Legend
Make me feel better about myself. Tell me when, how, and why you failed asking a girl out.
Mine today wasn't as much of a failure as it was a missed opportunity, which to me makes it even worse. - If I tried and failed, whatever. But this time I didn't even try. - What makes it horrible is I found out that I would have succeeded.
It's rare I find a chick that intimidates me or makes me feel like I have absolutely no chance, but this gorgeous chick just started working at my salon, and today was maybe the third time I've seen her. The first time was only briefly, and the second time consisted of me sitting in the chair getting a haircut and taking every opportunity to drool over her. (Her legs are INCREDIBLE). - Anyways, I'm sitting in the chair today waiting for the dude that cuts my hair to finish with another client. The chick is in her section just a few feet from me, but instead of trying to talk to her, I'm skimming through a magazine. I knew exactly what to say, but didn't...A few minutes later, she leaves, and as I'm hopping in the chair to get my haircut, my hair dresser says, "Dude, you know she thinks you're cute right? She told me last time you were in here." - I go, "What the f*ck, bro?! You tell me now?!"
So now I have to wait an entire haircut cycle, and there is no guarantee she'll even be there that day. - I hear she's getting homesick (from San Diego) and is considering moving back. She may be gone.

Why is the stress always put on the MEN to do the talking right off the bat? For once I want to be able to not talk and say to myself, "She missed HER chance." and not even think twice about it. Sometimes I just get sick of trying to strike up conversations.
Ugh, I'm pissed.
