory function definitely increased.

Miscellaneous comments:
TestoPRO is definitely in my Top 3 Favorite Herbal Test Boosters. If the effects from Week 1 were felt throughout the run there is no doubt it would be my favorite herbal T-boosting product, but the effects seemed to lessen over time. I don't mean they diminished, nor do I mean that I could no longer feel it, they just weren't as strong as they were in the beginning. Perhaps next time I'll take Andrew's advice and run that stuff alongside it to keep my androgen receptors fresh.

If I tried this again, I'd probably just run it at the standard 4cap/day dose that is recommended. I didn't notice much of a difference between 4 and 6 caps, and I see that as a good thing; makes the product more cost effective that way.

The price is a little high which is really the limiting factor for me. It gave me the performance I desired; increased endurance, raised libido, greater strength, etc., and for PCT I would gladly pay the price, but as part of a stack when you're on a budget, it may be difficult to justify it; however, as far as performance, it is definitely not lacking. It does what it claims. This is definitely the best PCT I've ever had.

edit: a solid no BS review Cannon. Agree on the price aspect . . . but when it comes to a PCT, then one needs to consider a quality product.
