Question:
I've taken both DTH and DTP (DTP was approx 4 months ago)
Dosing was 5x tabs a day. 1st few weeks things were great, made great progress at the gym, high energy, but as far as the libido, nada. No increase really at all, and in fact, after a few weeks libido is in the toilet.
Last time I took the DTH, same thing hapenned...libido went buh-bye within a few weeks, but returned once I stopped completely.
I've read some take 3 tabs...others take 4, since they had the same issues. At this point I decided to stop for a week, and try either 3-4 tabs when re-starting.
What is a good place to start (3 or 4?) so that I am actually getting benefit from the product? Since my gym hours are late (usually get there about 10 pm), what would be the best hours to take the tablets?
And please don't flame me, I am just trying to get this to work correctly
