nope but sounds interesting... I wonder if it is a recreation of whatever that other one was called... I can't remember
It's not released yet, so no real word. If it really works to block myostatin it's potentially very effective, but at the same time potentially REALLY dangerous. We'll have to wait and see.Any of you guys here about this MyoT12 (myostatin inhibitor)? Supposed to lower mystatin by 48%.
Are bb rows out of the question? Good mornings?anyone have good ideas for me to replace deadlifts with for DC?
yup. I personally have no need to play with that stuff because my goal in life is not to be huge. It is to be healthy, in shape, and have a nice physique. It's not released yet, so no real word. The last person I heard talking about myostatin inhibition was DJbombsquad...
All dead type movements are off limits, or just floor deads specifically?anyone have good ideas for me to replace deadlifts with for DC?
Correction it is out. It is proven to lower myo by 48% after 12-18 hours of consumption and then level back out bytr 24 hours. sounds like some great stuff if it works well. I think it might considering the price. 100 for 30 days supply at one dose per day. It's not released yet, so no real word. If it really lowers it 48% that could be some awesome gains, but what i am wondering is if you will just lose it after you stop and myostatin levels go back to normal. No doubt it will be expensive
I would stick with them, unless you feel there may be better movements, to swap them with. Like if you are doing tricep push downs or something..lol.So my next scheduled workout was Thursday. Im thinking I'll take off working out for a week. Give myself a forced cruise period. So I will cease Prime now and restart when I get the lump situation situated. Imprez, since I was still progressing on everything you think I should pick up where I left off in a week or switch up exercises?
supported bb rows are fine, bent overs don't really work. The good mornings will work well too, since they'll be light enough. the particular list I took it from had deads, rack deads and t-bar rows for back thickness. Are bb rows out of the question? Good mornings?
primarily floor deads, but rack deads too really. effectively call it "heavy deads". Between hand arthritis and no grip strength, combined with lower back arthritis and I reach pain or loosing grip before I reach real muscle activation. All dead type movements are off limits, or just floor deads specifically?
I think you and I are starting from the same list. I was going to do rack deads, but I find them kinda pointless alongside regular deadlifts, and I am just a fan of BB rows. Maybe CG Tbar rows on the supported machine, Wide grip Tbar rows on the supported machine, and good mornings.supported bb rows are fine, bent overs don't really work. Easy, try sitting cable pulls with an EZ bar and use an underhand grip on the bar at it's ends. Pull the bar to mid ABs area with a good back arch.supported bb rows are fine, bent overs don't really work. Really? The official website says coming soon. Hmm, we'll see what happens. I am definitely not guinea pigging myself for that one though.Correction it is out. I think cg tbar rows, the wide ez underhand seated cable pulls and good mornings sounds like a good plan. I think i'm starting back up friday, that will have been 2 weeks of nothing but cardio and keto. i'm down like 10-11 lbs as it is, so it was a success for fat loss for sure.Easy, try sitting cable pulls with an EZ bar and use an underhand grip on the bar at it's ends. Yeah well it is on backorder it says but It has it for sale and the price. Its from prosource, I didn't even check the website until just now and I got the mag yesterday with it for sale so who knows.Really? The official website says coming soon. Edit: Where did you find it Hman? The schedualed release is in september.
Look at the people that lack the genes though. Like that one baby from germany. He was 5 when I saw last pictures of him and it was ridiculous. If he trains he can be mr olympia without sauce for sure. They never hold any body fat either.if that myostatin blocker works like folloxstatin or however it was spelled I think it will mostly give additional results on top of anabolics. What it does is "take the brakes" off your body's process of adding muscle. But even so as a strict natural I can't see more than 8lbs gained in the month all lean. But couple that crap with anabolics and it could be a 40lb gains test cycle. Thats what a few people have theorized btw, that part of long cycles loosing effectiveness isn't due to receptor issues, but to your body increasing myostatin in response to rapid muscle growth...
yes, but thats because.... they go thru their entire growth phase with no myostatin. Myostatin primarily acts like SHBG to limit amount of muscle added the way shbg limits amount of free test. So by itself it might make some difference, but using it in a 16 week test cycle would make a much larger differenceLook at the people that lack the genes though. Like that one baby from germany. Ya, that is more for advanced people as a widowmaker..except that the fact his TUT is fuct
That looks awesomeYa, that is more for advanced people as a widowmaker..
Have you ever tried these?
YouTube - 1 arm t bar row
I did them monday, just push an Olympic bar into a corner. I stood to one side of it, not through my legs like Bruno. Feels interesting. Going to try like Brunos next time see what i like better.
Bent over rows barbell, and smith
I know deads bother you but have you tried them on a hammer strength shrug machine? I swapped these in, when i was dealing with some back issues, with success.
Whats the problem with straps?haven't tried the hammer machine but its worth a shot. problem is that its not just back but also grip. I can't without straps deadlift 180+bar. at 140 I can just about hold on. sucks to have arthritis
even with them it was hard to hold on, at least the plain set of straps I have. I might have to go somewhere that has a better selection and try a few on.Whats the problem with straps?
I thought I felt my ear itching :afro:Its good stuff..some respond more than others.
I found that without having a partner standing on the end of the bar, the back flies up after a certain weight. Which is why I do the Smith-Barbell, One Arm row.Ya, that is more for advanced people as a widowmaker..

I see what you're saying, but that would only effectively work if the Db self adjusts and properly displaces its weight as the bar slightly moves up & down. You can't beat those little ground BB gadgets or a person's foot. What about putting a heavy db on the end?
My thoughts exactly. I cant even begin to tell you the differences Im seeing in just 4 days of DC+Prime. So bummed I have to wait another week before continuing :frustratePRIME and DC would be a match made in heaven. It's heavily strength favoring supplement, with a heavily strength favoring program. That's what you call strength on strength violence.
True. well when it gets to the point to where I need to use this exercise. Ill just ask to borrow someones foot.I see what you're saying, but that would only effectively work if the Db self adjusts and properly displaces its weight as the bar slightly moves up & down.
