Nah, skibbies is acceptable as well. I use "skivvies" but Met is entitled to his own slang. :p - Each area of the country says it differently. I'm from Chicago, and we always say "skivs."

I have not had any gas worthy of any special notice and I have been eating lots of legumes as my carb source especially beans... My skibbies are clean, my skivvies are shart free, and the only skid marks around my house are in my 15 year old sons drawers. That's another word for skibbies for you northern folks. ;)

Honestly though, I have not had any gastric discomfort, and no soft stool. Not a side for everyone thank goodness.

So guys, I guess both of you would concur that TestoPro is the SH*T!!! :biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:

Try adding Cissus into the mix that stuff will dry out your stool a bit so you aren't sharting at least.

Only by those annoying people who sit CONSTANTLY on a bench while talking on their cell phones. I make dam nsure to spend a prolonged period of time there, until I'm sure it won't follow me and that they'll get blamed for it. Kinda a "fart and run".

Thanks for all the quick and solid feedback guys!! This seems to be keeping me peppy, whereas when I ran the old DTH I was draggin' after about a week. The new version didn't have me draggin though, and neither does this, so that's cool. Only burped TestaPRO a few times, just like AX if I remember correctly. No real gas to report, other than what I put in my car. Never had any issues with Glycobol either. Man, I love that stuff!!

Speaking of sharting, it's the best way to cure a cough. Just take a bunch of exlax, and you'll be to afraid to cough for fear of sharting in your undies!! cough problem solved!!

Thanks again guys for the humor,aqdvice and kind words!! I'm gonna work more on my abs as well. Think I'll hit em' tomorrow morninga nd do some fasted HIIT cardio. Thing that bums me out is, I always get bigger in the waistline when I work my abs, and Ive got wide hips, which doesn't help with the "illusion" of a small waist. I understand why I get bigger there, because I use weight, maybe I should just focus on reps?

george, i am having the same reaction. it seems my need for sleep is non-existent. i can go on 4 hours of sleep and still feel good.:cheers: it seems we have much the same reaction to many supps.

I normally dont need too much sleep anyway but have had higher energy levels recently. Always amped up.

On your ab work, I do believe I know your issue. You need to pull your belly button to your spine with your internal abdominals there is another muscle under there, or maybe a portion of the same muscle. However when you vacuum your stomach in before your crunches and hold it tight you will feel the difference. When you train abs if you let them stick up while you train they will stick out all the time even if you get brick abs they look kind of like a turtle shell. Pull them in and get control Also this will make you lose inches off of your waistline. Not in fat but becase the internal muscle is really basically the girdle of your waistline and its job is to keep the abs in tight and support your core. Also when lifting on ANY power move think internal muscle support not internal pressure. IE filling your gut with air and tightening the abs. That trains them to stick out to. it is also the reason a lot of power lifters have distended abdomens. Pull the abs in tight, flex them then perform your lift. Your core with strengthen very quickly so that you can lift the heavier weights again within maybe 1-2 weeks. It is well worth the initial drop in weight if your are concerned with aesthetics.

ALrighty, sorry about not getting my butt back on here to type in an update last night, power outage and got called in to work for a bit put the dampers on that. Anyways..

Day 19
Back day, and everything felt great!! Endurance was up, and I was able to get my current routine done about 5 minutes faster than normal, and I accredit that to TestaPRO!! I decided not to try and up any weight, jsut wanted ot see how fast I could blow through this workout. I know that next time I do it, I'm easily gonna be able to put up more poundage on a few lifts, just depends on the order I do them. More than likely gonna do width stuff first, as my back is already kinda think, and having it wider will help with the illusion of a smaller waist. Try as I may, I just can't seem to get those damn lat wings. Overall, I was very pleased. Ab work was what it was, and that's work. Not very exciting for me, but I need to do it, so best to suck it up and get it done.

Day 20
Day off for me, got lots of errands to run and other things to get done before I go into work tonight. Weekend is gonna blow, I'm at work til' Monday morning, and the place I bought furniture from won't have it here til' nest Thursday. Guess it's a good thing I'm working so much, as there's no place for me to sit my fat butt at my house. I still might get into the gym, I'll see how much time I have left after everything. Given that it's nearly 10a.m., signs point to "no".

hey another thing you can do to help this process is to exhale completly, then bend over with hands on knees and suck your gut up as tight as possible and hold.

Thanks guys for all the words of encouragement and great adivce!! Power outage yesterday, so didn't get on here before work. Work absoeffnloutely ripped, plus had to go in early to a dark factory, hooray for me. Goota be in early today and stay late tomorrow, fun,fun!! Anyways......

Not getting to the gym today, whooped from last night, plus gotta be ready to do it all again in less than 8 hours now, whoopee!! back hasn't been sore in like forever, but have crazy DOMS today, more middle of my back than anywhere. I can never,ever seem to get it in my upper lats, always the middle. I'd kill ot lose some back thickness for some width. Workout the other day felt great, and I really pushed it!! Diggin' the Purple Wrath/Golden Finish intra combo, very effective!! 1 cap of R4W and 1 scoop of White Flood does the trick as well. It's not a Get Diesel combo, but for not being that and no creatine, I still like it!! Looks like Monday will be the next chance I have to get into the gym. Sucks, because they aren't open until 10, which is when I'm hitting the hay, and close at 7 on the weekends, which is usually when I get done at work. At least I'll be fully recovered, which is good, cause sometimes I honestly know I over-train. TestaPRO has really got my junk in a funk, libido is through the roof!! I swear my fiancee has lost a few pounds running away from me!! I seem to pop mahogany at the slightest breeze. Good stuff indeed!! Take care, and thanks guys for following along!!

I gotta give credit to White Flood as it's great stuff...but dude, have you ever taken 1.5sc of AS pre-workout? Nothing compares, my friend. Stuff is absolutely sick. It's my new favorite LG product, and definitely my favorite pre-workout powder. I used to use it intra-workout as I was using it for different reasons then, but I'm hooked on taking it pre-workout. Mixed with TestoPRO's alpha-feeling and strength drive, it's undeniably one of the best stacks evar. Oi!
 
I've wanted to give it a whirl, but I've got so many other supps just laying around. Sad to say, I think I have a tub of it hiding somewhere, gonnah ve to go look for it know,seriously. Damn, I'm such a supp monkey!!

Luckily, I;m not suffering form some of the gas you guys are!! Mood is still great and energy is still through the roof. Not getting to the gym today either, haven't gotten much sleep between work and cleaning up form this damn storm we had here, ugh!! Just gonna do some ab work here at the pad, then crash before I go into work. Hope all you guys are having a great weekend!! I can't wait to go in and kill it Monday!!
 
Finally decided to push my arms today, having let them rest almost a month due to painful forearm flexors. Thankfully, I've been able to let them rest at work now, since my promotion has me being less physical. I went into the gym, determined to punish them. totally thrashed my arms, and loved every minute of it!! Great pumps, and awesome intra set recovery where the highlights. I'm only a few pounds off of my old marks, and I'll be back on that level real soon. More than likely, I pushed too hard to day, as the pain is pretty bad, but it was well worth it!! Figured I'd take some quick pics after the workout. I'm finally starting to see some veins in my front delts, on both arms, so that makes me happy!! Try as I may, my forearms are still the major sight on my arms, damnit!! Others at the gym commented on my weight loss. usually, I have to tell them I've lost weight, but this time, they got it all by themselves. I'm down roughly 2 more pounds, whoopee!! My goal is 180lbs, got about 5 more lbs to go. Hopefully, I can do it before the end of the month.

I'm just happy that I'm not losing any strength so far. Not like I was a beast like the rest of you guys, but I want to keep that strength and build on it. My forearm flexors are killing me right now, but oh well, just got tired of not working out my arms after a month. Granted, they get worked in-directly, but I wanted a day just for them!! That was a solid log you did on AS fightbackhxc!! Thanks for the kind words guys!!

Day 23

Had the day off, and that's rare!! 2 days in a row!! Anyways, went in today and just did isolation stuff on back,chest and delts. Decline barbell pullovers went very well, bumped weight up 5lbs there, and gained 1 rep, was able to get 85lbs. for 10 repsx4, so that's cool!! Hit up rear and side cable laterals for 4 sets of 10, nothing special weight wise there. Moved on next to the Pec Deck and bumped weight up 10lbs. for 215x10, but then bumped it down to 165 to get better form, since that's why I'm doing isolations anyways. Performed it all as a circuit, only resting long enough to move onto the next move. Did some DC stretching at the end. Kinda did a workout this way since I blasted arms yesterday, and I felt they weren't up to the task of compound back,chest, and shoulder moves. Pump was great and left the gym feeling like I'd accomplished something!! Recovery was great all throughout, and I got more compliments today on how much I've improved since the last month, so that's a plus as well. TestaPRO is really hitting the mark for me, as I'm working out harder and with more intensity, my recovery is right on par with a lighter workout, and that's awesome!! Down another pound, the only place I can tell is in my face, but others are noticing a leaner me, so I'm happy. Since I have wide hips, any weight loss down there helps make my shoulders look bigger, and that's what I want!! Strength/endurance is still improving in some ways, and other ways, it's holding steady. Spectacular considering I'm trying to lean out!! Most days it's 3 chicken breasts, all the broccoli my colon can handle, couple apples/bananas, Greek yougurt, Fiber1 bar here and there, almonds, and a shake or 2. Occasionally, I throw in some carbs pre and post workout, just to keep everything going. Very happy with the way this month has shaped up. I knew after the first 2 weeks of testaPRO, I'd have NO problems recommending it to someone who wanted results. Libido is still great and based on the little ladies opinion, this is one supp she will NEVER mind me ordering!! When I told her it was free, she said I "Should have picked up more." When I told her how I came to log it, she offered to buy my next bottle, providing there was money on "my" card,lol.

I'm thoroughly impressed with it at this point, and so is hte little lady. I still have another bottle, and intend to run it after my Hemo log. I'm gonna stack it with DTH/DTP, and hop back on the JP8/Nos Ether train.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all bud, but I promised to log it solo to be able to attest 100% on it's effectiveness, and make sure my review is zeroed in. The only additional thing I'll be running is LG's BC+EAA, since there really isn't anything in there that would provide synergism. If anything, it might lessen the pumps a tad. I'm going to start it solo, and if I start getting too beaten down, add in the LG stuff. Since I started using intra stuff, everything has gotten easier, recovery has been improved and things are falling into place.
