Gmoney, how could you not know you were burning muscle. Some f*cking a$$ hole you are.

2nd thatThis catabolic paranoia needs to stop.
Are you as lean now as you were in the avi? - This CKD stuff is really disappointing me. I think I'm going to go back to a regular 50/30/20 diet. What are you doing for the fat loss?
If you are wanting the most mass possible no hitt/intense cardio sessions as they impair muscle gains. I am surpurised you do not know this if you do Dc, besides sex is cardio in and of itself.
Keep cardio low to moderate..walking,, bike. trust me! I am saving you from eating away muscle from years of expirience.
Offseason 30 minutes 3-4 days per week, for cardiovasular health and calorie burning
Precontest everyday two sessions 30-40 minutes or one big session 45-60 minutes(depending on how lean you are)
PS - GHenerate is corny.
I like to eat....So I would rather do cardio so I can eat that couple hundred calories everyday!!
The name? - As for the product, I don't know too many other companies releasing products with GHRP-2 in it.
PS - GHenerate is corny.
Doing cardio just makes me feel good. I don't always do it, but I've started it up again, and will hopefully keep it in my routine. I never remember how much better I feel doing cardio until I add it back in.
A little information on GHRP-2.
Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide - 2 (GHRP2)
Is a synthetic six amino acid peptide that has robustly potent properties.
GHRPs are a small family of peptides acting at the pituitary and the hypothalamus to release Growth hormone (GH) through the activation of a specific, G protein-coupled receptor.
They were discovered 20 years ago as synthetic metenkephalin- derived oligopeptides (Synthetic tissue derived amino acids). Although it has no structural homology with Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), in clinical studies GHRP-2 demonstrated action on the pituitary to release Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Similar results were effective when GHRP-2 was administered sublingual. Clinical studies showed the most potent GHRP being the hexapeptide GHRP-2.
Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2(GHRP2) substantially stimulates the pituitary gland's increased natural production of the body's own endogenous human growth hormone (HGH). This therapy consists of daily periodic sub-lingual dosing. Growth Hormone releasing peptide 2, GHRP2 has shown on it's own to robustly increase IGF-1 levels, and even greater results occurred when used with Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) to which also stimulates the pituitary gland to produce increased natural secretion of human growth hormone. This also boosts the hypothalamus function as well.
The results of the clinical studies published in the Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism in 1997 for GHRP2 - showed that a medically supervised, prescribed and administered therapy increased growth hormone levels in adults and children, who have growth hormone deficiency.
The increase in the body's growth hormone via elevated IGF-1 levels produced by the pituitary gland in response to GHRP2 therapy -- has an anabolic effect on the tissues of the body.
I have no idea what DHRP-2 is... the name is high in cheeseball factor though.

Well, we've got Sunami out there. Not only is it misspelled, but I don't see how the name relates to the product. At least with "GHenerate" there is a reason for the misspelling. haha
(I don't think Gmoney wrote that, Moe.)
G, what kind of daily dosing protocol does this follow? Do you know that or will you find out when you receive the product? I know that GH spikes naturally thru-out the day and I was curious about the frequency and timing of this.
Buster. There are plenty of worse names out there...
Damn dude, you are f-ing smart. Nice write up.
Ya, you f*cking smart SOB. (I don't think Gmoney wrote that, Moe.) - I'm going to make like that episode of Seinfeld where George joins that group of guys that are always calling each other "son of a b*tch" and "bastard."

Food intake around doses?
None seems to be what is optimal for GH release. Maybe 20-30g casein 2 hours before bed. I am going to try to fast for 4 hours prior to bedtime other than that. My workouts are around 4-5 pm, so I'll have my last meal prior to that around 1.

I'm currently using another GH supplement right now and have been eating a big whole egg/egg white scramble with some EFAs about a 1/2 hour pre bed, then taking my dose.
That might be true but I can't argue with my results so far. Anyway, that is why I am interested in this product.
Thanks for the advice but I know what works for me. I feel like I am doing myself a dis-service when I don't do HIIT. It works incredibly well for me, and I don't feel that it makes me lose muscle mass at all really. I have a hard time not gaining fat when I do the "traditional DC cardio".
I have no goals that involve competing in BBing at the moment, so maximizing my muscle growth at the expense of being a fat ass isn't worth it to me. My LBM is steadily rising even with the cardio that I do.
I've come to realize that girls don't give a rats ass how strong you are. You could deadlift a fuggin' school bus and they wouldn't care. But if you have a dope six pack, they swarm you like flies on sh*t. So for now, aesthetics win out over size/strength... which btw are both continually raising while on DC. I am growing and getting stronger, no doubt about it.
I'm loosening up on the catabolic paranoia now, but I must say that paranoia helped me break through my hard-gaining years. Well, that and a 5-6k calorie 40/40/20 diet, lol (no joke).
Nowadays, I'm fatabolic paranoid. Da*ned age is catching up with me.
That shouldn't be horrible, but it's still not ample. I'd suggest not taking a GH-releasing product less than 1.5hrs after a meal.
Is a protein shake with the GH Product bad? It counts as a small meal? :surprised:

Depends on the shake. Whey protien breaks down relatively fast and can also cause an insulin release. Great for post workout, not so great for bed time. Not bad just not the best choice. Check the amount of carbs in it also. Syntha 6 and some others are relatively high in carbs and sugar to be optimally taken when needing GH release. I would recommend Casein as the protien of choice for a night time shake because it digest more slowly, add in 5 -10 grams of fish / flax oil also to blunt insulin release by slowing digestion which is also better to avoid catabolism later in the night.
Just had a great workout with my new girl. She is pretty strong! She did a DC set of barbell curls with me, she used the 50 lb'er! I was impressed... that's like nearly 1/2 her bodyweight. Been drinking the BC+EAA. Love the stuff. It's texture is perfect for the gym, I feel like I am still hydrating myself when I drink it, rather than that sugary sweet tackiness that other intra-workout drinks give me.
