There aint even no pump! I just finished dumping all my glycogen on cardio about 2hrs ago. lol - I'm walking around solid all the time.

My biceps aren't too bad, but I really wish my triceps would start growing again. I had a nice lil' size kick for a while but they stopped. If I start focusing on them again maybe they will.

I'm just happy that this calf work appears to be paying off.

if you are dosing testopro on an empty, be ready for appetite to get even bigger than what you are feeling now. when my machine is running full out and i am focused and concentrated or when at the gym is the only time i am not wanting to chow. well sex of course...:cheers:
 
IC, despite still being hungry do you feel the relora has helped control your cravings for junk foods? What are you dosing it at? How long have you been on it? Do you feel it is working? Am I asking too many questions?

It does not crush my appy at all. I just dont crave junk food at all. It modulates cortisol so it gives you a leaner look after about 3 weeks of dosing esp at higher doses and it continues to get better. Mood is also a huge part of it. I like taking it before classes. Helps me focus better. Can't wait to get back on it. And rip it up hard.

Sounds nice, I may give it a try one day. :) Junk food craving would help me right now, I seem to have put on some fat during the past few weeks. I hardly ever eat junk food but lately my mindset has been "screw it, im bulkin."

I hear ya man. I'm somewhat in the same boat. I have days where I just want some mofuggin Arbys and I get some and feel horrible. But make up for it with some nasty cardio :smite:

Exactly, plus I've took a mini vacation and some other things that kicked my diet outa wack.

Plus it's freakin football season so on saturday I'll have a beer maybe and some other crappy food sometimes. But I think I may tweak some things in my diet during the week so I can have some wiggle room on the weekends. Maybe on off days switch to Keto.

Ya, I'm getting a serious appetite increase throughout the day. It works well with my diet. I haven't had any issues yet. I'm consistently upping cals every few days. I just added in an extra slice of Ezekiel bread to my breakfast today.

Never really have junk food cravings, bro. I've kind of taught myself that that's a Friday or Saturday ordeal, and to only allow it during my cheat on one of those two days.

I'm currently dosing the Relora at 1200mg/day, and will most likely keep it there. I'll have to make an NP purchase of some basics in ~10 days or so; I'll grab another bottle of it then. I'd also love to get another bottle of TestoPRO. This stuff is great. We'll see what the bank account says. It may be a little dry.

I feel it's doing its job, yes, but don't really feel different after dosing. I notice much more of an elevated mood about 1.5hrs after dosing TestoPRO.

Thanks for all those compliments fellas! I try to be very strict with my diet regardless of the time of year or the bodybuilding goals I have set. I've found that only allowing myself to cheat once a week teaches me serious discipline in many facets of life. I try to stick to the same foods throughout the week and just enjoy my Friday's or Saturday's (whichever I choose) post-workout and through the night. Sometimes my cheats aren't even that bad, if at all, and the only thing I'm "cheating" on is my regular diet regimen.
 
Going to shoot for a 315lb Front Squat tomorrow. Wish me luck, guys! I'll bring my camera with in case there is someone around to do a video for me. :)

If I'm feeling it I'll do it. The only problem I foresee is that my rotation tomorrow calls for Delts first which means less energy expenditure for Quads. I'll take an extra 1/2sc of AS. That should do it. :D

I have faith in TestoPRO's strength increases. Yesterday was just sick. I hope tomorrow is too.

BB Upright Rows: 145x9+6+5 = 20
DB Lateral Raises: 40x8+6+6 = 20

Front Squats: 155x15, 185x12, 225x10, 275x6, 295x3, 315x4
I don't know why she decided to film this vertically, but here you go. I'm pretty happy with the set other than maybe the last rep. I could have gone deeper. What do you guys think? Legitimate set? Her and her husband are competitive Olympic lifters (dude in the background), but when he was Front Squatting today I noticed he was going just about as deep as me, maybe even a little less. I think he hit 335x3.

Incredible session in the gym. I think the extra 1/2sc of AS may actually have been a little much for me. Within 3mins of downing that stuff I was bouncing off the walls. It may have helped once I calmed down a bit, though. AS is such a sick pre-workout drink. This is the first time I've used it in a pre-workout manner. The last time I tried it I was only taking it intra-workout. This is so much better dosing pre-workout.

TestoPRO really picks up my alpha-energy about 1hr to 1.5hrs after dosing. I feel a rush of confidence in the gym, and my self-esteem is sky-high. There is no doubt that TestoPRO is making this PCT anything but ordinary. I can't even comprehend it. I just made better progress in the gym over the last week (first week of PCT) than I did my entire cycle. It's just insane.

No but seriously, maaaaad reps. I was initially a tad afraid you'd only hit parallel and not AtG, but you nailed the corn-hole to the ground, SOLID!
 
Very nice form on the Front Squats. I watched the video several times, looking for issues: like you said, you began to have problems with the last rep - leaned forward a bit and back began to bow, but you recovered nicely.

You keep your head more level than I - I try to look up for the entire set; helps me keep my back in position and shoulders forward somehow.
