damn, i just use my foot to break it loose.

I used to use my foot to loosen the nuts off the tire, until I kicked to hard one day and broke the bolt clean off. Had to get a whole new wheel mount because of it.

BTW, nice job on the lifts met
 
Log looks good, and funny as well!! I loosened lug nuts that way, until the tire iron caught my other shin, ouch and lesson learned. Now, I just have someone hold the wrench while I turn the car.:toofunny:
 
the other day I did preachers with ez-bar + 85lbs of plates (so between 110 - 120 depending on the ezbar and i'm not sure which it is) and damn my wrists hurt after, and bis were sore for 2 days

man, preachers will give my arms a pump like nothing else. damn, i love em. if you aren't used to doing them on a regular basis, try not to overdo it.

Had a solid workout today. #'s up on everything except Tbar rows but that was expected due to rushing the last two exercises.

#'s today
Medium incline db press - 80x4-2-2=8, static for 9 seconds; will stay here until I hit 20 rep range; this is up 5lbs
stretch with 60's for 90 secs today!!! :head: :head:; this is up 30 secs from last time. Will be putting up 65's next time.
Highest incline smith press (plate #s)- 135x5-2-3=10, static for 15 seconds; up 5lbs
stretch for 60 seconds
Reverse grip ass off bench bench - (plates #s)160x6-4-3=13; up 5lbs and 3 reps!, static for 15 reps
stretch with a 50 for 90 secs :head: Im so awesome; this is up 5lbs and I will up it again next time :D
HS pulldowns - here is where I really started rush because of time. I cut my rest in between sets to 45 secs instead of 60. 210x5-3-2=10; +3 reps
Tbar rows - 4 plates for 4 reps. I got another 3/4 rep but I dont count them unless they are full reps. Last time I did 4 reps. Prob couldve gotten 5 reps if I had taken longer rest.
No back stretch due to time.

Awesome workout! They keep getting better and better! I feel this has really kicked in! Libido is leveling off now. Alpha mentality continues to soar. Feeling good on this run. Teh Gbols runs out next workout :(

Your numbers have made unbelievable increases Met. Have you gone back in the log book to see where you started? I do that with my son and he just can't believe it sometimes.

Iron has made me want to increase my dosage to 6/day at 3 and 3. What do you guys think?

Dood Im on day 24 and it looks like I have half a bottle left :wtf:. I have not missed a single dose too. 3/2 might not be bad. Okay you've convinced me:D

damn, son. you were on 200mg a DAY!!! wow-200mg test cyp a week + testopro has me nutz.

Day 26

Today is day 2 of 3/2 dosing. I def had some strength increases today! Can't say it's from the increased dosage just yet. I would say my increase in leg strength is relative to my squat strength going up making all my other movements go up. :head:

Today's #'s
Drags - 115x5-3-3=11; up 2 reps, static for 20 secs
Pinwheels - 60x16; up 2 reps
stretch for 45 secs
Skipped calves today and did P/L preachers with 110 for 11; just did 1 set for this one; up 10lbs from last time.
Goodmornings - 155x10; up 2 reps, will up weight 5lbs next time.
P/L Hack squats - 320x13 (+5 reps), threw 8 fukcing plates on!! :head: and knocked out 5 reps :woohoo: :woohoo: I'm soooooooooooooo motherfukcing amped about this!!! This is PR! My legs are just exploding with strength right now and I'm loving it! I've gone up 2 plates on this exercise since the beginning! Unbelievable!!

great progress!!! strength is increasing for me too. i was able to get 320 up unassisted on bench. pr is 345, 25 years ago!!! congratulations met.:cheers:

Actually, my shorts are usually pretty short. I like to show off the legs when I can. :D - I sometimes wear those redneck shorts that you see those fat bastards wearing with deck shoes around their tiny legs, except mine squeeze my quads. :lol:
