Damn man Im really sorry to hear about this..I think forced time off is in order..Id really hate to see this get any more worse. You gonna go back to chiro..or get an MRI?
Time to relax, see a doctor, and heal. It's a pain, but it's worth it.
I'll probably have to get an MRI at this point. I won't be AS worried if my mid-back (what I hurt two days ago) heals up soon, but I'm still dealing with the lower back issue as well.
I'm pretty pissed off at this point. In 7yrs of lifting, I've never had to deal with any injuries until now.
Relax and let your body get better, IC!
MRI's are pretty cool, I've had like 5 of them over the years. Hopefully you can get a free-standing MRI, where you just sit in a chair, rather than being put in a tube, but those are still fairly rare and new technology.
As for this being your first lifting injury, I'm right there with you, as you know. This is new, unpleasant territory. Territory I will be careful not to return to.
I don't want to get small!
I should change the name of the log to, "Irish Cannon's Slow Demise: A Quest from Sizely to Sickly"
I just don't know how I'm going to pay for it. That poop is expensive, and my insurance is strictly for emergency/surgery.
Tried this stuff today with my push pull routine. It's legit. I'm usually a pre workout drink person, because past pill products have just made me light headed when I work out, but this stuff made me feel great. One of my better workouts, that's for sure.
Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps if I decided to go to Law School.
Well, since NP is ridding themselves of PH's, I decided to grab three bottles of HD-2 ($15/bottle) for my last hoo-rah in September or October. I plan a 6-weeker of HD/Epi.
I also ordered 500g ALCAR and a bottle of Coleus F...now the question is when will I be able to hit the weights and actually use them?...
New Diet:
TKD-style - I'm training fasted, so my PWO shake + Meal is the only thing containing carbs.
Workout days - Post-wo: 3 SLIN, 2 scoops Whey, 60g steel cut oats
Meal 1: 6oz chicken breast, 4 eggs, 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/honey, bowl of blueberries/raspberries
Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast, lots of broccoli, green olives, banana peppers, almonds, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper
Meal 3: Same as Meal 2
Meal 4: 2 turkey patties, broccoli, 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 12hr
(If it's not a workout day, in between Meal 1 and 2 I have a 2 scoop whey shake w/9g fish oil)
Gotcha, Im trying to go the poli sci route.....maybe get my extra stuff from the law department when I go for my master's and phd but law stuff.......:sigh1:
Well good to know it's a maybe. If im ever prresident i'll get at you for a cabinet spot
What? NP is going to stop selling PH's? I've never bought a real PH, so it doesn't really effect me, but really? Any idea why?
Due to the uncertainty of the PH market, I have made a personal decision to liquidate our remaining stock of PH products. These items are marked down to cost or below and is strictly on a first come, first served basis -- all sales are final --
What's up, Irish? Hey fellas!
Damn, I come in here to say what's up, and I see this **** about PH's. Is another ban in order or something? When will the government ever realize that they're overstepping their boundaries? That pisses me off so bad. Now I guess I have to (quickly) figure out what I'm stocking up on.

Hey man! Good to see yuh! How are things?
Ya, it's a shame about the PH market, but I think it's wise on NP's part. We want them to stick around, and I don't want to see them deal with legal issues over PHs if it comes to that. I have a feeling they may know something that we don't.
The last few administrations all screwed us in terms of dietary supplements; it's just gotten worse as time went on...Now those same people threatening the supplement industry are threatening small farmers.
People are trading liberty for security these days, and it's all one big spiral into government control on EVERYTHING. If health care gets passed, that's the end of it all for us.
Do you realize that there are some communist/communist-like countries that have more financial freedom than the United States at this point?
Yup, in China you can buy basically anything you want in the Pharmacies.

And you've got people like this Hooten guy, starting a foundation against steroids because his son commited suicide while coming off...Now, I knew of this guy before, but when I saw the interview with him on Bigger, Faster, Stronger - a few things are apparent.
1) He genuinely believes what he's doing is right
2) He won't even accept the possibility that his son was messed up in the head (this kid was going to therapists and was taking anti-depressants at the same time as the gear)
3) This kid probably hated his life; he wasn't smiling in a single picture they showed
...I mean, that Bell guy brought up the fact "Isn't it hypocritical to be so against steroids when alcohol and tobacco account for more deaths?" - The guys response was, after a long pause, "Alcohol and tobacco aren't illegal. That's not our fight. Our fight is with steroids."
Okay, so first of all, you're fighting against something that's already a schedule III substance. Nice job, dip****. And second, you expect me to believe you would simply let it go if steroids were legal? Righhhhht. I bet this dude smokes his cigars and drinks bourbon daily.

Hooten is projecting his own failure as a father and using steroids as a crutch, because if Steroids (or whatever else if not roids) weren't there to blame, then he'd have to take a cold hard look in the mirror.
Honestly when I was watching him talk in that movie I got the weird feeling that he might of been the one to push his kid to the point his son needed anti depressants. I just think fighting against steroids is Hooten putting the blame on anything but himself or that his son might have just been messed up in the head.
It's unfortunate, but I had to make an additional purchase I wasn't expecting. After I noticed this gyno flareup last night, and little to no reduction in the last 24hrs with Nolva, I bought 2 bottles of CEL Formestane from NP (~$75). This was money that I really would have liked to spend elsewhere.
One way or another, supplements always seem to grab my change. The irony being that if I didn't buy supplements in the first place (HGW to be exact) I wouldn't have to spend this cash.
Celc says Icariin/HGW does the same thing to him. I should have consulted him first on this as he's the expert with that junk. It's great stuff, but I really should have been smarter and ran an AI with it.
My condolences. They say that when it rains it pours, but collectively, you've been having El Niño.
Thats strange that the Nolva didnt help any. But it's early, and if it is aromatization to E type gyno, then it shouldnt be hard to get rid of. The AI might do it better since sometimes Nolva seems to be more of a "preventative" measure instead of after that fact.
I wouldnt worry yourself too much over this. IMHO, it will go away soon enough.
Ya, there's plenty to try before I get worried. I've still got the E-stane as well. Hopefully the Form will take care of it.
I'm waiting on F-Drol Black to come out. Hopefully I can grab some before I run out of Form so I can continue AI usage.
Well, let me know. I still have some Nolvedex XT here as well as a full bottle of Formasol that I really dont plan on using. I also have 2 bottles of T-911.
