Dude, of all things, I have been craving a grapefruit the last couple of days... good thing I get carbs on friday!

Ha! Heck ya, bro! I'm loving the new CHO additions. They've made my morning so much more enjoyable. I'm really not on a keto anymore. I'm getting carbs with breakfast everyday, and then post-workout AND breakfast on training days. Definitely still in the low-carb range, but not keto-low; probably 70g on off days, 180-200g on training days.
 
...I'm saddened to say that it appears as though I was not given quite the full amount of Toremifene. I can't really say, but it only looks like I've got a few days left of this stuff. That would put me on just over 2 weeks of a SERM. Seeing how it was only a 3 week cycle, that's probably not bad, but unfortunate none the less.

I'll keep everyone updated on how it plays out. Maybe I have more than I think.

2 weeks should be fine for a 3 weeker anyways. imo Was that all that was in the bottle?

Days 4-7: 90mg
Days 8-14: 60mg
Days 15-21: 30mg

It just seems like I'm cut short a little bit. We'll see how long it lasts. Sometimes I'm a bad judge of that stuff.
 
Is it possible you accidentally overdosed your torm?
 
Sorry for no update yesterday. I'm getting tomorrow's workout done this morning, so when I get back, I'll give an update on both workouts. I hope to hit a new Back Squat today. Let's see what TestoPRO can do!

I upped to 2/2/2 yesterday. I'll keep it there for the remainder.

i don't believe you are a bad judge of anything. i have always questioned the quality control or lack of with RC"s.:cheers:

Forgot my log book, so I wasn't able to write the numbers down; however, I know I increased weight on all exercises. Some lifts I remember...

Seated Row: 280x3
BB Drag Curls: 75lbs - Can't remember total reps
CG Pulldown: 270lbs - "Ditto"

BB and DB Shrugs were both done utilizing TUT

Cardio: Stairmilll; 20mings @ Level 5

Day 13

Training: Quads/Delts/Calves

Back Squats: 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 315x4, 325x3, 340x3
BB Hacks: 275x5+5+4 = 14 - Down a rep. :( - I'm pretty sure it's only due to my grip. I was struggling to hold on.
DB Lunges: 70x8+4+4 = 16 - Up 2 reps

Standing BTN BB Press: 65x15, 95x12, 115x10, 135x5,5,5
Upright BB Row: 135x8+6+5.5 = 19.5 - Down a little. Getting tuckered out here.
DB Lateral Raises: 40x9+6+7 = 22 - Up 2 reps

Russian Calf Routine: Seated Calf Raise, 100x75 total reps, 90x50 total reps

Cardio: Stairmill; 20mings @ Level 5

TestoPRO Notes:

Balls are larger and more sensitive, especially the right testicle. I don't know why, but it occasionally hurts, probably due to increased hormonal production.

Alpha feeling is high. Libido is high. Things are good. :) - Best PCT I've ever had.

Ya, I always take that type of pain in my nuts as a good thing. Heck, they're getting bigger; what can be bad about that? :lol:

I'm being careful of my back, and it seems to be holding up quite well. Everything seems fine. It actually feels BETTER when I move heavy weight around like that. When I do my Prime+GHenerate+I-GH-1 stack, I'll probably decrease weight and do some higher rep stuff. Maybe only do a squatting exercise once every two weeks to give everything a little rest.

I'll be cheating on my diet basically from today through Sunday. When I say "cheating" I mean I'll be eating off of my normal diet, not necessarily eating bad foods. I've got a bunch of family in town, so I doubt I'll be able to get all of my regular meals in, nor am I going to go out of my way to try. If it's convenient, I will, otherwise I'll be eating with the fam. I think I'm having lasagna tonight, but it's made with whole wheat pasta, so I don't consider that an issue. I'll take some extra SLIN prior to that meal. My only real concern is adequate protein intake, so that usually means I'll be protein-loading. I tend to overshoot when that's my only diet worry. I'll probably hit 400g+ the next few days. Carbs/Fat will be higher too, I'm sure. I'll basically be on a 3-day bulk.

TestoPRO Notes:

*Junk is still full. Balls are getting huuuge. It's naaas.

*Alpha feeling is relatively high throughout the day. Feeling good. No real downers.

Overall Notes:

Taking it easy with the fam today. Just back at home right now running some errands; picking up a few Subway sandwiches to have on hand for today and tomorrow. My bro and I are really the only healthy eaters in our family, or at least the most strict about it, so we've been doing our best to keep our diets solid even with all the sweets and junk around. - I think we're both honestly kind of tired of answering health questions. It gets old. They make fun of you, then they ask for advice.
 
Huge balls are great except when you have to move them out of the way for EVERY FUKCING EXERCISE YOU DO!!

Its so annoying :frustrate....im grateful tho :sly:
 
Still chilling with the fam at this beach house. My brother and cousin are hitting up the gym right now, but I opted to pass. I have no reason to go other than for some cardio, and I feel rest would do me better.

I'm looking out the window right now at the beach-road and there is a continuous stream of women dressed in pink walking with their families. I think there is some breast-cancer charity walk going on.

handful of roast beef
1c cottage cheese

...about to slam a big ham dinner with tons of sides. I'll probably pop 3 SLIN prior. I think potato salad is involved, and I plan on more beer tonight. My cousin's fiance bought some Dogfish Head Punkin Ale. I told him I'm ganking one. :D

Went out to a local blues club last night, and then over to the pub. I had three Chivas Regal's, and then three coffees, and a big thing of chicken thighs covered in hot sauce and one of my cousin's potato skins. haha. It was fun.

Still more cheating in store tonight, but this is the end of it. It's back to hardcore diet and gym work tomorrow.

Last night was the Halloween Block Party on our street. It was unbelievable, in a very bizarre way. We have several night clubs and there's a gay strip club way down the street too, so we had an absolute ton (like 500+) of people, most of them in costume. Seemed like everyone except BW and I were wasted out of their minds.

More drag queens than I ever wanted to encounter, see or know existed. Also, apparently tighty whiteys pass for a costume nowadays. :yuck::bigeyes2:

However, it had is plus sides too - there were some awesome costumes: one chick dressed like Michael Jackson and had his whole mannerisms to a tee. A couple dressed up like the guys from Mythbusters and were pretty convincing - impressive considering one of them was a girl. But the "most daring" had to be the chick whose "costume" consisted of her going topless and painting her tits gold. :D

Definitely a unique experience.
