Happy Labor day fools! I'm at work :lol: Gotta love America!

Ripped it up big time yesterday and this morning! #s up on everything!! I was soo amped!! I hadnt taken my Prime in almost a week but dosing it yesterday with some Hemo made it seem like I didnt miss a dose! It was awesome!

Some highlights:
Drag curls - 110 r/p - dont hate on me Justreading - I own on bicep exercises so what
Pinwheels - 55x17
Seated overhead db ext - 90 r/p and moving up to 95 next time :D
Weighted pullups - hit 30lb + bw today :head: I know this isnt a lot to some of you but considering weighted pullups are new to me..this is awesome
Reverse grip bb rows - 200x8 :head: :head: :head: fukc yeah!!
Hung from pullup bar with 100lbs on my belt...some dood was holly sh1t! I thought you were gonna pull that weight up! :rofl: funny sh1t

Taken off the next 2 days and then hittn it again. Face swelling is almost all the way down. Life is good right now. Hope everyone is gettin there bbq on today! Tons of protein being cooked today!

Moving up to 60's today on incline curls! Gonna be badass! :saw:
 
Damn Rob.. that is some serious weight you are curling... I hit 50's for reps and 65's for pinwheels... but 60's on the incline? That's some weight son. How's your form hold up with those kind of weights? *Not saying you have bad form, just mine tends to get sloppy at the end of sets if I'm not careful... and I know I would be sloppy if I tried the 60's.
 
That is pretty nuts. I'm like I.C. though, stronger on hammers. Recently though, not so much 'til my forearm flexor gets better.

Frick. I've never tried those, but I suck at DB Curls. I only did 50x5 today. :dunno:

Biceps is my strongest muscle imo. I have always excelled with biceps faster than all of my muscles not sure why. My arms were decently sized before I even started training. I am very serious about form. Which is why a lot of my weights arent higher. I focus on slow repetitions. I do a slow positive and negative. I actually leave about 2-3 seconds in between curling my left and right arm. So I have them hanging from my sides for a long time. I also take a lot of BA which enables me to live waaay more reps of all my weights. So I continue to move up in reps...except yesterday. Last I had hit 55's for I think 23 reps r/p. So expected 60's for something like 14-16...nope. I hit them for 7 reps total r/p haha. Not sure what happened. Maybe the amox or not eating enough but I have moved up in weight on everything else. I hit 310 on SLDLs yesterday for reps. Some of the bigger doods were giving me nods of respect...felt good. Anyway, I will stick with the 60's and make those reps double and then some in no time.

The rep range I aim for with biceps is 20-25. As soon as I go over 20 reps, I up the weight next time.
 
I do one arm solo, rest 30 seconds and then blast the other arm. I just hold the DB in the other arm for balance while curling with the other. 60's for 8-4-2 right now!! Keep slaying it bubba... Oh yeah, 310 for SLDL!! Dayammm

Not trying to hijack met my man, but have any of you mofo's tried Jack3d yet? I just bought some and am curious what to expect. I don't trust logs cuz all they ever say was "the best supp ever!" great stuff, never wanna train without it!" etc, etc...lol Congrats on the testopro too, looks like good stuff.
 
I've heard great things about Jacked. Never tried it myself but I hear it gets you really amped and you get sweet pumps.

I use Jacked. It does what you would expect. It tastes good, washes down easily, its pretty simple, effective and cheap. I get a good buzz and beta alanine tingle. Pumps are pretty good.

I took 2 scoops 45min pre-wo and mixed 1 additional scoop in with my powerade to keep it going. Next time I may not add that extra scoop lol. Good stuff though!
