hmm, and the plot thickens once again... Never a dull moment w/ USPLabs & the FDA..

This holdup works perfect. I've been so busy w/ work, I've been stuck out of the gym for the last 3 weeks! Now, I'm back at it & just got my AP & PSlin! Those, combined w/ Super Cissus are sick! Definitely looking forward to OEP, or even that "special something" you found!!

WOOO HOOO there is never a dull moment. . . I know a gentlemen never kisses and tells but if we were to beat around the bush how long could this post pone?? I love the waiting game. . . thats what bodybuilding is all about :icon_lol:
 
Everything i wanted to type would probably get me banned from this site... :)

so i'll just say I love the FDA !!!
 
I hope USP realizes that they are gonna sell out on the first day of its release.

So....this FDA talk of taking out a compound...this concerns me for several reasons:

A) Will it change the overall efficacy of the product?

B) What is the reason behind having to remove the compound? Was it a banned compound? Was it potentially harmful? Etc...

C) Will this stall the release date another several weeks?


Needless to say it re-affirms my confidence in USP Labs that they are going that extra mile to provide the highest caliber of supplements...but I cant resist my naturally inquisitive brain from asking these questions.

Also any news on a possible re-vamp on VAT Attack? Maybe a super pill that combines both supercissus and vat attack....interesting thought...

I think everyone as far as the supp industry goes is on stand by concerning coming out with new products, this past weekend has been pretty crazy with the raids, specially hitting someone as big as BB.com.
Good luck USP, maybe your products make it out alive.

You know the FDA both scares me and re-assures me.

It scares me b/c they may find a reason to ban staples like creatine or herbal extracts certain herbal extracts. Heck the NCAA banned caffiene not to long ago(I think they took it off).... who knows maybe divanil is next on their hit list!

It re-assures me b/c some companies need to be checked....i wont name any of then here but it would be nice to filter out the hype, or prevent certain supplements from containing illegal compounds that the consumer doesnt know about.

Either way i think we can all agree that the way they are going about can use some tweeking.
 
new label formula should be ready 14 days....not bad turn around after the other ingredient flopped..

American Cellular Labs and the house of the owner of Max Muscle Nutrition(out of San Francisco, CA) were raided. Alot of smaller companies got letters stating that they were in violation of US laws and were requested to stop production of certain products.

Can't wait to see the list of winners!

No just because it will give a company a competitive advantage.

We may briefly release the compound on its own or make it part of VATT attack.

1. it is not banned
2. it is watch closely
3. So it may be banned and if banned FDA will make you recall and in retail that is a nightmare
4. We found a better compound with a new MOA never seen before!

NCAA still have caffine on the banned substance list. If it's found in urine at a concentration of 15mcg/ml your considered abusing a banned substance.

Eat a med-rare steak dinner with some coffee and cake afterwords, get tested the next morning the the NCAA could probably get you for something.

Jacob thanks for the info i believe you answered all my questions well enough.

Cant wait for the new release. So you thinking if no more complications 2 weeks will be enough? I mean granted if everything goes smoothly.
 
The FDA has no ****ing place regulating us.

The constitution has been completely disregarded for years now. We are a free people who have slowly been converted to following orders of a government gone mad.

What we put in our bodies has always been and should always be OUR choice.

I will add one comment to what u said ryan and I will stop.

If this was country was truly stripping rights like u say it is...you would be under ivestigation for treason and in a prison cell as we speak. Am i exaggerating? Ask those people in cuban prisons that's rights were stripped of them for havign an opinion similar to yours. Can our government use tweaking? Yes. Is it thoroughly violating evrything we stand for? Not quite.


Now onto O-E-P....oh yeah....this sounds like that extra edge in the fight against fat!

Thats the FDA's website. Read the blog of sorts stating that our own federal courts system has told them them they are over stepping their boundaries and following unconstitutional practices.

Was wondering, since we really don't know what this compound is, or what exactly what it will do...

Would stacking with recreate be a horrible idea... or quite possibly the greatest idea EVER!?

That would be interesting, back on recreate now and its a world of difference from the first time I ran it. Back then I was just a newbie to the world of supplements and my diet wasn't the best. Now that it's been reformulated and my diet is on track I can really feel it kicking my ass. Hope it's not going anywhere. Sounds like OEP is gonna be super strong, so could be another level or a good combo to cycle between. Who knows.
 
If I remember from a few threads back when the OEP was first leaked by USP that Mullet or Strategic talked about running AP/Recreate then finishing off with a round of OEP and VAT Attack. Now VAT Attack is gone for the time being so who knows what the best route will be but I am sure if you are doing fasted in the AM you won't go wrong with AP/PowerFULL/OEP in your court. That to me seems like one serious fat loss stack and the PF should help keep strength if you are cutting. No expert here but that is my thinking, USP can correct me if I am way off!

Now that's an interesting thought.

I haven't done any fasted work yet, but because I'm getting pretty close to goal weight (still to much BF tho :boggled: ) I was about to start.

Right now I'm taking in about 1700 cal a day, 200g protein, and using a multi, fish oil, B12, Recreate, and Jack3d.

I've been training about 5 days a week, and doing some cardio either before or after each workout. Starting to hit a plateau, so gonna start trying fasted cardio in the AM.

In fact... I'm gonna go right now!

Man that's low calories. I have my 130 lb female trainee on 2400 cals and she maintains her weight and gets leaner. Just a reference so you can see that your calories look way to low. I think the lowest I ever got was around 2400 and that was 3 weeks out of contest. I am an endo so my calories are lower than most.
 
I'm an endo with a couple mes traits. For the last couple months my goal was to strictly get as much fat off my ass as possible. If you read my story back on page 5 you'll see the deal.

I never realized how much fat I had put on till now, when I'm getting close to the 50lb mark and I'm still fat.

So far no ill effects from my calories being this low, sleep is good, endurance is great, strength has remained, only thing I've ran into is I'm only getting a BM every 3 days or so.

My lean muscle sucks right now. I'm planning on staying on this cut for another few weeks, then changing my training to more strength/size building, and upping the cals to 2400 or so.

50lb down, strength is up, endurance is up, and BF% is still way too ****in high.

Makes me a sad panda.


Oh and I have to add. First time ever doing fasted cardio... that was BRUTAL. Heart rate got up almost instantly.
