I'm an endo with a couple mes traits. For the last couple months my goal was to strictly get as much fat off my ass as possible. If you read my story back on page 5 you'll see the deal.
I never realized how much fat I had put on till now, when I'm getting close to the 50lb mark and I'm still fat.
So far no ill effects from my calories being this low, sleep is good, endurance is great, strength has remained, only thing I've ran into is I'm only getting a BM every 3 days or so.
My lean muscle sucks right now. I'm planning on staying on this cut for another few weeks, then changing my training to more strength/size building, and upping the cals to 2400 or so.
50lb down, strength is up, endurance is up, and BF% is still way too ****in high.
Makes me a sad panda.
Oh and I have to add. First time ever doing fasted cardio... that was BRUTAL. Heart rate got up almost instantly.
Yah what I think happened to you is you lost some muscle when you dropped your calories too low. Now your metabolism is destroyed. You will have to get it going again then drop the calories very slowly.
