Lucid dreaming huh...did you make one of those crazy azz masks? I was researching that ish and my wife thought I was retarded :lol:

They tell you that you have to take notes of your dreams and set your alarm to wake up and log what you've done...That's way too much work, but I've always wanted to engage in lucid dreams.
 
Lucid dreaming is awesome but I did not have to put THAT much work into learning it. Just keep a pad of paper/pencil next to your bed or a voice recorder and just get into the habit of recording your dreams when you wake up. The techniques I use took me about 2 years to become lucid. If anyone's interesting PM me and I can help you out. Takes discipline but it is worth it.
 
From what I understood you become lucid by a light...stimulates you "knowing" you are dreaming and trying some tests.

there was a fad a while ago about a mask for 300 bucks. Then people started making them. I woudn't mind learning since you are teh bomb

Okay so IL needs to keep a napkin or something next to his bed for his lucid dreams instead of a recorder or pad and paper.

Last night I had this dream that i was bit by a radio active spider and I gain tha ability shoot web out of my... oh nevermind... Funny thing my wife was stuck to the ceiling this morning.

Met I too have those dreams. I have never trained myself to be lucid but I think being severely ADHD helps out with being overly aware of everything around all at the same time so maybe that is why. I do remember a lot of my dreams and can direct them a little sometimes. Did you ever notcie when you begin to wake up you if fighting or running you become almost powerless? Like you can be kicking the sh*t out of someone in the dream but it really isn't doing any damage. Or if you are running you can be giving it an all out effort but you aren't going any faster. I hear this is common when waking from REM. I know I experience it. The dream I hate is when I fream one or a few of my teath have fallen out. I hear that this means your life is gong ?through uncertain change. Isn't uncertain change the definition of being alive.

lol. No I learned to become lucid by using certain skills. Certain skills that I have acquired over a long career..lol

but seriously..for example, the watch trick. Clocks look really funny in your dreams. If you can look at your watch, or a clock and notice that it does not look right and become aware that you are sleeping, that is when the magic starts. First you have to start off by teaching yourself to become aware something is off in your "dream world". I used to carry a piece of paper in my pocket that said "are you sleeping?" in my pocket. Every time I put my hand in my pocket and felt it I would ask myself, "am i sleeping?" I then tested it. How do I find out if I am sleeping? Look at clocks. Try and turn a light switch on/off and see if it works. Try and control something with your mind. If you can, you are asleep. If you can't, then you are awake. When you dream, you mimic a lot of things you do in your "waking" life. So doing this while you are awake all day for months and years, you will start to mimic it in your sleep and then learn to distinguish your dream world from reality. When you do that, you will learn to control everything in your dreams. It is very very fun. VERY scary at first but fun once you learn to take it all in.

hahah fukcing hilarious! What I have learned from dream interpretation is there are infinite interprations for everything. What means one thing to you could mean something completely different to another. I have experience the "no damage" punching in dreams. Now that I think about it, it did usually happen right before I woke up. interesting :think: ...I always thought it had something to do with feeling insecure at times in my life or going through depression. :dunno: see different interpretations for the same thing

I agree with that! I have definitely had some dreams about Brooke Burke she is a milf for sure.

Had my first workout of 3 for my cruise. Sunday marks the first day of my next blast.

Rep range was 6-8 and it burned soooooo bad! The pump was just retarded though. Veins were so nasty. Had a dream I was being chased by a giant spider lol..then I had an awesome sex dream.

Yeah vascularity was insane today but also take into account I am cruising instead doing DC this week. So rep ranges are high and the pumps are bigger. We'll see how this stuff really works when my blast gets going :yup:

Sick sick sick workout today! Today was Cruise workout #2. 1 more to go before I start my next blast! Rep range was just aiming for 8 reps. And rest was minimal if at all. I did do some 20 rep sets to end an exercise tho and the pump I was today was sick! My workout partner said he's never seen my arms looking so dense. I did test out my 1rm on flat bench today and I was pleased. I have not done this exercises in like a year I think :think:. Last I did it I was repping 165. Today I was able to get up 220x1 :D...I really didnt think I was going to be able to but I did and with good form. I really really struggled at the top but I knocked it out. I can def see this exercise is A LOT harder than any other chest exercise for me. My body just isn't a fan of it. I like Incline BB a lot more.

So here is today's workout with just some highlights:

Flat bench - 220x1, worked my way down from 8 reps
Pec dec - ended on 90x8..didnt moved up in any more weight after this
ss w/ machine flys ended on 230x6...always been strong here
1 arm lateral raises w/ other hand on back of seat ended on 35x8. Form started getting a little sloppy on last 2 reps. Goal isn't to failure this week. Just to keep things going until my next blast starts.
ss w/ bentover lateral raises - worked up to 25's for 8 reps
Rope pushdowns - Maxed out the machine!!!! :woohoo: for 5 reps!! gyeahh! Ended with 13x25
BW pullups - Did 4 sets totaling 28 reps
Cg seated rows - worked up to 220x4 :woohoo: Dont think I have ever done this much weight on this machine :D

A lot of these exercises are PRs. Actually I think all of them are besides pullups, and the raises. It's been a good minutes since doing these exercises. So it's really nice to go back and see where I stand. Today was a nice boost in ego.

Ghenerate
- density: muscles are feeling very very dense.
- sleep is getting much more sound w/ same amount of hours sleep
- erections (random and not random) are happening more frequently are much harder
- libido is about the same but it IS high right now
- like Hman mentioned in his thread, I am waking up dryer in the morning. I feel full throughout the day
- noticing more endurance
- recovery seems to be better. Dont wanna say for sure just yet tho

It was intense. I was extremely amped to push up 220 for bench and do the whole stack for pushdowns! Next blast is gonna be the bomb diggity!

Man 225-235 is just a week or two of doing the flat bench away. You have to allow for some CNS retraining Bro. You should give it another go, or incorporate into your next push. I bet you would see some sick numbers that you wouldn't believe.
