The Story:

Well guys, this has been a long time coming. I have always felt my best gains were made while I logged in the forums online. It keeps me honest, makes me track weights and diet and the general banter with you guys is really helpful.

This log isn't really to show case these products, although questions are welcome, it is also for me, to track progress in this important time of change for me as I try really make a push in the right direction physique wise.

So with that in mind it's time to log again!

The Suspects (weeks 1-6):
1)Slin (dosed PWO)
2)Postal (Dosed PWO with Slin)
3)IGH-1 (pre bed)
4)GHenerate (pre workout and pre bed)
5)Bc+Eaa (Pre and Intra)

The Suspects PART2 (weeks 6-10):
1)DTH
2)Anadraulic State
3)GHenerate (pre workout and pre bed)
4)IGH-1 (pre bed)
5)Bc+Eaa (Pre and Intra)


Diet: I tend to feel this is the most crucial part of my log. I know I can train hard, I know i can sleep well, but can I keep the diet good enough to achieve what I want?

What I basically in a nutshell plan on is high protein, medium carb and low fat.
I will keep a detailed diet log on here, so more to come and we can see if my numbers actually stack up. I really want to be taking 250g+ protein per day.

The Workout:
6 days per week, full body split.

1)Chest and Triceps
2)Legs
3)Abs
4)Back and Biceps
5)Shoulders
6)Legs

More to come on the exact breakdown of these workouts.
Photos will be on the way, as this log officialy starts in 7 days time, but will have the pre photos this week and also have 7 days of pre stack lifting stats this week while I'm training on just fish oil, multi vitamin and protein.

Hope you people all follow along, and I look forward to the support and converastion this log will hopefully bring :)
 
subbed for sure.. I totally agree with you as far as logging your progress gives you better gains in general, that reminds me i need to get my log started :D

Fat will actually be more medium, or 20-30% of diet. Wasn't very acurate of me to say low fat. What I should have said is healthy fats.

Quick Note:
I have been doing DC training for the past 16 or so weeks, really helped get some strength on some lifts, but man, switching to classic hypertrophy training is killing me! The endurance aspect of it is so damn hard!

This training style is going to really kill me, but is nice for a change. My squat numbers today were so damn bad! As were the deadlifts! About 50% of what I used to do!

Numbers up tomorrow!

bro your strength will be here in no time , just put those sick numbers up you used to:thumbsup: you got the goods to do it mang!, but craigs 50% is still around 275-300 lbs;)

Anadraulic State: Updated Flavor Review
Well I was going to save this test until I actually started my log, but Eric has encouraged me to at least sample the taste...so hey..why the hell not.

So mixed a full serve in about 200ml of water and this is what I though.

Taste:7/10, MUCH better than the older version! No more cinnamon overdose and even has a slight sweetness to it now. Easily drinkable.

Smell:8/10, again MUCH better than before. Sweet to the sences and not cinnamon up your nose anymore.

Mixibility:9/10, stirred it a few times with a spoon and all nicely mixed it, gaive it a final swurl at the end to make sure I got all the last bits.

Another thing I noticed is the color is completly different. Used to be a strong red color, but now is a light yellow.
 
You should see the next picture I have in store once this log starts! Man, if you thought the first two pictures were hot, the next is a cracker!

Gonna get you slapped with the ban-stick hot? Or just respectfully hot?

Just received my order og Postal, IGH-1 and a nice big bottle of SLIN, so now just waiting on the GHenerate and we will get this party started!

Update: POSTAL
Well my LG package arrived with SLIN, POSTAL and IGH-1, so just waiting for GHenerate now, then the log officially kicks off.

I tried 2 scoops of POSTAL after my workout today though just to try it.

Taste:7.5/10
This remind me slightly fo the taste of Cold Fusion, not suprising really considering it has many of the same ingredients. Easy to drink down and not something that people would find tough to drink at all.

Mixibility:10/10
Put two scoops in my bottle, shook it up and away I went, mixed in really east, no clumps, no froth just POSTAL goodness.
