Testing TestoPRO like a Pro (sponsored)

Session #4

Today:

Well I had planned to just rest today, since I was supposed to be at work at 7 am. Then I was tolded that I did not need to go in, so I figured that I would lift instead. I got my am dose TestoPRO early this morning with breakfast. My meal was an ezekiel tortilla, black beans, 6 eggs, and a bowl of spinach. A little later I ate a can of tuna w/ two peices of toast. For lunch I had another tortilla, a chicken breast, black beans, broccoli, and some coconut milk. For a snack before I lifted I ate some peanut butter mixed with some wheat germ and chocolate whey.

Lifting:

Pull Ups - 6 sets x of 5 w/ +20 - 4 sets of 5 w/ +10

Deadlifts - 10 sets of 3 w/ 295

Underhand grip bent rows - 4 sets of 6 w/ 135

10 chin ups

After:

I had 40 grams of whey and 30 grams dextrose post workout. I do not know what I'm going to make for my meal. I will probably make some tilipia with some lentils.

Tonight I have to babysit and then wake up early tomorrow. Oh today my libido is way high. I was all over my girl earlier, and she left awhile ago and I'm just waiting for her to get back...but I got to babysit
 
Libido has been high for me today too. Stuff works fast!
 
Testofen definitely hits the libido quick, from past experience; it definitely helped me gain strength on lifts with a 2 week period.

Another day...

The business:

Today I had a pretty busy day. Woke up at 5, at breakfast at 5:30. It was a tortilla, eggs, black beans, and spinach along with all of my vitamins and fish oil and of course TestoPRO. I was at work at 6:45, and I ate some cornbread muffins and milk at 8:30. At 9:40 I had to walk around for 4 hours. At 2 I finally got to eat again, and it was only some chicken breast, veggies, and some rolls. I got home around 3 and decided to lift.

The lifting:

Squats - 225 x 10, 255 x 3,4,4 265 x 3,3

Shoulder Press - 140 x 9,7,5 superset w/
Standing BB calf raise - 185 x 20,20,20

Lunges - 85 x 10,8,8 superset w/
Upright Rows - 85 x 10,10,10

Bent Laterals - 35 x 8,8,8 superset w/
Single DB Squats - 95 x 15,15,15

Repped out 135 lb squats for some amount of reps, I lost count it was >25

Rest of the day:

I got my 40 grams of whey and 30 of dextrose post workout. Then I went to one of my Dad's friends bday parties. They had grilled chicken fajitas w/ lot of avacados, pico, and charro beans. I ate until I couldn't stuff one more bean in and sat and watched the end of the begining of the Cowboys and Giants game.

Tomorro I'm off from work, but I have plenty of stuff to keep me busy all day. I may take the day off from lifting, or I might just lift...:think:

He feels a need to be some type of watchdog over us. I have no problem with him stating a opinion but the pimp comments which is way off as there is far fom any pimping going on in this thread. Then the last quote he made in this thread was a private PM. I did not think it was allowed to post private pm's. This has started since Cynostane it got so bad that Nutra Planet let him go as a rep but he cannot seem to stop making foolish comments in our threads.

Then why the pimp statement. I have no problem with you asking about him running AX but you do not seem to understand that it is the statement before the question that is not needed.

but I still got to run errands later, and maybe I can fit a workout in there somewhere. Breakfast today is about to be 1/2 a dozen eggs, two pieces of ezekiel toast w/ honey, and 1/2 a can of coconut milk.

My shoulders are starting to feel a bit more oily and I have two small pimples right next to each other on the back my left shoulder that just arrived. This along w/ the solid boost in the libido are telling me that TestoPRO is kicken fairly quick. I can't even think of any other t-booster that I felt after only 4 or 5 days. Props to TestoPRO are awarded for sure!!

My legs are really sore today too. I do not know if I mentioned this earlier, but I'm playing in an adult basketball league w/ my brother and friends. Tomorrow night is our first game and I am pretty excited. It does not bother me to play sore or anything since the league is not a top priority to me, and our team is stacked. So I will hopefully not need to do to much to get the wins and probably the championship.

Iron- my gain on Activate were really good. If I remember correctly I was 175 when I started it and two bottles later I hit 185 for the first time. My strength was way up as well. My diet was a straight bulk then, similar to now. So hopefully with TestoPRO I can add some pound too :speechless:

Alright I ate a chicken breast sandwich w/ spinach for lunch. Around 2.5 hours later I made a shake w/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 3 eggs, banana, and few spoons of peanut butter. I then waited around for an hour and then decided to hit the weights...

Session:

Incline DB Press - 65 x 10, 75 x 8,7,7,5

Straight Leg Deads -135 x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 6,4

Dips - just BW x 15, 26 (to failure)

DB Fly's - 35 x 12,12,12 superset w/
DB Extension - 90 x 10,9,7

Close Grip Bench - 135 x 10, 155 x 5,5

Leg Curls - 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 6,4

After:

I had 40 grams of whey and 30 gram dextrose w/ some raspberries. Soon after I ate a large plate of fish (tilipia) with a ton brocolli, and a large bowl of pinto beans. For a snack I ate a bunch of almonds and a thing of blueberry Greek yogurt. This was my first time trying Greek yogurt and it was pretty good. My girl had some vanilla flavor and it was even better. After that I ate a good size hamburger on a slice of bread and some salsa. Just now I ate a bowl of tuna, plain and by itself.

My workout today went very well. I was getting the 75 lb incline presses a lot better than I have lately. Also I hit a pr on the bw dips w/ 26 beating my old best of 24. Everything else went smooth and felt great.

No more pimples have popped up today, but my skin is still more oily than usual. Libido is up still, which will come in handy soon :nana:

Testofen combined with divanil can definitely cause oily skin, add in something that increases androgen sensitivity and you will get some REALLY oily skin.

That's for sure. It does not bother me at all though.

Today will be my first "off" day. I will still be busy almost all day long. Hopefully I can get some good food today at work though. A ton of carbs will probably be needed for my basketball game tonight, so if there is any pasta I will be having a few plate fulls for sure. The last time that I played in a real bball game was back in my senior year of highschool, and I have not even dribbled or took in shot in almost a few weeks.
