Sick sick sick workout today! Today was Cruise workout #2. 1 more to go before I start my next blast! Rep range was just aiming for 8 reps. And rest was minimal if at all. I did do some 20 rep sets to end an exercise tho and the pump I was today was sick! My workout partner said he's never seen my arms looking so dense. I did test out my 1rm on flat bench today and I was pleased. I have not done this exercises in like a year I think :think:. Last I did it I was repping 165. Today I was able to get up 220x1

...I really didnt think I was going to be able to but I did and with good form. I really really struggled at the top but I knocked it out. I can def see this exercise is A LOT harder than any other chest exercise for me. My body just isn't a fan of it. I like Incline BB a lot more.
So here is today's workout with just some highlights:
Flat bench - 220x1, worked my way down from 8 reps
Pec dec - ended on 90x8..didnt moved up in any more weight after this
ss w/ machine flys ended on 230x6...always been strong here
1 arm lateral raises w/ other hand on back of seat ended on 35x8. Form started getting a little sloppy on last 2 reps. Goal isn't to failure this week. Just to keep things going until my next blast starts.
ss w/ bentover lateral raises - worked up to 25's for 8 reps
Rope pushdowns - Maxed out the machine!!!! :woohoo: for 5 reps!! gyeahh! Ended with 13x25
BW pullups - Did 4 sets totaling 28 reps
Cg seated rows - worked up to 220x4 :woohoo: Dont think I have ever done this much weight on this machine
A lot of these exercises are PRs. Actually I think all of them are besides pullups, and the raises. It's been a good minutes since doing these exercises. So it's really nice to go back and see where I stand. Today was a nice boost in ego.
Ghenerate
- density: muscles are feeling very very dense.
- sleep is getting much more sound w/ same amount of hours sleep
- erections (random and not random) are happening more frequently are much harder
- libido is about the same but it IS high right now
- like Hman mentioned in his thread, I am waking up dryer in the morning. I feel full throughout the day
- noticing more endurance
- recovery seems to be better. Dont wanna say for sure just yet tho
